可以设置一并发应用标志, 用于标识当前终端是否需要将另一应用的界 面图像叠加到多媒体应用的界面图像上进行显示; 该并发应用标志对应有两 种状态: 并发态和非并发态。 初始状态为非并发态 (即另一应用未启动的状 态) , 在步骤 102当启动另一应用时, 终端将并发应用标志设置为并发态, 同时, 终端将该另一应用的界面图像和正在执行的多媒体应用的界面图像放 入緩冲区; 步骤 103中, 终端判断并发应用标志是否为并发态, 若是并发态, 则读取保存的重叠图像透明度, 根据该重叠图像透明度将緩冲区中另一应用 的界面图像叠加到正在执行的多媒体应用的界面图像上, 在终端的显示屏上 透明显示出来; 当该另一应用或多媒体应用关闭后, 终端将并发应用标志设 置为非并发态, 此时恢复正在执行的应用不透明的界面图像显示方式。 所述 并发应用标志可以数字、 字母、 符号之一或其组合表示, 比如, 用 1表示并 发态, 0表示非并发态。
另外, 在步骤 102中终端将另一应用的界面图像和正在执行的多媒体应 用的界面图像放入緩冲区, 可以是终端将正在执行的多媒体应用的界面图像 放入緩冲区中的一个区, 将另一应用的界面图像放入緩冲区中的另一个区。 这里并不做具体限定, 可以根据实际情况对緩冲区中的内容进行分配。
步骤 103中, 终端可以通过其 GDI ( Graphics Device Interface, 图形设备 接口)使用重叠图像透明度这个参数对该另一应用的界面图像和正在执行的 多媒体应用的界面图像逐像素进行透明度混合(融合) 的处理, 输出到显示 屏上, 这样, 用户可以同时看到两幅界面图像, 在操作另一应用的同时, 不 耽误观看多媒体应用播放的节目。
在实际应用中,终端将预设的重叠图像透明度这个参数转换成对应的 0 ~ 255 ( 0表示图像是完全透明, 255表示图像是完全不透明)的透明度值, 用 于将另一应用的界面图像和正在执行的多媒体应用的界面图像进行透明度混 合处理(Alpha Blending )。 使用 GDI进行透明度混合处理为现有技术, 可以 产生两幅图像相叠加(融合) 的效果, 此处不再详述。
在步骤 103中, 当另一应用的界面图像与多媒体应用的界面图像叠加显 示在终端的显示屏上, 终端会将按键响应消息投递到该另一应用上, 这时用 户可以通过按键或触摸屏处理该另一应用, 而不会影响多媒体应用的播放和 显示。 当然, 用户也可以根据需要, 选择对多媒体应用进行操作, 在本发明 中不做限定。
如图 2所示, 为本发明实施例提供的一种使多媒体应用与其他应用在并 发时同时显示的装置, 应用于终端中, 该装置包括:
重叠图像透明度模块 201 , 用于保存重叠图像透明度;
并发显示模块 202, 用于当多媒体应用在执行过程中有另一应用并发启 动时, 读取所述重叠图像透明度模块 201 中保存的重叠图像透明度, 根据所 述重叠图像透明度, 将另一应用的界面图像叠加到多媒体应用的界面图像上 进行透明显示。
所述重叠图像透明度模块 201 , 进一步用于保存用户输入的所述重叠图 像透明度, 和 /或默认的重叠图像透明度。
所述并发显示模块 202进一步用于当多媒体应用在执行过程中有另一应 用并发启动时, 将另一应用的界面图像和正在执行的多媒体应用的界面图像 放入緩冲区; 以及, 根据该重叠图像透明度在緩冲区中将该另一应用的界面 图像叠加到正在执行的多媒体应用的界面图像上, 在终端的显示屏上透明显 示出来。
所述并发显示模块 202进一步用于通过图形设备接口使用重叠图像透明 度对该另一应用的界面图像和正在执行的多媒体应用的界面图像逐像素进行 透明度混合的处理, 输出到显示屏上透明显示。
所述并发显示模块 202进一步用于当有另一应用启动时, 将并发应用标 志设置为并发态, 并将该另一应用的界面图像和正在执行的多媒体应用的界 面图像放入緩冲区; 所述并发显示模块 202进一步用于判断并发应用标志是 否为并发态, 若是并发态, 则读取保存的重叠图像透明度, 根据该重叠图像 透明度将緩冲区中该另一应用的界面图像叠加到正在执行的多媒体应用的界 面图像上, 在显示屏上透明显示出来; 所述并发显示模块 202进一步用于当 该另一应用或多媒体应用关闭后, 将并发应用标志设置为非并发态, 同时恢 复正在执行的应用不透明的界面图像显示方式。
所述另一应用为短信、 电话本、 语音电话、 视频电话、 蓝牙传输或选项 菜单。
下面以多媒体应用是手机(终端)上的播放移动多媒体节目的手机电视 为例, 对本发明方法进行下具体说明, 包括:
第一步骤, 用户通过手机电视的菜单选项输入重叠图像透明度并保存在 手机内;
第二步骤, 当手机在播放手机电视节目过程中有应用 (即与手机电视应 用不同的应用) 并发启动时, 手机将该另一应用的界面图像和正在播放的手 机电视的界面图像放入緩冲区;
第三步骤, 手机读取保存的重叠图像透明度, 根据该重叠图像透明度, 将另一应用的界面图像叠加到多媒体应用的界面图像上, 在手机显示屏显示 出来。
所述的应用是与手机电视不同的应用, 该应用可以为短信、 电话本、 语 音电话、 视频电话、 蓝牙传输或选项菜单等手机上可以独立运行的一个单独 功能。
下面再列举一个实际的应用示例进行说明:
例如: 在观看手机电视节目的过程中, 如果有语音来电或者视频来电, 手机将并发应用标志置为 1 , 并将来电界面图像和手机电视的界面图像先放 入緩冲区中; 手机判断到并发应用标志为 1 , 并读取保存的重叠图像透明度, 根据该 重叠图像透明度的值在緩冲区中将来电界面图像叠加到手机电视的界面图像 上, 在显示屏上显示出来;
通过将来电界面图像以一定透明度叠加到手机电视的界面图像上, 使手 机的显示屏上既可以不停止的显示正在播放的手机电视节目的界面, 又可以 同时显示来电界面, 并且提高了用户在观看手机电视时的事务处理能力, 使 用户不会错过正在观看的手机电视;
进一步, 如果用户根据来电界面上提示的操作选择接听, 则此时手机中 止正在播放的手机电视节目的界面关闭, 手机转入通话应用中 (即多媒体应 用结束) , 同时手机将并发应用标志置为 0; 如果用户根据来电界面上提示 的操作选择拒接, 则此时以一定透明度叠加到手机电视的界面图像上的来电 界面关闭, 以背景显示的手机电视节目的界面恢复并发显示之前的显示模式 即不透明的界面图像显示方式, 用户可以继续观看正在播放的手机电视的节 目, 同时手机将并发应用标志置为 0。 这样, 用户就不会因为骚扰电话或者 是不想接听的电话而中断正在收看的多媒体节目。 下面再列举另外一个实际的应用示例进行说明:
例如: 在观看手机电视节目的过程中, 如果有新的短信息发送过来, 用 户根据提示选择执行打开短信应用来观看新的短信息时, 手机将并发应用标 志置为 1 , 并将短信应用界面图像和手机电视的界面图像先放入緩冲区中; 手机判断到并发应用标志为 1 , 并读取保存的重叠图像透明度, 根据该 重叠图像透明度的值在緩冲区中将短信应用界面图像叠加到手机电视的界面 图像上, 在显示屏上显示出来;
通过将短信应用界面图像以一定透明度叠加到手机电视的界面图像上, 使手机的显示屏上既可以不停止的显示正在播放的手机电视节目的界面, 又 可以同时显示短信应用界面, 并且提高了用户在观看手机电视时的事务处理 能力, 使用户不会错过正在观看的手机电视;
进一步,如果用户根据短信应用界面上提示的功能来对该短信进行操作 , 当用户对短信操作完选择退出短信应用时, 短信应用界面关闭, 手机电视节 目的界面图像恢复并发显示之前的显示模式即不透明的界面图像显示方式, 用户可以继续观看正在播放的手机电视的节目, 同时手机将并发应用标志置 为 0。
与现有技术相比, 本发明能够实现终端内不同应用的界面在使用时, 能 够与正在播放的多媒体节目的界面同时显示, 而且还不妨碍用户观看正在播 放的多媒体节目, 提高了用户在观看多媒体节目时的事务处理能力, 并且使 用户不会错过正在观看的多媒体节目。
当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
与现有技术相比, 本发明能够实现终端内不同应用的界面在使用时, 能 够与正在播放的多媒体节目的界面同时显示, 而且还不妨碍用户观看正在播 放的多媒体节目, 提高了用户在观看多媒体节目时的事务处理能力, 并且使 用户不会错过正在观看的多媒体节目。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种使多媒体应用与其他应用在并发时同时显示的方法, 包括: 当终端的多媒体应用在执行过程中有另一应用并发启动时, 所述终端根 据预先设置的重叠图像透明度, 将所述另一应用的界面图像叠加到所述多媒 体应用的界面图像上进行透明显示。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所述多媒体应用和所述另一应用并发执行过程中, 终端根据所述重叠 图像透明度, 将所述另一应用的界面图像叠加到所述多媒体应用的界面图像 上进行透明显示; 当所述多媒体应用或所述另一应用关闭后, 所述终端恢复正在执行的应 用不透明的界面图像显示方式。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述预先设置的重叠图像透明度为 用户输入的重叠图像透明度或者是终端默认的重叠图像透明度。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法具体包括如下步骤: 当所述终端的所述多媒体应用在执行过程中有所述另一应用并发启动 时, 所述终端将所述另一应用的界面图像和正在执行的所述多媒体应用的界 面图像放入緩冲区; 以及, 所述终端通过图形设备接口使用所述重叠图像透 明度对所述另一应用的界面图像和正在执行的所述多媒体应用的界面图像逐 像素进行透明度混合的处理, 输出到显示屏上透明显示。
5、 如权利要求 1 ~ 4中任意一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述另一应用为短 信、 电话本、 语音电话、 视频电话、 蓝牙传输或选项菜单。
6、 一种使多媒体应用与其他应用在并发时同时显示的装置, 应用于终端 中, 该装置包括: 重叠图像透明度模块和并发显示模块; 其中, 所述重叠图像透明度模块, 用于保存重叠图像透明度; 所述并发显示模块, 用于当所述多媒体应用在执行过程中有另一应用并 发启动时, 读取所述重叠图像透明度模块中保存的所述重叠图像透明度, 根 据所述重叠图像透明度, 将所述另一应用的界面图像叠加到所述多媒体应用 的界面图像上进行透明显示。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述并发显示模块, 进一步还用于 当所述另一应用或所述多媒体应用关闭后, 恢复正在执行的应用的不透明的 界面图像显示方式。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述重叠图像透明度模块, 进一步 用于保存用户输入的所述重叠图像透明度, 和 /或默认的所述重叠图像透明 度。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述并发显示模块进一步用于当所 述多媒体应用在执行过程中有所述另一应用并发启动时, 将所述另一应用的 界面图像和正在执行的所述多媒体应用的界面图像放入緩冲区; 以及, 通过 图形设备接口使用所述重叠图像透明度对所述另一应用的界面图像和正在执 行的所述多媒体应用的界面图像逐像素进行透明度混合的处理, 输出到显示 屏上透明显示。
10、 如权利要求 6 ~ 9中任意一项所述的装置, 其中, 所述另一应用为短 信、 电话本、 语音电话、 视频电话、 蓝牙传输或选项菜单。
