在网络的演进和发展过程中, 电路域 (Circuit Switched domain, 简称 CS) 作为传统的媒体承载具有很好的服务质量( Quality of Service, 简称 QoS ) , 分组域(Packet Switched domain, 简称 PS )是数据业务的重要承载。 随着网 络的融合, IP多媒体子系统( IP Multimedia Subsystem, 简称 IMS )在移动网 络领域可以使用 CS接入或 PS接入作为承载, 由此衍生出了一些业务, 包括 语音呼叫接续 (Voice Call Continuity, 简称 VCC ) 、 CS和 IMS 结合业务 ( Combining Circuit Switched CS and IMS services, 简称 CSI ) 、 IMS集中控 制业务( IMS Centralized Services, 简称 ICS )等。 其中 ICS提供了 IMS业务 使用 CS接入作为媒体承载的能力, 通过给 CS接入提供 IMS控制, 使得 CS 域的媒体呼叫和 IMS呼叫业务有相同的业务体验, 同时, 有效利用了 CS域 的媒体承载优势, 能够提供更好 QoS的媒体呼叫业务。
ICS业务存在多种使用场景, 包括: 仅使用增强 ICS能力的移动交换中 心服务器( Mobile Switching Center Server, 简称 MSC Server )使用 ICS业务, 仅使用 ICS用户设备 ( ICS User Equipment, 简称 ICS UE )使用业务, 使用 增强 ICS能力的 MSC Server和 ICS UE使用业务, 或使用遗产 MSC Server 和普通 UE ( non ICS UE )使用 ICS业务等。 对于这多种跨越 IMS域和 CS域 的使用场景, 由于控制和接入网分别在 IMS域和 CS域完成, IMS实体并不 一定知道 CS域数据(包括媒体数据和一些签约数据) , CS域也不了解控制 平面信令的状态 (如 IMS会话的状态) 。 因此, IMS域或 CS域单独完成计 费会因计费信息收集不全面而导致计费不够准确, 若 IMS域和 CS域同时收 集计费信息, 若无法关联 IMS域和 CS域的计费信息则会导致重复计费。
在现有技术中, 3GPP IMS 体系为计费数据关联定义了 IMS 计费标识 ( IMS Charging Identifier,简称 ICID )和 GPRS计费标识( General Packet Radio Service Charging Identifier, 简称 GCID ) 。 该方案通过在承载层实体与 IMS 实体之间交换计费标识符 ICID和 GCID,可实现 IMS和承载网络间的计费关 联。 具体包括:
在会话建立阶段, UE激活包交换协议( Packet Data Protocol , 简称 PDP ) 上下文。 在 PDP上下文授权过程中, 网关 GPRS支持节点 (Gateway GPRS Support Node, 简称 GGSN )和 PDF按如下步骤来交换标识符:
1 )在授权决策期间, PDF ( Packet Data Function )将 ICID传递给 GGSN;
2 ) GGSN在关于授权决策的报告中, 将 GCID传递给 PDF。
PDF将 GCID传递给代理 -呼叫会话控制功能( Proxy-Call Session Control Function, 简称 P-CSCF ) , P-CSCF将 GCID转发给其归属网络内的 IMS实 体。 GGSN在话单(Charging Data Record, 简称 G-CDR )上包含了 ICID。 当 单个 IMS会话要求多个 PDP上下文时,一个或多个 GCID会被映射到同一个 ICID上。 然后离线计费系统根据不同层次的计费标识, 对各个网络层次产生 的计费话单进行关联计费。
在发明人实现本发明的过程中, 发现现有技术存在以下缺陷: PS 域和 IMS之间的关联是多对多关系, 有较为适合的时机交换标识, 但 ICS等业务 中 CS域和 IMS 间的应用场景复杂, 很难有一个统一的交换时机; 同时 CS 的媒体通道用于 IMS的会话并非多对多关系, 若交换双方的标识, 则需要对 两个域的系统均进行升级, 这样就提高了系统升级的代价, 且降低了计费信 息关联处理效率。 发明内容 本发明实施例提供一种计费信息关联方法及系统, 以解决现有技术关联
IMS域和 CS域的计费信息需要对两个域的系统均进行升级, 升级成本高, 计 费信息关联效率低下的缺陷。

接收到呼叫, 判断所述呼叫是否使用 ICID作为计费关联标识, 是则使用 所述 ICID作为计费关联标识, 否则使用 CS域呼叫标识或 PSI DN作为计费 关联标识。

本发明实施例提供的计费信息关联方法及系统, 通过根据场景的不同由 某一域网元生成计费关联标识, 将该计费关联标识传入另一域网元, 并且两 域网元都将计费关联标识发送给计费系统, 使得计费系统能够根据接收到的 计费关联标识进行计费信息的关联。本发明提供的方法可以只升级一侧网元, 降低了升级成本, 并提高了计费关联的效率。 附图说明

如图 1所示, 为本发明实施例提供的计费关联系统结构示意图; 在该结 构中, IMS域的 AS可以为 SCC AS, 其用于实现业务控制, AS和计费数据 功能(CDF )之间的接口为 Rf接口。 MSC Server内置 CDF功能, 若增强其 ICS能力, 则可以直接与呼叫会话控制功能(CSCF, 这里具体为 I/S-CSCF ) 相连接, 否则要通过媒体网关控制功能 (MGCF )来连接 CSCF。 CDF 用于 实现计费信息的收集并生成计费数据记录(CDR ) , 具体地, 计费网关功能 ( CGF )生成 CDR文件并上传至计费系统。以下实施例的实施均基于该系统。

本实施例提供的计费信息关联方法, 仅需要对 CS域的 MSC Server进行 升级, 使之可以生成 ICID, 并在计费信息中包含该 ICID, 而不需要对 IMS 域进行改动, 减少了网络升级代价, 同时, 因为 IMS域已经支持使用 ICID 进行计费信息关联, 故可以减少计费系统处理的难度, 提高处理效率。
如图 4所示,为本发明实施例提供的一计费信息关联方法实施例流程图; 本实施例所处的场景为: 在 ICS业务中, 若用户终端在进行 CS呼叫之前和 AS (本实施例中具体为 SCC AS )进行过业务控制信令交互, 且 AS为该呼 叫生成一个公共业务标志( Public Service Identity,简称 PSI )目录号( Directory Number, 简称 DN )并返回给用户终端, 则该 PSI DN用于在 SCC AS关联业 务控制信令和媒体承载信令, 即 MSC Server和 IMS网元间传送的媒体承载 相关信令, 其可以唯一标识某一会话, 这种情况下, 该 PSI DN标识可以用作 关联标识, 则本实施例的步骤具体包括:

本实施例提供的计费信息关联方法, 仅需要对 IMS域的 AS进行升级, 使之可以在计费信息中包含 PSI DN, 而不需要对 CS域进行改动, 可以减少 网络升级代价, 同时, 计费系统关联时仅需要在 CS域 CDR中查找被叫号码 等于该 PSI DN的话单,简化了计费系统关联的难度,提高了计费系统的效率。
如图 5所示,为本发明实施例提供的一计费信息关联方法实施例流程图; 本实施例使用 CS域呼叫标识作为计费关联标识, 由于其在 CS网元中已经存 在, 所以将其引入 IMS域, 并在 IMS网元上报的计费信息中增加该标识。 本 实施例用到的 CS域呼叫标识可以为呼叫参数 ( call reference, 简称 CR )或 网络呼叫参数 ( network call reference , 简称 NCR ) 。 具体方法为: 生成 CS域呼叫标识(起呼呼叫时由 MSC Server生成, 终呼呼叫时由 MSC Server或 MGCF生成), CS域与 IMS域的信令转换实体,即 MSC Server 或 MGCF在信令转换时(如起呼呼叫时, MSC Server根据接收到的 SETUP 呼叫建立消息生成 SIP INVITE消息; 或 MSC Server通过 ISUP IAM消息将 呼叫路由到 MGCF, 由 MGCF生成 SIP INVITE消息时) , 该信令转换实体 将该 CS域呼叫标识携带在所生成的 SIP INVITE消息中, IMS网元在上 >¾的 计费信息中携带该呼叫标识, MSC Server在生成的 CDR中包含该呼叫标识; 或, CS域与 IMS域的信令转换实体(即 MSC Server或 MGCF )在接收 到 SIP INVITE信令时(如终呼呼叫时 ) , 该信令转换实体生成 CS域呼叫标 识, 并在给 IMS网元的 SIP INVITE的应答消息中携带该标识, IMS网元在 上报的计费信息中携带该呼叫标识, MSC Server在上报计费信息时会包含该 呼叫标识。
其中 CS域呼叫标识携带方法为: 该标识可以携带在 SIP INVITE或其应 答消息的消息头 (如 P-Charging- Vector头域, 在该头域中增加一个字段 cscr 以携带该值 )或 SDP中, CDF将其写入 CDR的 AccessCorrelationID中。
在实现中, 还可以结合使用 CS域呼叫标识和 MSC Server的地址进行计 费信息关联, 其中 MSC Server地址可以携带在 SIP消息的 via头域中发送至 IMS网元。
以下以起呼呼叫场景中 MGCF生成 SIP INVITE为例说明具体流程( MSC Server生成 SIP INVITE、 以及终呼呼叫情况与此类似) , 本实施例以 CR作 为 CS域呼叫标识进行说明, NCR作为 CS域呼叫标识与此相同, 具体步骤 包括:
步骤 510、 MSC Server接收到终端发送的 Setup消息, 根据获取的 Setup 消息中的 CR生成 CDR上报给计费系统;
步骤 520、 MSC Server向 MGCF发送 ISUP IAM消息,该消息中携带 CR; 步骤 530-540、 MGCF进行消息转换,根据 MSC Server发送的 IAM消息 生成 SIP INVITE消息, 该 SIP INVITE消息的消息头或 SDP中携带 CR, 并 通过 CSCF向 AS, 例如 SCC AS发送;
具体地, MGCF发送携带有 CR的 SIP INVITE消息至 CSCF, CSCF将 接收到的 SIP INVITE消息发送至 AS;

本实施例提供的计费信息关联方法,通过将 CS域的 CR或 NCR传入 IMS 域, 在 IMS域的 AS提取该信息, 并在上报的计费信息中上报该呼叫标识, 使之完成计费信息的关联, 由于在 CS 域的计费信息已经包含该标识, 所以 仅需对 AS上报的计费信息进行扩展,同时,该方法可以适合所有 CS域和 IMS 域的计费信息关联场景, 具有很好的通用性。
如图 6所示,为本发明实施例提供的一计费信息关联方法实施例流程图; 本实施例分场景选择使用哪种计费关联标识, 进而上报对应的计费信息, 在 本实施例中, 使用 ICID或 CR作为计费关联标识。 具体步骤包括:
在 CS域: 若 MSC Server增强了 ICS能力, 则在生成的 CDR中包含 externalChargingID, 若 MSC Server未增强 ICS能力, 则生成普通的 CDR。
在 IMS域的 SCC AS, 进行如下处理:
步骤 710、 SCC AS接收到 SIP INVITE消息;
步骤 720、 SCC AS判断是否使用 ICID作为计费关联标识, 是则执行步 骤 730; 否则执行步骤 740;

本实施例提供的计费信息关联方法, 通过在 SCC AS进行场景判断, 进 而选择不同的关联标识,可以在不同场景下选择最为合适且简单的关联标识, 从而最大限度的简化计费系统关联处理的复杂度。
如图 7所示,为本发明实施例提供的一计费信息关联方法实施例流程图; 本实施例分场景选择使用哪种计费关联标识, 进而上报对应的计费信息, 在 该实施例中, 使用 ICID或 PSI DN或 CR作为关联标识。 具体方法为:
在 CS域: 若 MSC Server增强了 ICS能力, 则在生成的 CDR中包含 externalChargingID, 若 MSC Server未增强 ICS能力, 则生成普通的 CDR。
在 IMS域的 SCC AS, 进行如下处理:

本实施例提供的计费信息关联方法, 通过在 SCC AS进行场景判断, 进 而选择不同的关联标识,可以在不同场景下选择最为合适且简单的关联标识, 从而最大限度的简化计费系统关联处理的复杂度。
如图 8所示, 为本发明实施例提供的计费信息关联系统实施例结构示意 图, 本实施例包括: 与第二域网元 82进行通信的第一域网元 81 ; 其中, 所述第一域网元 81 , 用于生成计费关联标识, 向计费系统 83上报包含 所述计费关联标识的计费信息, 并将所述计费关联标识发送给第二域; 所述第二域网元 82, 用于向所述计费系统 83上报包含所述计费关联标 识的计费信息; 以便计费系统 83根据所述计费关联标识进行所述第一域和所 述第二域上报的计费信息的关联。
进一步地, 在本实施例中, 所述第一域网元, 如图 9所示, 为本发明实施 例提供的第一域网元实施例结构示意图, 具体包括: 关联标识生成单元 11 , 用于生成计费关联标识; 第一 CDR生成单元 12, 用于生成包含所述计费关联 标识的计费数据记录 CDR, 并将所述 CDR发送给计费系统; 通知单元 13, 用 于生成携带有所述计费关联标识的消息,并发送所述消息至第二域网元。其中, 第一 CDR生成单元具体通过在 CSRecord的子记录中增加字段保存 ICID。
具体的, 在本实施例中, 可以是第一域为 CS域, 第二域为 IMS域; 或 者, 第一域为 IMS域, 第二域为 CS域。 当第一域为 CS域时, 第一域网元 可以为 CS域的 MSC Server, MSC Server可以生成 ICID或 CS域呼叫标识作 为计费标识, 并生成携带有所述 ICID或 CS域呼叫标识的会话初始协议 SIP 消息, 将 SIP消息发送至 IMS 网元。 CS域网元也可以包括信令转换实体和 MSC Serve, 其中, 关联标识生成单元和通知单元位于信令转换实体中, CDR 生成单元位于 MSC Server中; 当信令转换实体接收到 IMS网元发送的 SIP 消息时, 生成 CS域呼叫标识作为计费关联标识; 并将所述 CS域呼叫标识携 带在接收到的会话初始协议 SIP消息的应答消息中发送给 IMS网元。
IMS域网元接收到 CS域网元发送的 CS域呼叫标识时, 将所述 CS域呼 叫标识携带在 ACR命令中发送给 CDF , 所述 CDF将所述 CS域呼叫标识包 含在 CDR的 AccessCorrelationID中发送给所述计费系统。
在本实施例中, 当所述第一域网元为 IMS域网元,所述第二域网元为 CS 域网元, 则所述计费关联标识为 ICID或 PSI DN。 并且当所述计费关联标识 为 ICID时, 所述第二域网元具体包括: 接收单元, 用于接收 IMS网元发送 的携带有所述 IMS网元生成的 ICID的 SIP消息; 第二 CDR生成单元, 用于 生成包含所述 ICID的 CDR, 并将所述 CDR发送给计费系统。 其中, 第二 CDR生成单元具体通过在 CSRecord的子记录中增加字段保存 ICID。
IMS域网元可以是应用服务器 AS, 也可以是 CSCF, 具体的, 当第一域 网元为 IMS域网元时, 可以由 AS或 CSCF生成 ICID或 PSI DN作为计费标 识。 如果 IMS域网元生成 ICID, 则 CS域网元的结构图, 如图 10所示, 为 本发明实施例提供的第二域网元实施例结构示意图, 具体可以包括: 接收单 元 21 , 用于接收 IMS网元发送的携带有所述 IMS网元生成的 ICID的 SIP消 息; 第二 CDR生成单元 22,用于生成包含所述 ICID的 CDR,并将所述 CDR 发送给计费系统。
进一步地, 在本实施例中, 计费信息关联系统还包括: 计费系统 83 , 用 于根据所述计费关联标识进行所述第一域网元和第二域网元上报的计费信息 的关联。

图 11为本发明实施例提供的计费信息关联系统实施例结构示意图,如图 11所示, 本实施例的计费信息关联系统包括: 接收模块 4和第一判断模块 5, 其中接收模块 4用于接收到呼叫; 第一判断模块 5, 用于判断该呼叫是否使 用 ICID作为计费关联标识, 是则使用 ICID作为计费关联标识, 否则使用 CS 域呼叫标识和 /或 PSI DN作为计费关联标识。
第一判断模块 5具体用于对于起呼呼叫,判断用于呼叫的 SIP消息的 via 头域是否包含 MSC节点, 若包含则表示起呼呼叫使用 ICID作为计费关联标 识;
对于终呼呼叫, 判断被呼叫的终端是否通过 MSC Server在 IMS域注册, 若是则表示终呼呼叫使用 ICID作为计费关联标识。
第一判断模块 5还用于: 判断起呼呼叫时的主叫终端或终呼呼叫时的被 叫终端是否通过 MSC Server在 IMS域注册, 若是则表示呼叫使用 ICID作为 计费关联标识。
当第一判断模块 5判断出没有使用 ICID作为计费关联标识时,本实施例 的计费信息关联系统还包括: 第二判断模块 6, 用于判断被呼叫号码是否是 AS动态分配的 PSI DN, 若是则使用 PSI DN作为计费关联标识, 否则使用 CS域呼叫标识作为计费关联标识。

信令转换实体在接收到 SIP消息时生成 CS域呼叫标识;
所述信令转换实体将所述 CS域呼叫标识携带在 SIP消息的应答消息中发 送至 IMS网元;
移动交换中心服务器通过信令转换实体接收所述 CS 域呼叫标识, 并将 所述 CS域呼叫标识包含在生成的 CDR中上报给计费系统。

移动交换中心服务器接收 IMS网元发送的携带有 IMS网元生成的 ICID 的 SIP消息;
移动交换中心服务器生成包含所述 ICID的 CDR, 并将所述 CDR发送给 计费系统。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的计费信息关联方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一域 网元生成计费关联标识,向计费系统上报包含所述计费关联标识的计费信息, 并将所述计费关联标识发送给第二域网元具体包括:
应用服务器 AS生成公共业务标识号 PSI DN发送给终端,通过所述终端 向 CS域的移动交换中心服务器发起的呼叫将所述 PSI DN携带至 CS域; AS接收所述移动交换中心服务器发送的指示建立呼叫的消息,所述指示 建立呼叫的消息中的被叫号码为所述 PSI DN;
AS根据所述 PSI DN确定真实被叫号,使用真实被叫号替换所述 PSI DN 作为被叫号码, 并生成包含所述 PSI DN的计费信息;
所述 AS将所述计费信息发送给 CDF, 所述 CDF将 PSI DN包含在 AS 的 CDR中发送给所述计费系统。

对于起呼呼叫,判断用于呼叫的 SIP消息的 via头域是否包含 MSC节点, 若包含则表示所述起呼呼叫使用 ICID作为计费关联标识;
对于终呼呼叫, 判断被呼叫的终端是否通过移动交换中心服务器在 IMS 域注册, 若是则表示所述终呼呼叫使用 ICID作为计费关联标识。
