可选地, 本实施例中的 MG向 MGC所上报的媒体即时检测事件中还可 以携带有事件类型(Event Type, 简称 ET )参数, 所述事件类型参数用于表 示所述媒体即时检测事件的类型 , 所述事件类型参数的取值包括检测到所述 媒体数据的开始接收和 /或检测到所述媒体数据中的标签。 具体来说, 该参数 的取值可以为媒体 "Media" , 表示该媒体即时检测事件为检测到媒体数据的 开始接收的事件, 即 MG已经开始接收媒体数据; 该参数的取值还可以为标 签 "Mark" , 表示该媒体即时检测事件为检测到媒体数据中的标签的事件。
本实施例通过定义一个统一的媒体即时检测事件, 实现对媒体数据的开 始接收和 /或标签进行检测,同样可以将媒体数据的开始接收和 /或标签拆分成 两个不同的事件进行定义。 例如对标签检测事件来说, 其定义方法与前面的 媒体即时检测事件完全相同, 仅仅是将事件的名字做以修改即可, 例如命名 为 "标签检测( Mark Detection )"事件; 对于单独的媒体数据开始接收事件, 则可以命名为 "媒体开始(Start of Media )" 事件, 其中事件的设置和上报中 都可以不带任何参数, MGC通过事件名即可了解到 MG已经检测到或开始接 收媒体数据。
本实施例步骤 101之前还可以包括设置媒体即时检测事件的步骤, 该媒 体即时检测事件可以设置到 MG的根 ( ROOT )终端上, 表示对整个 MG上 所播放的媒体数据进行检测媒体即时信息; 也可以设置到 MG的某个特定终 端 (物理终端或临时终端)上, 表示表示对该特定终端上所播放的媒体数据 进行检测媒体即时信息; 还可以设置到 MG的某个特定的流上, 表示该媒体 即时检测事件仅适用于特定的流。 具体地, 设置的方式可以包括两种, 一种 方式为预先配置在 MG上,另一种方式为 MGC向 MG下发设置。其中, MGC 将媒体即时检测事件下发给 MG的过程可以通过 H.248中现有的很多消息来 实现, 例如: MGC可以通过修改请求(Modify Request )消息向 MG设置媒 体即时检测事件, MG 接收到该修改请求消息之后向 MGC 返回修改响应 ( Modify Reply ) 消息。 所述事件机制, 可以应用于现有的一系列支持实现 多媒体业务的场景中, 包括 ASR、 音频或多媒体录制等。 在上述这些业务场 景中, MGC通过信号参数向 MG下发对应的控制指示, MG根据所接收到的 控制指示对接收到的媒体数据进行相应的操作。 与此同时, MGC可以设置媒 体即时检测事件和信号完成事件给 MG , 则当 MG检测到与媒体数据相关的 媒体即时信息时, 触发媒体即时检测事件的上报; 当信号执行完毕时, MG 通过信号完成事件向 MGC报告执行情况。
本实施例中的 MG通过设置其上的媒体即时检测事件向 MGC上报检测 到的与媒体数据相关的媒体即时信息, 实现了 MG能够对与媒体数据相关的 媒体即时信息进行检测, 并向 MGC上报检测到的与媒体数据相关的媒体即 时信息, 使得 MGC可以根据与媒体数据相关的媒体即时信息执行对应的控 制操作, 扩大了媒体业务的应用范围。
同时需要说明的是: 媒体即时检测事件的检测和上报, 并不影响媒体数 据所进行的播放操作。 例如: 当 MG执行多媒体录制操作时, 一旦 MG检测 到用户输入的语音数据, 向 MGC上报媒体即时检测事件, 同时 MG开始对 数据进行录制。 同样, 媒体数据中标签信息的检测和上报, 也不会中断 MG 上的媒体操作。
为了支持媒体数据(语音数据)合成的应用, MGC通过 H.248.9 中的
TTS包指示 MG对相关的文本文件执行从文本到语音的转换操作。 图 2为本 发明实施例二提供的媒体即时信息的上报方法的流程示意图, 以 TTS应用为 例, MGC 使用 H.248 中的 TTS 增强包向 MG 下发播放片段标识 (Play Segment Identifier )信号, 指示 MG对相关的文本文件执行 TTS操作, 如图 2所示, 本实施例的媒体即时信息的上报方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤 201、 MGC向 MG发送修改请求消息,该修改请求消息中携带有播 放片段标识信号和媒体即时检测事件;
步骤 202、 MG接收到修改请求消息, 向 MGC返回修改响应消息; 步骤 203、 MG对修改请求消息中所携带的播放片段标识信号所代表的 文本文件执行 TTS操作, 以及根据该修改请求消息中所携带的媒体即时检测 事件检测该文本文件, 检测到某个媒体即时信息。
例如: MG检测到开始接收该文本文件, 或者 MG检测到该文本文件中 的标签;
步骤 204、 MG 触发上报媒体即时检测事件, 具体可以通过通知请求
( Notify Request ) 消息向 MGC上报标签检测事件。
本步骤中, MG 所检测到的媒体即时信息可以为媒体数据即文本文件的 开始接收, 还可以为媒体数据中的标签, 那么该媒体即时检测事件则对应可 以为检测到媒体数据的开始接收, 或者还可以为检测到媒体数据中的标签。
本步骤中, 若媒体即时检测事件为标签检测事件, 则该媒体即时检测事 件中还需要携带有所检测到标签的标签值, 用以表示所检测到的媒体数据中 的标签。 当 MG检测到的媒体即时信息为媒体数据中的标签时, MG向 MGC 所上报的媒体即时检测事件中还可以进一步携带所检测到标签的标签值参 数, 该参数的取值可以是字符串或其他, 内容可以是标签名, 或其他个性化 标识, 或相关指示信息, 例如: 取值可以为动作标识 (开始 "START" ), 也 可以为人名标识(汤姆" TOM" ),还可以为操作指示(插入 5号广告 "INSERT NO 5 AD" ), 还可以为内容指示 (新消息 "New Message" )等。
可选地, 本实施例中 MG向 MGC所上报的媒体即时检测事件中还可以 携带有事件类型参数, 该参数的取值可以为媒体 "Media" , 表示该事件为检 测到媒体数据的开始接收的事件, 即 MG已经开始接收媒体数据; 该参数的 取值还可以为标签 "Mark" , 表示该事件为检测到媒体数据中的标签的事件。
上述的所检测到标签的标签值可以由网络控制单元处理, 例如: MGC, 也可以是其他业务处理单元;
进一步地, 当 MG检测到的媒体即时信息为媒体数据中的标签时, MG 向 MGC所上报的媒体即时检测事件中还可以进一步携带所检测到标签的时 间值参数, 该参数的取值可以是数字, 例如: 取值为 "16039059" , 表示所 检测到的标签嵌入位置在合成的媒体数据输出中相对于媒体数据起始处的时 间信息;
步骤 205、 MGC接收到通过通知请求消息上报的媒体即时检测事件, 向 MG返回通知响应 ( Notify Reply ) 消息。 在 TTS应用中, MGC可以根据获 取的上述媒体即时信息, 决策进一步执行的控制操作。 例如: 如果检测到标 签的标签值为 "ANSWER" , 则表示后面的内容为应答数据, MGC需要将所 述信息发送到相关业务单元进行处理。
本实施例中 MG与 MGC之间的消息交互中, 仅仅列出了媒体即时检测 事件的相关信息, 而其他消息中涉及到的参数和流程中需要的动作命令并没 有明确列出, 例如: 播放片段标识信号的参数信息, 以及 MGC可能会在下 发播放片段标识的同时设置信号完成检测事件等。
需要说明的是: 对于前述的各方法实施例, 为了简单描述, 故将其都表 述为一系列的动作组合, 但是本领域技术人员应该知悉, 本发明并不受所描 述的动作顺序的限制, 因为依据本发明, 某些步骤可以釆用其他顺序或者同 时进行。 其次, 本领域技术人员也应该知悉, 说明书中所描述的实施例均属 于优选实施例, 所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中, 对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重, 某个实施例中没有 详述的部分, 可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
图 3为本发明实施例三提供的媒体网关的结构示意图, 如图 3所示, 本 实施例的媒体网关可以包括检测模块 31和上报模块 32。 其中, 检测模块 31 根据设置的媒体即时检测事件对接收到的媒体数据进行检测,检测模块 31检 测到媒体即时信息时,上报模块 32上报设置的媒体即时检测事件, 该媒体即 时检测事件中携带有所检测到的媒体即时信息的信息。
上述本发明实施例一中的方法、 以及本发明实施例二中的 MG的功能均 可以由本实施例提供的 MG实现。
本实施例中的上报模块通过设置的媒体即时检测事件向 MGC上报检测 模块检测到的与媒体数据相关的媒体即时信息, 实现了 MG能够对与媒体数 据相关的媒体即时信息进行检测, 并向 MGC上报检测到的与媒体数据相关 的媒体即时信息, 使得 MGC 可以根据与媒体数据相关的媒体即时信息执行 对应的控制操作, 扩大了媒体业务的应用范围。
图 4为本发明实施例四提供的媒体即时信息的上报系统的结构示意图, 如图 4所示,本实施例的媒体即时信息的上报系统可以包括媒体网关 41和媒 体网关控制器 42。
其中,媒体网关 41用于根据设置的媒体即时检测事件对接收到的媒体数 据进行检测, 检测到媒体即时信息时, 向媒体网关控制器 42 上报媒体网关 41 上设置的媒体即时检测事件, 该媒体即时检测事件中携带有媒体网关 41 所检测到的媒体即时信息的信息; 媒体网关控制器 42用于获取媒体网关 41 上报的媒体即时检测事件。
上述本发明实施例一中的方法、 以及本发明实施例二、 三中媒体网关的 功能均可以由本实施例提供的媒体即时信息的上报系统中的媒体网关 41 实 现。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤 可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读 取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述 的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介 最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其 限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或 者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技 术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权利 要求
1、 一种媒体即时信息的上报方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
媒体网关根据设置的媒体即时检测事件对接收到的媒体数据进行检测; 所述媒体网关检测到媒体即时信息时, 上报所述媒体即时检测事件。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述媒体即时检测事件包 括开始接收检测事件和 /或标签检测事件。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述媒体即时检测事件为 所述标签检测事件时, 上报的所述媒体即时检测事件中还携带有所检测到标 签的标签值和 /或时间值。
4、根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述媒体即时检测事件设 置在所述媒体网关的根终端上、 所述媒体网关的物理终端上、 所述媒体网关 的临时终端上或所述媒体网关的指定流上。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述媒体即时信息包括媒 体数据的开始接收和 /或标签。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述媒体即时检测事件携 带有事件类型参数, 所述事件类型参数用于表示所述媒体即时检测事件的类 型, 所述事件类型参数的取值包括检测到所述媒体数据的开始接收和 /或检测 到所述媒体数据中的标签。
7、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 5或 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包 括: 向媒体网关下发或在媒体网关上配置所述媒体即时检测事件。
8、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 5或 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 媒体数据包括语音数据、 媒体流或统一资源标识对应的媒体文件。
9、 一种媒体网关, 其特征在于, 包括:
检测模块, 用于根据设置的媒体即时检测事件对接收到的媒体数据进行 检测;
上报模块, 用于所述检测模块检测到媒体即时信息时, 上报所述媒体即 时检测事件。
10、 一种媒体即时信息的上报系统, 其特征在于, 包括媒体网关和媒体 网关控制器, 所述媒体网关用于根据设置的媒体即时检测事件对接收到的媒体数据进 行检测, 检测到媒体即时信息时, 向所述媒体网关控制器上报所述媒体即时 检测事件;
所述媒体网关控制器用于获取所述媒体网关上报的媒体即时检测事件。
