Abstract

본 발명은 유전자 발현을 증대시키는 신규한 stab 핵산분자에 관한 것으로서, 상기 stab 핵산분자는 프로모터와 목적유전자 사이에 포함됨으로써 다운스트림 (downstream) 목적유전자의 발현율을 증대시킬 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 브레비바실러스 브레비스 (Brevibacillus brevis)의 mwp 유전자의 업스트림 (upstream)에 존재하는 신규한 stab 핵산분자, 및 상기 핵산분자의 3' 말단에 mwp 구조유전자의 5' 말단의 핵산분자가 연결된 신규한 stab핵산분자에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 stab 핵산분자를 포함하는 벡터, 상기 벡터를 포함하는 숙주세포, 및 상기 숙주세포로부터 목적 단백질을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
