Abstract

본 발명에서는 전자의 수송능력 및 열적 안정성이 우수한 화학식 1의 유기 광전 소자용 화합물이 제공된다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 상기 유기 광전 소자용 화합물은 습식공정에 의하여 매우 용이하게 유기박막층을 형성할 수 있고, 인광의 발광을 이용하여 효율특성이 우수하며, 전기화학적 안정성, 열적 안정성, 및 수명특성이 우수한 유기 광전 소자를 제공할 수 있다.
