Abstract
본 발명은 2이상의 서로 다른 기질분해효소의 스크리닝의 스크리닝 및 활성검출방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 효소를 포함하는 시료를 겔 전기영동을 수행한 다음, 서로 다른 기질을 가지는 다층기질겔로 전기이동시켜 다층기질겔을 분석함으로써 2이상의 기질분해효소를 동시에 스크리닝하고 활성을 검출해내는것을 특징으로 하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 기질분해효소의 스크리닝 및 효소활성 검출방법은 기존의 방법과 달리 하나의 겔에 시료를 로딩함으로써 동시에 2이상의 기질분해 효소의 스크리닝이가능하게 하는 장점이 있다. 또한, 미생물이나 환경소스로부터 미지의 효소를 직접 스크리닝하는 것을 가속화시키는 장점이 있으므로 유용하다.
