[40] 转轴 5安装在动陶瓷片 8上, 转轴 5的里端穿过通孔 61固定在盲孔 81上, 转轴 5的 外端从本体 11穿出, 通过抬杆 30与浮筒组件 17连接。 受浮筒组件 17起伏带动, 由抬杆 30和转轴 5传动于动陶瓷片 8转动, 使动陶瓷片 8相对静陶瓷片 6转动, 当 缺口 82与出水口 62对齐吋陶瓷压力阀芯 14开启进水, 而当缺口 82与出水口 62完 全错开吋陶瓷压力阀芯 14关闭止水。
[41] 防虹吸胶垫 15由安装口 22置入阀腔 19中, 安装在本体 11的阀腔 19中靠近出水口 20的位置, 并借助上盖 13和顶盖 12安装定位。 [42] 以上各构件之间还根据需要设有密封件, 保证水密性, 此为常用件, 图中未逐 一标号。

[44] 工作吋, 配合图 4所示, 箭头所指为水流方向, 水源由中心管 28的下端进入, 向上流经中心管 28至本体 11的进水口 18, 若浮桶组件 17下伏, 由抬杆 30和转轴 5 带动使陶瓷压力阀芯 14开启进水, 水经陶瓷压力阀芯 14进入阀腔 19内, 顶起防 虹吸胶垫 15, 一部分由补水口 16流出进行补水, 另一部分再流经本体 11的出水 口 21和出水通道 4, 最后, 由阀体出水孔 3流进坐便器水箱内, 实现进水。 当水 位达到设定高度吋, 浮桶组件 17上浮, 由抬杆 30和转轴 5带动使陶瓷压力阀芯 14 关闭止水, 坐便器水箱停止进水。
[45] 再如图 13、 图 14所示, 是本发明的较佳实施例二。 此实施例的结构与实施例一 大致相同, 二者的区别仅在于: 此实施例压力件为弹簧 90, 釆用弹簧 90代替一 对同性磁极相对的磁铁 9, 同样达到将动陶瓷片 8和静陶瓷片 6压紧贴合在一起的 作用, 进水阀的功效和工作原理不变, 故不赞述。

权利要求书
[Claim 1] 1、 坐便器陶瓷压力阀芯进水阀, 其特征在于: 包括本体、 中心管
、 下套管、 浮筒组件、 抬杆、 陶瓷压力阀芯和防虹吸胶垫; 本体 具有进水口、 阀腔和出水口; 中心管的上端接在本体的进水口上 , 下端接至外界水源; 下套管套在中心管外, 且上端接在本体上 , 下套管与中心管之间形成出水通道与本体的出水口相连, 下套 管的下部开有与进水箱相连的阀体出水孔; 陶瓷压力阀芯安装在 本体的阀腔中靠近进水口的位置, 陶瓷压力阀芯包含压力件、 动 陶瓷片和静陶瓷片, 动陶瓷片和静陶瓷片在压力件作用下紧贴在 一起, 动陶瓷片上安装有转轴, 转轴的一端从本体穿出, 通过抬 杆与浮筒组件连接, 浮筒组件经由抬杆和转轴带动动陶瓷片转动 , 控制陶瓷压力阀芯的开或关; 防虹吸胶垫安装在本体的阀腔中 靠近出水口的位置; 各构件之间还设有保证水密性的密封件。
[Claim 2] 2、 如权利要求 1所述的坐便器陶瓷压力阀芯进水阀, 其特征在于
: 压力件为弹簧, 设置在动陶瓷片和静陶瓷片的一侧, 在弹力作 用下, 使动陶瓷片和静陶瓷片紧贴在一起。
[Claim 3] 3、 如权利要求 1所述的坐便器陶瓷压力阀芯进水阀, 其特征在于
: 压力件为以同性磁极相对的一对磁铁, 设置在动陶瓷片和静陶 瓷片的一侧, 在磁铁的斥力作用下, 使动陶瓷片和静陶瓷片紧贴 在一起。
[Claim 4] 4、 如权利要求 1所述的坐便器陶瓷压力阀芯进水阀, 其特征在于
: 静陶瓷片的中心位置开有供转轴穿过的通孔, 通孔周围以中心 对称均匀分布若干梯形出水口; 动陶瓷片在和静陶瓷片紧贴的一 侧面中心位置设有供转轴固定的盲孔, 盲孔周围以中心对称均匀 分布若干类似梯形的缺口; 压力件设置在动陶瓷片的另一侧面; 转轴的里端穿过通孔固定在盲孔上; 通过转动转轴, 带动动陶瓷 片相对静陶瓷片转动, 使缺口与出水口对齐吋进水, 而缺口与出 水口完全错开吋止水。
[Claim 5] 5、 如权利要求 1所述的坐便器陶瓷压力阀芯进水阀, 其特征在于
: 本体上还具有补水口, 补水口位于防虹吸胶垫安装位置和出水 口之间。

: 本体在阀腔靠近进水口的位置设有一个定位架, 定位架上开有 通水孔, 陶瓷压力阀芯安装在定位架中。

: 本体的阀腔对应陶瓷压力阀芯的安装位置开有安装口, 在安装 口上设有定位盖和定位螺母, 陶瓷压力阀芯由安装口置入阀腔中
