Abstract
본 발명은 다공성 폴리머가 삽입된 마이크로 채널에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 본 발명은 채널 본체 및 분석 시료와 시약과의 반응 표면적을 국소적으로 극대화시키고 마이크로 채널 내의 유체의 흐름을 조절하는 밸브 역할을 하기 위하여 상기 채널 본체의 표면에 삽입되는 다공성 폴리머를 포함하는 마이크로 채널에 대한 것이다.
