步骤 202, 协商被叫方的媒体能力集与收到的 OFFER消息中的对端媒 体能力集, 得到媒体协商能力集;
这里, 进行媒体协商是为了使通话双方就会话中使用的编码方式及媒 体组合达成一致, 因此, 所述媒体协商能力集为被叫方的媒体能力集与对 端的媒体能力集的交集, 所述媒体协商能力集中包含本端与对端都支持的 编解码器。
步骤 203, 获取当前网络的性能指标, 并根据网络性能指标对当前网络 状况进行网络评级;
本步骤与步骤 102类似, 故不再详述。
步骤 204,保留已得到的媒体协商能力集中满足当前网络评级结果的编 解码器, 并根据保留的编解码器的优先选择顺序, 确定媒体协商结果; 这里, 保留已得到的媒体协商能力集中满足当前网络评级结果的编解 码器具体实施为: 将媒体协商能力集中的编解码器逐个查询已建立的选择 路径表, 若媒体协商能力集中的编解码器满足当前的网絡评级结果, 则保 留该编解码器, 否则, 丟弃此编解码器;
确定媒体协商结果具体实施为: 例如, 支设当前网络评级为 2 级, 且 可选的编解码器有 G711u/a和 G.729, 则根据优先选择顺序应选择 G711u/a 作为主被叫双方使用的唯一编解码器, 故将该编解码器作为媒体协商结果; 当然, 媒体协商结果还包括协商确定的其他 SDP参数, 但这并非本发 明的重点, 故不再详述。
步骤 205 , 被叫方向对端发送应答( ANSWER ) 消息, 所述 ANSWER 消息中携带有媒体协商结果;
被叫方发送 ANSWER消息是为了将 SDP协商的结果发送给对端, 如 果协商成功, 就可以建立通话。
以上分别给出了本发明呼叫发起方即主叫方、 呼叫接收方即被叫方自 适应网络状况进行呼叫处理的流程, 在实际应用过程中, 如果有一方支持 自适应网絡状况呼叫处理, 则不管另一方是否支持, 都可以在 SDP媒体协 商阶段首选适合当前网络状况的编解码器, 如此, 即可提高 VoIP的通话质 量, 并增进 VoIP业务的用户体验。
为实现主叫方自适应网络状况进行呼叫处理的方法, 本发明还提出了 主叫方自适应网络状况进行呼叫处理的装置, 如图 3所示, 该装置包括: 媒体能力集加载模块 10, 用于加载本端媒体能力集;
选择路径表建立模块 11 , 用于建立编解码器与网络评级相对应的选择 路径表;
网络性能指标获取模块 12, 用于获取当前网络的性能指标;
网络评级模块 13 , 用于根据获得的网络性能指标对当前网络状况进行 网络评级;
媒体能力集处理模块 14, 用于保留已加载的媒体能力集中满足当前网 络评级结果的编解码器, 并确定保留的编解码器的优先选择排序, 得到外 发媒体能力集; 及
消息发送模块 15 , 用于向对端发送携带有已得到的外发媒体能力集的 提供消息。
为实现被叫方自适应网络状况进行呼叫处理的方法, 本发明还提出了 被叫方自适应网络状况进行呼叫处理的装置, 如图 4所示, 本装置包括: 媒体能力集加载模块 20 , 用于在收到对端发来的提供消息后, 加载本 端媒体能力集;
选择路径表建立模块 21 , 用于建立编解码器与网络评级相对应的选择 路径表;
媒体协商模块 22, 用于协商被叫方的媒体能力集与收到的提供消息中 的对端媒体能力集, 得到媒体协商能力集;
网络性能指标获取模块 23 , 用于获取当前网络的性能指标;
网络评级模块 24 , 用于根据获得的网絡性能指标对当前网絡状况进行 网络评级;
媒体协商能力集处理模块 25 , 用于保留已得到的媒体协商能力集中满 足当前网络评级结果的编解码器, 并根据保留的编解码器的优先选择排序, 确定媒体协商结果; 及
消息发送模块 26, 用于向对端发送携带有媒体协商结果的应答消息。 在实际应用中, 对于一个设备终端来讲, 其既能作为主叫方又能作为 被叫方通过自适应网络状况进行呼叫处理, 因此, 对于既能^ t主叫方又能 做被叫方的设备终端, 本发明提出了一种自适应网络状况进行呼叫处理装 置, 包括: 媒体能力集加载模块, 用于加载本端媒体能力集;
选择路径表建立模块, 用于建立编解码器与网络评级相对应的选择路 径表;
网络性能指标获取模块, 用于获取当前网络的性能指标;
网络评级模块, 用于根据获得的网络性能指标对当前网络状况进行网 络评级;
媒体协商模块, 用于当装置作为被叫方时, 协商本端的媒体能力集与 收到的对端媒体能力集, 得到媒体协商能力集;
媒体能力处理模块 , 用于完成装置作为主叫方时对已加载的媒体能力 集的处理, 并得到外发媒体能力集; 或者用于完成装置作为被叫方时对已 得到的媒体协商能力集的处理, 并确定媒体协商结果;
消息发送模块, 用于当装置作为主叫方时, 向对端发送携带有已得到 的外发媒体能力集的提供消息, 或者用于当装置作为被叫方时, 向对端发 送携带有媒体协商结果的应答消息。
其中, 媒体能力处理模块进一步包括:
媒体能力集处理模块, 用于当装置作为主叫方时, 保留已加载的媒体 能力集中满足当前网络评级结果的编解码器, 并确定保留的编解码器的优 先选择排序, 得到外发媒体能力集; 及
媒体协商能力集处理模块, 用于当装置作为被叫方时, 保留已得到的 媒体协商能力集中满足当前网络评级结果的编解码器, 并根据保留的编解 码器的优先选择排序, 确定媒体协商结果。
由上述分析可知, 本发明在不同的网络状况下, 可采用不同的编解码 器以提高通话质量。 例如: 在网络带宽充分的情况下, 可采用编码速率较 高的编码算法如 G.722, 以获得较好的语音质量; 在网络带宽不充分的情况 下, 可选择 G729、 G.723这些低速率的编码算法, 以提高 VoIP业务的服务 质量。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种网络电话网关进行呼叫处理的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 主叫方加载本端媒体能力集, 并建立编解码器与网络评级相对应的选 择路径表;
获取当前网络的性能指标, 并根据网络性能指标对当前网络状况进行 网絡评级;
保留已加载的媒体能力集中满足当前网络评级结果的编解码器, 并确 定保留的编解码器的优先选择顺序, 得到外发媒体能力集;
主叫方向对端发送携带有已得到的外发媒体能力集的提供消息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的网络电话网关进行呼叫处理的方法, 其特征 在于, 所述保留已加载的媒体能力集中满足当前网络评级结果的编解码器 具体为: 将所述媒体能力集中的编解码器逐个查询已建立的选择路径表, 若所述编解码器满足当前的网络评级结果, 则保留该编解码器, 否则, 丟 弃此编解码器。
3、根据权利要求 1 或 2所述的网络电话网关进行呼叫处理的方法, 其 特征在于, 所述网络性能指标由主叫方主动获得, 或者以静态配置的方式 提供给主叫方。
4、 一种网络电话网关进行呼叫处理的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 收到对端发来的提供消息后, 被叫方加载本端媒体能力集, 并建立编 解码器与网络评级相对应的选择路径表;
协商被叫方的媒体能力集与收到的提供消息中的对端媒体能力集, 得 到媒体协商能力集;
获取当前网絡的性能指标, 并根据网络性能指标对当前网絡状况进行 网络评级;
保留已得到的媒体协商能力集中满足当前网络评级结果的编解码器, 并根据保留的编解码器的优先选择顺序, 确定媒体协商结果;
被叫方向对端发送携带有媒体协商结果的应答消息。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的网络电话网关进行呼叫处理的方法, 其特征 在于, 所述保留已得到的媒体协商能力集中满足当前网络评级结果的编解 码器具体为: 将所述媒体协商能力集中的编解码器逐个查询已建立的选择 路径表, 若所述编解码器满足当前的网络评级结果, 则保留该编解码器, 否则, 丢弃此编解码器。
6、 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的网络电话网关进行呼叫处理的方法, 其 特征在于, 所述网络性能指标由被叫方主动获得, 或者以静态配置的方式 提供给被叫方。
7、 一种网络电话网关进行呼叫处理的装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 媒体能力集加载模块, 用于加载本端媒体能力集;
选择路径表建立模块, 用于建立编解码器与网络评级相对应的选择路 径表;
网络性能指标获取模块, 用于获取当前网络的性能指标;
网络评级模块, 用于根据获得的网络性能指标对当前网络状况进行网 络评级;
媒体能力集处理模块, 用于保留已加载的媒体能力集中满足当前网络 评级结果的编解码器, 并确定保留的编解码器的优先选择排序, 得到外发 媒体能力集; 及
消息发送模块, 用于向对端发送携带有已得到的外发媒体能力集的提 供消息。
8、 一种网络电话网关进行呼叫处理的装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 媒体能力集加载模块, 用于在收到对端发来的提供消息后, 加载本端 媒体能力集; 选择路径表建立模块, 用于建立编解码器与网络评级相对应的选择路 径表;
媒体协商模块, 用于协商被叫方的媒体能力集与收到的提供消息中的 对端媒体能力集, 得到媒体协商能力集;
网络性能指标获取模块, 用于获取当前网络的性能指标;
网络评级模块, 用于根据获得的网络性能指标对当前网络状况进行网 络评级;
媒体协商能力集处理模块, 用于保留已得到的媒体协商能力集中满足 当前网络评级结果的编解码器, 并根据保留的编解码器的优先选择排序, 确定媒体协商结果; 及
消息发送模块, 用于向对端发送携带有媒体协商结果的应答消息。
9、 一种网络电话网关进行呼叫处理的装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 媒体能力集加载模块, 用于加载本端媒体能力集;
选择路径表建立模块, 用于建立编解码器与网络评级相对应的选择路 径表;
网络性能指标获取模块, 用于获取当前网络的性能指标;
网络评级模块, 用于根据获得的网络性能指标对当前网络状况进行网 络评级;
媒体协商模块, 用于当装置作为被叫方时, 协商本端的媒体能力集与 收到的对端媒体能力集, 得到媒体协商能力集;
媒体能力处理模块, 用于完成装置作为主叫方时对已加载的媒体能力 集的处理, 并得到外发媒体能力集; 或者用于完成装置作为被叫方时对已 得到的媒体协商能力集的处理, 并确定媒体协商结果; 及
消息发送模块, 用于当装置作为主叫方时, 向对端发送携带有已得到 的外发媒体能力集的提供消息, 或者用于当装置作为被叫方时, 向对端发 送携带有媒体协商结果的应答消息。
10、 根据权利要求 9 所述的网络电话网关进行呼叫处理的装置, 其特 征在于, 所述媒体能力处理模块进一步包括:
媒体能力集处理模块, 用于在装置作为主叫方时, 保留已加载的媒体 能力集中满足当前网络评级结果的编解码器, 并确定保留的编解码器的优 先选择排序, 得到外发媒体能力集; 及
媒体协商能力集处理模块, 用于在装置作为被叫方时, 保留已得到的 媒体协商能力集中满足当前网络评级结果的编解码器, 并根据保留的编解 码器的优先选择排序, 确定媒体协商结果。
