Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un système chirurgical ophtalmique mettant en œuvre une aiguille par laquelle on aspire un fluide à partir d'un site chirurgical, et un manchon reçu coaxialement sur l'aiguille afin de définir un passage d'écoulement entre le manchon et l'aiguille par lequel on amène un fluide à communiquer avec le site chirurgical. Le système comprend en outre un contenant fournissant une pression de perfusion réglable. Une pompe d'aspiration déclenche l'aspiration du fluide à partir du site chirurgical, et un détecteur détecte la vitesse d'écoulement de l'aspiration. Un dispositif de commande est configuré de façon à calculer la pression de l'œil intraoculaire sur la base de la pression de perfusion et la chute de pression due à une résistance au débit, lequel écoulement comprend le débit détecté et une fuite prédite choisie à partir d'une table de consultation basée sur la dimension de l'aiguille, la dimension du manchon et la dimension de l'incision par laquelle on met en place l'aiguille et le manchon.
