Abstract

본 발명에 따른 리니어 모션 가이드용 무연마형 프로파일 레일의 제조방법은, 부품의 직선 운동을 안내하기 위한 리니어 모션 가이드용 레일을 제조하는 방법으로서, 열간압연에 의해 형성된 환봉 형상의 모재 표면의 탈탄층을 제거하는 탈탄층 제거 단계; 상기 탈탄층 제거 단계를 거친 모재를 최종적인 가이드용 레일 형상과 근사한 형상으로 성형하도록 윤활, 냉간인발, 응력제거 어닐링을 1~4회 실시하여 중간형상재를 형성하는 중간인발 단계; 상기 중간형상재의 표면을 블라스팅 처리하는 표면제어 단계; 상기 표면제어 단계를 거친 모재의 표면에 윤활제를 도포하는 윤활 단계; 상기 윤활 단계를 거친 모재를 사용하여 그 모재의 단면 감소율을 1% 내지 13%로 제어하면서 인발 가공하는 최종인발 단계; 상기 최종인발 단계를 거친 레일의 표면을 연마하지 않고, 표면 경화를 위한 열처리를 행하는 경화 열처리 단계; 및 상기 경화 열처리 단계를 거친 레일에 부품 장착용 구멍을 가공하는 마무리 가공 단계; 를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
