可以理解, CCF在接收到计费请求消息,根据其中的接入信息生成计费话 单时, 生成主叫呼叫被叫的计费话单和 IMS业务的计费话单, 其中主叫呼叫被 叫的计费话单的生成方法如现有的 mAGCF生成话单的方法一致, 在生成过程 中, 需要根据主叫用户终端和被叫用户终端的接入信息生成; 而在生成 IMS 业务的计费话单时,是根据主叫用户终端对应的 IMS业务信息生成的, 具体生 成方法是现有的流程, 在此不再赘述。
例如: 主叫终端 A在用户位置区 al呼叫被叫终端 B, 此时被叫终端 B是在 用户位置区 bl,则 CCF根据计费策略中关于用户位置区 al的终端呼叫用户位置 区 bl的终端的计费方式, 生成呼叫的计费话单, 并根据计费策略中关于用户 终端 A使用的 IMS业务类型的计费方式, 生成 IMS的计费话单等。
可见, 本发明实施例的计费话单生成方法包括: 储存接收的呼叫请求消 息中携带的主叫用户终端的接入信息, 储存接收的呼叫响应消息中携带的被 叫用户终端的接入信息; 并将被叫用户终端和被叫用户终端的接入信息添加 到计费请求消息中, 发送给主叫网络中 IMS系统中的 CCF, 这样 CCF就能根据 主叫用户终端和被叫用户终端的接入信息生成计费话单。 由于本方法实施例 中, 系统不用通过 mAGCF, 及 AS和 CCF单独生成各自的话单, 而是将生成呼 叫话单所必须的用户终端接入信息通过计费请求消息发送给 CCF,由 CCF统一 生成呼叫和 IMS业务话单,这样运营商可以不用通过额外的设备进行计费话单 的关联合并, 简化了用户终端通过 IMS系统呼叫时计费话单生成的流程。
需要说明的是, 由于 IMS系统中的呼叫是使用 SIP协议信令的, 则上述步 骤中提到的呼叫请求消息是 SIP消息, 而呼叫响应消息也可能是 SIP消息, 因此 mAGCF在获得主叫用户终端的接入信息,可以扩展 SIP呼叫请求消息的计费收 集头域 ( P-Charging-Vector )和 /或访问网洛标识头域 ( P-Visited-Network-ID ), 用 P-Charging-Vector头域 /或 P-Visited-Network-ID头域来携带主叫用户终端的 接入信息。

可以理解,主叫用户终端基于 IMS系统发起呼叫时,会发送呼叫请求消息, 该呼叫请求消息经过 mAGCF到达相应的 AS。
步骤 202、 根据呼叫请求消息中的主叫用户终端的标识信息获取对应的接 入信息。
当 mAGCF接收到呼叫请求消息后, 根据其中主叫用户终端的标识信息向 HLR获取对应的接入信息, 该接入信息在主叫用户终端接入移动网络时, 在 寄存器中储存的, 该流程为现有的流程, 在此不进行赘述。 且这里主叫用户 终端的接入信息是指主叫用户终端当前所在接入网络的接入信息, 是生成呼 叫计费话单所必须的信息, 具体的接入信息必须包括如上述表 1中必要的信息 即用户的移动台级别、 网络呼叫参考号、 详细原因值和释放类型, 和 /或表 2 所示的信息。
步骤 203、 将主叫用户终端的接入信息添加到呼叫请求消息中, 发送给应 用服务器,以便应用服务器向主叫网络的 IMS系统中的计费收集功能实体发起 计费请求, 请求计费收集功能实体根据主叫用户终端的接入信息, 和被叫用 户终端的接入信息及相应的计费策略生成计费话单。

步骤 401、 接收网络协议多媒体子系统 IMS的应用服务器发送的计费请求 消息, 在计费请求消息携带主叫用户终端和被叫用户终端的接入信息。
计费请求消息中携带的主叫和被叫用户终端的接入信息分别由主叫和被 叫用户终端当前所在网路侧中的 mAGCF (或 MSC )向 HLR获取的, 并分别通 过呼叫请求消息和呼叫响应消息发送给 AS的。
这里的接入信息是指用户终端接入呼叫网络的信息, 即为生成呼叫计费 话单所必须的信息。 主叫用户终端的接入信息如上述表 1和表 2所示, 被叫用 户终端的接入信息如上述表 1到 3所示。
可以理解,在计费请求消息中还包括主叫用户终端对应的 IMS业务相关信 息,即生成 IMS业务计费话单所必须的信息,这样 CCF接收到计费请求消息后, 即可生成 IMS业务计费话单。
步骤 402、 解析计费请求消息得到主叫用户和被叫用户的接入信息。
步骤 403、 根据主叫用户和被叫用户的接入信息生成计费话单。
可以理解, CCF在接收到计费请求消息,根据其中的接入信息生成计费话 单时, 生成主叫呼叫被叫的计费话单, 其中主叫呼叫被叫的计费话单的生成 方法如现有的 mAGCF生成话单的方法一致; 同时 CCF还要生成该主叫用户终 端对应的 IMS业务计费话单, 而 IMS业务的计费话单是现有流程, 在此不再赘 述。
例如: 主叫终端 A在用户位置区 al呼叫被叫终端 B, 此时被叫终端 B是在 用户位置区 bl,则 CCF根据计费策略中关于用户位置区 al的终端呼叫用户位置 区 bl的终端的计费方式, 生成呼叫的计费话单, 而根据计费策略中关于用户 终端使用的 IMS业务类型的计费方式, 生成 IMS的计费话单等。
可见, 本发明实施例的计费话单生成方法包括: CCF接收到 AS发送计费 请求消息, 根据其中携带的主叫用户终端和被叫用户终端的接入信息, 及相 应的计费策略生成计费话单。这样通过 CCF将生成呼叫计费话单所必须的信息 收集后, 生成该呼叫过程中呼叫的计费话单, 同时生成 IMS业务计费话单, 就 不用额外的设备进行话单关联合并,简化了基于 IMS系统的呼叫中计费话单生 成的流程。

而 HLR通过将这些接入信息映射到 ISDN用户部分 (Integrated Services Digital Network User Part, ISUP )、 移动应用部分 ( Mobile Application Part, MAP )、事物处理能力应用部分( Transaction Capability Application Part, TCAP ) 协议信令中, 发送给 mAGCF; mAGCF扩展 SIP协议的呼叫请求消息的 P-Charging- Vector头域和 P-Visited-Network-ID头域, 将获得的主叫用户终端的 接入信息添加到这两个头域中, 如下表 4是经过扩展后的 P-Charging-Vector头 域的内容:

在扩展的呼叫请求消息头域添加了主叫用户终端的接入信息后, 形成了 INVITE消息, mAGCF将 INVITE消息通过 CSCF发送给 AS。
步骤 503 、 AS接收到 INVITE消息后, 解析 INVITE消息中 的 P-Charging- Vector头域和 P-Visited-Network-ID头域得到主叫用户终端的接入 信息并进行保存。
步骤 504、 AS通过 CSCF将该 INVITE消息发送到被叫用户终端所在网络 侧。
步骤 505、被叫用户终端所在网络侧通过 CSCF返回呼叫响应消息如 18X消 息或 200消息给 AS, 在呼叫 响应消息的 P-Charging- Vector头域和 P-Visited-Network-ID头域携带被叫用户终端的接入信息。
可以理解, 呼叫响应消息的 P-Charging- Vector头 i或和 P-Visited-Network-ID 头域在携带被叫用户终端的接入信息的方法, 参考呼叫请求消息中携带主叫 用户终端的接入信息的方法, 在此不再赘述。
步骤 506、 AS接收到呼叫响应消息后, 解析呼叫响应消息中的 P-Charging- Vector头域和 P-Visited-Network-ID头域得到被叫用户终端的接入 信息并进行保存。
步骤 507、 AS扩展 AVP格式的计费请求消息的头域或值域, 在扩展的头域 添加步骤 503中保存的主叫用户终端的接入信息, 和步骤 506中保存的被叫用 户终端的接入信息; 并将添加信息后的计费请求消息通过 Rf接口发送给 CCF。

CCF接收到计费请求消息后,根据被叫和主叫用户终端的接入信息,及相 应的计费策略生成呼叫计费话单和 IMS业务计费话单,具体生成过程如实施例 一所述, 在此不再赘述。
可选的, 如果通话过程中产生了切换, 则还包括如下步骤:
步骤 508、 在通话过程中主叫用户终端发生了小区切换, 当前所在接入小 区的 mAGCF通过扩展切换通知消息 ( INFO ) 的 P-Charging- Vector头域和 P-Visited-Network-ID头域, 在扩展的头域中添加主叫用户终端当前接入小区 的接入信息, 并将添加接入信息后的切换通知消息发送给 AS。
步骤 509、 AS接收到该切换通知消息后, 发送计费请求消息给 CCF进行切 换计费话单生成。
本实施例中, 通过 AS将主叫用户终端的接入信息和被叫用户终端的接入 信息添加到计费请求消息中,发送给 CCF, 这样 CCF就能根据主叫用户终端和 被叫用户终端的接入信息, 及相应的预置策略生成计费话单。 由于在系统中 mAGCF, 和 CCF上不用分别生成呼叫计费话单和 IMS业务计费话单, 而是通 过 AS将生成呼叫计费话单所必须的用户终端接入信息, 及生成 IMS业务计费 话单所必须的 IMS业务信息携带在计费请求消息发送给 CCF, 由 CCF统一生成 呼叫和 IMS业务计费话单, 这样运营商可以不用通过额外的设备对 mAGCF和 CCF各自生成的话单进行关联合并,简化了用户终端通过 IMS系统呼叫时计费 话单生成的流程。 设备实施例一

第一获取单元 10, 用于接收呼叫请求消息, 储存呼叫请求消息中携带的 主叫用户终端的接入信息, 并将呼叫请求消息发送给被叫网络;
可以理解, 这里的主叫用户终端的接入信息是指主叫用户终端当前接入 网络的信息如在电路交换域(CS ) 的接入信息, 包括生成呼叫的计费话单所 必须的信息。 具体的信息如上述表 1和表 2所示。
当主叫用户终端经过 IMS系统向被叫用户发起呼叫时,会发送呼叫请求消 息,该呼叫请求消息通过主叫用户接入到达 mAGCF; mAGCF获得主叫用户终 端的接入信息后, 可以扩展呼叫请求消息的 P-Charging- Vector头域和 /或 P-Visited-Network-ID头域, 并将主叫用户终端的接入信息添加到扩展的头域 后, 发送给 AS, 该呼叫请求消息会通过 CSCF到达 AS。 则主叫信息获得单元 10接收到呼叫请求消息后, 可以解析该消息的头域, 来获得主叫用户终端的 接入信息后, 将呼叫请求消息发送给被叫网络。
第二获取单元 11, 用于接收被叫网络返回的呼叫响应消息, 储存呼叫响 应消息中携带的被叫用户终端的接入信息;
这里的被叫用户终端的接入信息是指被叫用户终端当前接入网络的信 息, 包括生成呼叫的计费话单所必须的信息。 具体的信息如上述表 1到表 3所 示。
呼叫请求消息到达被叫网路的 mAGCF或 MSC, 由 mAGCF或 MSC获得被 叫用户终端的接入信息, 可以扩展呼叫响应消息的 P-Charging- Vector头域和 / 或 P-Visited-Network-ID头域, 并将被叫用户终端的接入信息添加到扩展的头 域后, 发送给 AS。 当第二获取单元 11接收到呼叫响应消息后, 可以解析该消 息的头域, 来获得被叫用户终端的接入信息。
第一话单生成单元 12, 用于将第一获取单元 10储存的主叫用户终端的接 入信息和第二获取单元 11储存的被叫用户终端的接入信息添加到计费请求消 息中,发送给主叫网络的 IMS系统中的计费收集功能实体, 以便计费收集功能 实体根据主叫用户终端和被叫用户终端的接入信息生成计费话单。
第一话单生成单元 12可以通过扩展 AVP格式的计费请求消息的头域和 /或 值域, 在扩展的计费请求消息的头域和 /或值域中添加主叫用户终端和被叫用 户终端的接入信息,这样 CCF接收到计费请求消息后,根据主叫用户和被叫用 户终端的接入信息, 及与呼叫相关的计费策略生成该呼叫过称对应的呼叫计 费话单。
且在计费请求消息中还包括主叫用户终端对应的 IMS业务相关信息,即生 成 IMS业务计费话单所必须的信息, 这样 CCF接收到计费请求消息后, 即可生 成 IMS业务计费话单。
可见, 本实施例的应用服务器中: 第一获取单元 10储存接收的呼叫请求 消息中携带的主叫用户终端的接入信息, 第二获取单元 11储存接收的呼叫响 应消息中携带的被叫用户终端的接入信息; 并由第一话单生成单元 12将被叫 用户终端和被叫用户终端的接入信息添加到计费请求消息中, 发送给主叫网 络中 IMS系统中的 CCF, 这样 CCF就能根据主叫用户终端和被叫用户终端的接 入信息生成计费话单。 由于本方法实施例中应用服务器是将生成呼叫话单所 必须的用户终端接入信息通过计费请求消息发送给 CCF,由 CCF统一生成呼叫 和 IMS业务话单,这样运营商可以不用通过额外的设备进行计费话单的关联合 并, 简化了用户终端通过 IMS系统呼叫时计费话单生成的流程。
可以理解, 本实施例的应用服务器还可以包括:
第三获取单元 13, 用于接收主叫网络的移动接入网关控制功能实体, 或 被叫网络发送的用户切换通知消息, 储存切换通知消息中包括主叫用户终端 或被叫用户终端当前所在接入小区的接入信息;
切换话单生成单元 14, 用于将第三获取单元 13储存的切换通知消息中主 叫用户终端或被叫用户终端当前所在接入小区的接入信息添加到计费请求消 息中, 发送给计费收集功能实体, 以便计费收集功能实体根据主叫用户终端 或被叫用户终端当前所在接入小区的接入信息生成切换计费话单。
当呼叫接通后, 当主叫和被叫用户终端发生小区切换时, 当前用户终端 所在小区的 mAGCF发送用户切换通知消息给 IMS系统中的 AS, 当第三获取单 元 13接收到用户切换通知消息后储存接入信息, 由切换话单生成单元 14将用 户切换通知消息中包括的用户终端当前所在接入小区的接入信息, 添加到计 费请求消息中,发送给 CCF生成计费话单。这样随着呼叫双方的位置变化导致 接入信息变化时, mAGCF将该变化后的信息及时上报给 AS, 由本实施例中的 AS发起到 CCF的计费话单的更新, 提高的了计费的实时性。 设备实施例二
一种网络设备, 本实施例的设备可以是主叫网络的 mAGCF, 结构示意图 如图 8所示, 包括:
呼叫接收单元 20, 用于接收用户终端发送的呼叫请求消息; 接入信息获得单元 21, 用于根据呼叫接收单元 20接收的呼叫请求消息中 的主叫用户终端的标识信息获得主叫用户终端的接入信息;
呼叫发送生成单元 22, 用于将接入信息获得单元 21获得的主叫用户终端 的接入信息添加到呼叫请求消息中, 发送给应用服务器, 以便应用服务器向 计费收集功能实体发起计费请求, 请求计费收集功能实体根据主叫用户终端 的接入信息生成计费话单。
可以理解,主叫用户终端基于 IMS系统发起呼叫时,会发送呼叫请求消息, 该呼叫请求消息会到达 mAGCF,由 mAGCF中的呼叫接收单元 20接收呼叫请求 消息, 接入信息获得单元 21根据呼叫请求消息中主叫用户终端的标识信息获 得主叫用户终端的接入信息, 并由呼叫发送生成单元 22将该主叫用户终端的 接入信息添加到呼叫请求消息中发送给 AS, 再由 AS发送给被叫网络。
这样应用服务器向 CCF进行计费请求, 请求 CCF进行话单生成, CCF统一 将生成呼叫计费话单和 IMS业务计费话单的信息都收集, 生成计费话单, 就可 以不用额外的设备进行话单的合并关联,简化了用户终端通过 IMS系统呼叫时 计费话单生成的流程。
可以理解, 在一个具体的实施例中, 网络设备还可以包括:
切换发送生成单元 23, 用于当主叫用户终端发生接入小区切换后, 发送 用户切换通知消息给应用服务器, 切换通知消息中包括主叫用户终端当前所 在接入小区的接入信息;
以便应用服务器向计费收集功能实体发起计费请求, 请求计费收集功能 实体根据主叫用户终端当前所在接入小区的接入信息, 及相应的计费策略生 成切换计费话单。
这样随着主叫用户终端的位置变化导致接入信息变化时, 切换发送生成 单元 23将该变化后的信息及时上报给主叫网络的 AS, 由 AS发起到 CCF的计费 话单的更新, 提高的了计费的实时性。
本发明实施例还提供一种基于多媒体子系统的计费话单生成系统, 包括: 应用服务器, 移动接入网关控制功能实体, 和计费收集功能实体, 该系统中 各个设备之间通过如方法实施例所述的方法, 进行计费话单的生成, 其中: 移动接入网关控制功能实体, 用于接收用户终端发送的呼叫请求消息, 根据呼叫请求消息中的主叫用户终端的标识信息获取对应的接入信息; 将主 叫用户终端的接入信息地添加到呼叫请求消息中, 发送给应用服务器;
应用服务器, 用于接收移动接入网关控制功能实体发送的呼叫请求消息, 储存呼叫请求消息中携带的主叫用户终端的接入信息, 并将呼叫请求消息发 送给被叫网络; 接收被叫网络返回的呼叫响应消息, 储存呼叫响应消息中携 带的被叫用户终端的接入信息; 将主叫用户终端的接入信息和被叫用户终端 的接入信息添加到计费请求消息中, 发送给主叫网络的网络协议多媒体子系 统 IMS中的计费收集功能实体;
计费收集功能实体, 用于根据主叫用户终端和被叫用户终端的接入信息, 生成计费话单。
可选的, 应用服务器, 还用于接收主叫网络的移动接入网关控制功能实 体, 或被叫网络发送的用户切换通知消息, 切换通知消息中包括主叫用户终 端或被叫用户终端当前所在接入小区的接入信息; 将主叫用户终端或被叫用 户终端当前所在接入小区的接入信息添加到计费请求消息中, 发送给计费收 集功能实体; 计费收集功能实体, 还用于根据主叫用户终端或被叫用户终端 当前所在接入小区的接入信息, 生成切换计费话单。
应用服务器可以是图 7所示的应用服务器, 移动接入网关控制功能实体可 以是图 8所示的网络设备。
本发明实施例的计费话单生成方法、 系统及设备中: 储存接收的呼叫请 求消息中携带的主叫用户终端的接入信息, 储存接收的呼叫响应消息中携带 的被叫用户终端的接入信息; 并将被叫用户终端和被叫用户终端的接入信息 添加到计费请求消息中,发送给 CCF, 这样 CCF就能根据主叫用户终端和被叫 用户终端的接入信息生成计费话单。 由于本发明实施例中是主叫网络侧的 AS 将生成呼叫计费话单所必须的用户终端接入信息通过计费请求消息发送给 CCF, 由 CCF统一生成呼叫计费话单及 IMS业务计费话单, 这样运营商可以不 用通过额外的设备进行计费话单的关联合并,简化了用户终端通过 IMS系统呼 叫时计费话单生成的流程。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步 骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 该程序可以存储于一计算机可 读存储介质中, 存储介质可以包括: 只读存储器 (ROM )、 随机存取存储器 ( RAM ), 磁盘或光盘等。
以上对本发明实施例所提供的基于多媒体子系统的计费话单生成方法、 施方式进行了阐述, 以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其 核心思想; 同时, 对于本领域的一般技术人员, 依据本发明的思想, 在具体 实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处, 综上所述, 本说明书内容不应理解 为对本发明的限制。

权利要求 书
1、 一种基于多媒体子系统的计费话单生成方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收呼叫请求消息, 储存所述呼叫请求消息中携带的主叫用户终端的接 入信息, 并将所述呼叫请求消息发送给被叫网络;
接收所述被叫网络返回的呼叫响应消息, 储存所述呼叫响应消息中携带 的被叫用户终端的接入信息;
将所述主叫用户终端的接入信息和被叫用户终端的接入信息添加到计费 请求消息中, 发送给主叫网络的网络协议多媒体子系统中的计费收集功能实 体, 以便所述计费收集功能实体根据所述主叫用户和终端被叫用户终端的接 入信息生成计费话单。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
接收主叫网络的移动接入网关控制功能实体, 或被叫网络发送的用户切 换通知消息, 所述切换通知消息中包括主叫用户终端或被叫用户终端当前所 在接入小区的接入信息;
将所述主叫用户终端或被叫用户终端当前所在接入小区的接入信息添加 到计费请求消息中, 发送给所述计费收集功能实体, 以便所述计费收集功能 实体根据所述主叫用户终端或被叫用户终端当前所在接入小区的接入信息, 生成切换计费话单。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述主叫用户终端的接入信息携带在所述呼叫请求消息的计费收集头域 P-Charging- Vector和 /或访问网洛标识头域 P-Visited-Network-ID中;
所述被叫用户终端的接入信息携带在所述呼叫响应消息的计费收集头域 P-Charging- Vector和 /或访问网洛标识头域 P-Visited-Network-ID中。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述主叫用户终端或被叫用 户终端的接入信息包括移动交换中心 MSC的 E.164串号,和 /或用户的移动台级 别、 网络呼叫参考号、 详细原因值和释放类型;
所述被叫用户终端的接入信息还包括: 被叫国际移动用户识别码 IMSI、 被叫国际移动设备身份码 IMEI和被叫漫游号码。
5、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述主叫用户终端的接 入信息和被叫用户终端的接入信息添加到计费请求消息中具体包括: 扩展 AVP格式的所述计费请求消息的头域和 /或值域, 在所述扩展的计费 请求消息的头域和 /或值域中添加所述主叫用户终端的接入信息和被叫用户终 端的接入信息。
6、 一种应用服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一获取单元, 用于接收呼叫请求消息, 储存所述呼叫请求消息中携带 的主叫用户终端的接入信息, 并将所述呼叫请求消息发送给被叫网络;
第二获取单元, 用于接收所述被叫网络返回的呼叫响应消息, 储存所述 呼叫响应消息中携带的被叫用户终端的接入信息;
第一话单生成单元, 用于将所述第一获取单元储存的主叫用户终端的接 入信息和所述第二获取单元储存的被叫用户终端的接入信息添加到计费请求 消息中, 发送给计费收集功能实体, 以便所述计费收集功能实体根据所述主 叫用户终端和被叫用户终端的接入信息生成计费话单。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的应用服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第三获取单元, 用于接收主叫网络的移动接入网关控制功能实体, 或被 叫网络发送的用户切换通知消息, 储存所述切换通知消息中的主叫用户终端 或被叫用户终端当前所在接入小区的接入信息;
切换话单生成单元, 用于将所述第三获取单元储存的切换通知消息中主 叫用户终端或被叫用户终端当前所在接入小区的接入信息添加到计费请求消 息中, 发送给所述计费收集功能实体, 以便所述计费收集功能实体根据所述 主叫用户终端或被叫用户终端当前所在接入小区的接入信息, 生成切换计费 话单。
8、 一种网络设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
呼叫接收单元, 用于接收用户终端发送的呼叫请求消息;
接入信息获得单元, 用于根据所述呼叫请求消息中主叫用户终端的标识 信息获得主叫用户终端的接入信息;
呼叫发送生成单元, 用于将所述主叫用户终端添加到所述呼叫请求消息, 发送给应用服务器, 以便所述应用服务器向计费收集功能实体发起计费请求, 请求所述计费收集功能实体根据所述主叫用户终端和被叫用户终端的接入信 息生成计费话单。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
切换发送生成单元, 用于当主叫用户终端发生接入小区切换后, 发送用 户切换通知消息给所述应用服务器, 所述切换通知消息中包括主叫用户终端 当前所在接入小区的接入信息;
以便所述应用服务器向所述计费收集功能实体发起计费请求, 请求所述 计费收集功能实体根据所述主叫用户终端的接入信息生成切换计费话单。
10、 一种基于多媒体子系统的计费话单生成系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 应用服务器, 移动接入网关控制功能实体, 和计费收集功能实体;
所述移动接入网关控制功能实体, 用于接收用户终端发送的呼叫请求消 息, 根据所述呼叫请求消息中的主叫用户终端的标识信息获取主叫用户终端 的接入信息; 将所述主叫用户终端的接入信息添加到所述呼叫请求消息中, 发送给应用服务器;
所述应用服务器, 用于接收所述移动接入网关控制功能实体发送的呼叫 请求消息, 储存所述呼叫请求消息中携带的主叫用户终端的接入信息, 并将 所述呼叫请求消息发送给被叫网络; 接收所述被叫网络返回的呼叫响应消息, 储存所述呼叫响应消息中携带的被叫用户终端的接入信息; 将所述主叫用户 终端的接入信息和被叫用户终端的接入信息添加到计费请求消息中, 发送给 主叫网络的网络协议多媒体子系统中的计费收集功能实体;
所述计费收集功能实体, 用于根据所述主叫用户终端的接入信息和被叫 用户终端的接入信息, 生成计费话单。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述应用服务器, 还用于接收所述移动接入网关控制功能实体, 或被叫 网络发送的用户切换通知消息, 所述切换通知消息中包括主叫用户终端或被 叫用户终端当前所在接入小区的接入信息; 将所述主叫用户终端或被叫用户 终端当前所在接入小区的接入信息添加到计费请求消息中, 发送给所述计费 收集功能实体;
所述计费收集功能实体, 还用于根据所述主叫用户终端或被叫用户终端 当前所在接入小区的接入信息, 生成切换计费话单。
