Abstract

The invention relates to a rolling and rotating measure giving measured angular values between 1° and 360° in real time by means of binary code logic. The binary code is supplied with electricity by a photovoltaic cell. The measure serves to measure the length of a distance in centimetres and in inches, as a protractor, compass, set square and for tracing by means of the laser beam.
