Abstract

본 발명은 방사선 융합 기술을 이용한 생체조직공학용 베타-글루칸 기반 지지체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방사선 융합 기술을 이용한 생체조직공학용 베타-글루칸 기반 지지체의 제조방법은, 베타-글루칸 수용액을 캐스팅한 후 방사선을 조사하여 가교반응을 수행하여 겔 또는 고체 형태의 지지체를 형성함으로써, 세포부착을 용이하게 하고, 줄기세포의 성장 및 분화에 효과적인 생체모방형 환경을 용이하게 구현할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 베타-글루칸 기반 지지체는 조직 재생용, 세포 배양용, 성형용 충전제, 생체조직 빈공간용 충전제, 성형 보형물, 성형 보정물, 세포 이식용 및 약물전달용으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
