加热好的豆浆通过导水管 3进入微型自吸水泵 9形成了高压力豆浆经过 导水管 16冲入成型容器 14内, 由于成型容器 14内下部设为圆弧面, 当加热 好豆浆冲入成型容器 14时能使液态的豆浆产生翻转效果, 让豆腐凝固剂与豆 浆可以充分均匀溶合, 得到最好的豆腐成型, 提高成品率, 这是制作豆腐的 关键性技术; 另外, 成型容器 14底部外面还设计有几条筋或多个凸点 141, 其作用是可以让容器不直接放在机架 15上, 有很好的通风效果散热好, 有利 于豆腐脑成型。
