Abstract
Eine Vorrichtung dient zur Bestimmung mindestens einer vertikalen Position mindestens einer horizontal verlaufenden Grenzfläche (G1~G3) zwischen einer ersten Komponente (K1) und mindestens einer zweiten Komponente (K2~K4), die in einem Probenröhrchen (PR) in voneinander getrennten Schichten vorliegen. Hierzu beaufschlagt die Vorrichtung das Probenröhrchen im Zeitmultiplex mit Lichtimpulsen mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Wellenlänge, misst Intensitäten von aus dem Probenröhrchen austretenden Lichtimpulsen der ersten und der zweiten Wellenlänge und wertet die gemessenen Intensitäten zur Positionsbestimmung der Grenzflächen aus.
