본 발명은, 하우징; 상기 하우징에 회동 가능하게 장착되는 로테이션 샤프트; 상기 로테이션 샤프트에 배치되는 블레이드부;를 구비하고, 상기 블레이드부는: 상기 로테이션 샤프트에 이격 배치되어 상기 로테이션 샤프트와 함께 회동하고, 단면 배향이 상기 로테이션 샤프트의 길이 방향을 따라 회전 배치되는 수직 블레이드를 구비하되, 상기 로테이션 샤프트의 길이 방향을 포함하는 평면 상에서 볼 때, 상기 수직 블레이드와 상기 로테이션 샤프트의 길이 방향 선분이 서로 교차되는 풍력 발전 장치를 제공한다.
