Abstract

본 발명은 건축물의 내, 외벽을 구성하는 판넬과 판넬의 연결 및 상,하 또는 좌,우와 양단부의 마감을 간단하고 용이하게 이루어 시공시간을 단축하면서 저렴한 공사비로 편리한 시공을 이룰 수 있는 조립건축물 판넬에 관한 것이다. 본 조립건축물 판넬은, 판체(10)(10a)의 내면에 우레탄부재(20)가 내장되고, 하나의 판체(10) 일면에 하나 이상이 배열된 외향돌기부(30)에 메탈라스(40)가 부착되고, 상기 판체(10)(10a)의 일측에는 삽입돌기부(50)가 마련되어 다른 일측에 형성된 삽입홈부(60)와 대응하여서 조립판넬(100)이 연속조립 구성된다. 이에 의하여, 조립건축물의 내외벽체 시공에 사용됨으로 인하여 판넬의 조립체결 방향에 따라 종 또는 횡방향으로 조립판넬(100)의 한쪽 방향 삽입홈에 삽입돌기부 만을 끼워 주는 것이므로 조립을 간소화하면서 시공시간을 단축하고, 필요에 따라 다양한 실시형태로 형성된 판넬을 조립영역에 배열하여 직선,곡면의 모양에 따라 편리하고 간소한 조립시공을 완성함으로써 시공이 신속, 간편한 효과가 있다. 또한 메탈라스를 일면에 배치하고 결속보강부를 형성하여 몰탈 시공시 몰탈층 접착성을 극대화하여 시공안정성을 이루는 효과가 있다.
