发明人在实现本发明的过程中发现: 当业务的归属网络管理域发生了变 化后, 其他用户无法访问该业务, 影响用户体验, 并且限制自创建业务的通 用性。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明实施例的主要目的在于提供一种实现业务漫游的方 法、 装置和系统, 以克服现有技术中, 无法实现业务漫游的问题。

本发明实施例一种实现业务漫游的方法如图 4所示, 一种可能的场景: 一个业务部署在移动设备上, 当该业务的网络管理域发生改变, 例如一个虚 拟旅游业务部署在业务创建者的便携计算机上的, 该业务物理接入网络发生 了变化, 此时该业务需要进行漫游注册, 以实现其他用户能够成功访问该业 务。 该方法涉及拜访业务路由器、 拜访业务注册服务器、 归属业务路由器、 归属业务注册服务器、 业务请求者和业务拥有者, 其中拜访业务路由器为该 业务漫游后业务所归属的业务路由器, 拜访业务注册服务器为拜访业务路由 器对应的业务注册服务器, 归属业务路由器为该业务漫游前业务所归属的业 务路由器, 归属业务注册服务器为归属业务路由器对应的业务注册服务器。 具体歩骤如下:
S401、 业务发生漫游时, 向拜访业务路由器发送漫游注册请求消息, 上 述漫游注册请求消息可以携带业务标识、业务漫游状态和业务访问状态等信 息; 该业务标识可以为业务名称, 也可以为业务的逻辑地址; 该业务逻辑地 址可以为该业务的统一资源定位符 (Uniform Resource Locator , URL); 业 务漫游状态信息包含业务处于漫游状态标识或业务处于非漫游状态标识;业 务访问状态信息包含业务停用状态标识或业务运行状态标识; 漫游注册请求 消息还可以包括归属业务路由器的地址。
在业务发送漫游注册请求消息之前,业务还可以先向归属业务路由器发 送业务访问状态更新消息, 使业务访问状态变成停用状态, 以保证在业务漫 游注册成功之前, 到达归属业务路由器的访问请求能被该归属业务路由器保 存, 等待业务完成漫游后重新处理。
5402、 拜访业务路由器接收漫游注册请求消息后, 根据业务标识, 获取 漫游后的业务物理接入地址, 并在路由表中添加业务注册路由信息, 所述业 务注册路由信息包含业务标识和漫游后的业务物理接入地址, 该业务物理接 入地址可以为漫游后的业务 IP接入地址。
拜访业务路由器还可以获取并保存归属业务路由器的地址, 获取归属业 务路由器的方式有多种:可以根据业务标识向业务目录查询该业务的归属业 务路由器的地址; 也可以从漫游注册请求消息中直接获取, 此时该漫游注册 请求消息包含了该业务的归属业务路由器的地址。
拜访业务路由器在路由表中添加漫游业务注册路由信息之前, 拜访业务 路由器还可以对漫游注册请求消息进行必要的身份鉴权过程; 例如: 拜访业 务路由器向业务拥有者发送认证请求; 根据该认证请求, 业务拥有者向拜访 业务路由器发送业务鉴权指令; 根据该业务鉴权指令, 拜访路由器从业务目 录或者从鉴权中心获取业务认证信息, 根据该业务认证信息, 拜访业务路由 器对该业务进行鉴权。
如果业务鉴权通过, 拜访业务路由器对该业务进行漫游注册; 如果业务 鉴权未通过, 则拜访业务路由器停止为该业务进行漫游注册。
5403、拜访业务路由器添加漫游业务注册路由信息和获取归属业务路由 器地址后, 向拜访业务路由器对应的拜访业务注册服务器发送漫游登记请 求; 该漫游登记请求可以包括: 业务标识、 业务漫游状态、 业务访问状态、 归属业务路由器地址、 拜访业务路由器地址等信息。 5404、 拜访业务注册服务器接收到上述漫游登记请求后, 处理该漫游登 记请求, 保存该漫游业务的业务标识、 业务漫游状态、 业务访问状态和归属 业务路由器地址等信息, 并向拜访业务路由器返回漫游登记响应。

如果在该业务漫游注册处理期间, 有访问请求者向归属业务路由器发送 访问请求, 归属业务路由器则缓存该访问请求, 当归属业务路由器接收到归 属业务注册服务器发送的漫游通知成功消息后, 归属业务路由器则将该访问 请求发送到拜访业务路由器。
业务拥有者接收到该漫游注册响应后, 向拜访业务路由器发送业务访问 状态更新消息; 拜访业务路由器接收到业务访问状态更新消息后, 向拜访业 务注册服务器转发业务访问状态更新消息; 拜访业务注册服务器根据业务访 问状态更新消息将该业务的访问状态由停用状态更新为运行状态。
这样该业务漫游注册成功, 其他用户可以实现对该业务进行访问。 如果 此时有访问请求者向该业务拥有者发送访问请求, 则进行以下处理。
5410、 访问请求者向业务拥有者漫游前的归属业务路由器发送访问请 求, 访问请求包含业务请求者的地址、 访问业务的业务标识。
5411、 归属业务路由器接收到上述访问请求后, 向归属业务注册服务器 发送查询请求消息, 上述查询请求消息包含业务标识。

本发明另一种实现业务漫游的方法中, 业务标识、 业务访问状态、 业务 注册路由信息和归属业务路由器地址都保存在拜访业务注册服务器中,而拜 访业务路由器只是负责消息的中转, 详细过程同图 4对应的实施例类似。
本发明另一种实现业务漫游的方法如图 5所示, 图 4对应的实施例不同 的是: 业务路由器集成了业务注册服务器的功能, 单独由业务路由器处理业 务注册的过程, 具体包括歩骤:

业务路由器在路由表中添加漫游业务注册路由信息之前, 业务路由器 A 可以对漫游注册请求消息进行必要的身份鉴权过程,例如:业务路由器 A向 业务发送认证请求; 根据该认证请求,业务向业务路由器 A发送业务鉴权指 令; 根据该业务鉴权指令,业务路由器 A从业务目录或者从鉴权中心获取业 务认证信息, 根据该业务认证信息, 业务路由器 A对该业务进行鉴权。如果 业务鉴权通过,业务路由器 A为该业务进行漫游注册;如果业务鉴权未通过, 则业务路由器 A拒绝为该业务进行漫游注册。
5603、业务路由器 A完成对业务进行漫游注册后,获取并保存业务路由 器 B的地址, 获取该业务路由器 B的方式有多种: 可以根据业务标识向业 务目录查询所述业务的漫游前所属业务路由器 B的地址;也可以从漫游注册 请求消息中直接获取,此时该漫游注册请求消息包含了该业务的漫游前所属 业务路由器 B的地址。并向业务目录发送漫游登记请求, 该漫游登记请求可 以包括: 业务标识、 业务漫游状态、 业务访问状态、 业务路由器 B地址、 业 务路由器 A地址等信息。
5604、业务目录接收到上述漫游登记请求后, 保存更新该业务登记保存 和该业务的用户访问信息, 登记保存可以包括业务标识、 业务漫游状态、 业 务访问状态、 当前所属的业务路由器 A的地址等信息。 并向业务路由器 A 返回漫游登记响应,用户访问信息包含业务标识和业务当前所属业务路由器 地址。
5605、业务路由器 A接收业务目录返回的漫游登记请求响应后,并根据 业务路由器 B的地址, 向业务路由器 B发送漫游通知消息, 其中该漫游通 知消息包含业务标识、 业务路由器 A的地址和业务漫游状态等信息。
5606、业务路由器 B接收到上述漫游通知消息后,更新该业务漫游路由 信息, 删除该业务原路由表项的信息, 并在业务漫游路由信息中缓存业务路 由器 A的地址,这样使后续的访问请求消息直接转发至业务路由器 A; 并向 业务路由器 A发送漫游通知成功消息。
如果业务请求者在进行业务访问过程中, 业务发生了漫游, 业务请求者 可能没有获得业务目录更新后的访问信息。 因此, 一部分访问请求仍然会发 送至业务路由器 B,该业务路由器 B仍然要维护该业务漫游路由信息一段时 间, 并将接收到的访问请求转发至业务路由器 A。 在设定的时间后删除业务 路由器 A的地址, 以减少对业务路由器 B的负载。 如果是这种情况, 则执 行 S607至 S611。
5607、业务路由器 B接收访问请求者发送的访问请求,访问请求包含业 务请求者的地址、 访问业务的业务标识。
5608、 业务路由器 B根据上述业务标识, 获取业务路由器 A的地址, 并向业务路由器 A转发上述访问请求。
5609、业务路由器 A接收到上述访问请求, 根据上述业务标识, 业务路 由器 A从业务目录获取该业务的漫游状态信息、访问状态信息等信息; 并根 据上述漫游状态信息、 访问状态信息和业务的物理接入地址, 向该业务发送 访问请求。
5610、 业务接收上述访问请求后, 处理该访问请求, 并向业务路由器 A 返回访问响应。
5611、 拜访路由器接收到访问响应后, 向访问请求者发送访问响应。 本发明实施例中, 当业务的网络管理域发生改变时, 也就是说业务发生 漫游了, 业务会向其当前归属的业务路由器发送漫游注册请求消息, 当前归 属的业务路由器和业务目录为该业务进行注册登记处理, 并通知漫游后归属 的业务路由器该业务已经漫游, 漫游后归属的业务路由器更新该业务漫游路 由信息, 这样就实现了业务漫游注册过程, 保证其他用户访问该业务, 提高 了用户的体验; 并且本实施例中将业务注册服务器的功能集成到业务目录 中, 使得业务目录集中控制业务的交换、 业务漫游注册、 路由查询等, 这有 利于运营商控制业务的运营。
本发明实施例的一种业务路由器如图 7所示, 包括:
漫游注册请求消息接收单元 701, 用于接收包含业务标识的漫游注册请 求消息;
业务注册路由信息生成单元 702, 用于根据所述业务标识, 获取业务物 理接入地址, 生成并保存包含所述业务标识和所述业务物理接入地址的业务 注册路由信息;
漫游通知消息发送单元 703, 用于获取归属业务路由器或业务漫游前所 属的业务路由器的地址, 向所述归属业务路由器或所述业务漫游前所属的业 务路由器发送漫游通知消息, 以便于所述归属业务路由器或所述业务漫游前 所属的业务路由器更新业务漫游路由信息。
进一歩地: 上述漫游通知消息发送单元 703, 具体用于根据所述漫游注 册请求消息包含的业务标识, 向业务目录查询所述归属业务路由器或所述业 务漫游前所属的业务路由器地址; 或者用于所述漫游注册请求消息包含所述 归属业务路由器或所述业务漫游前所属的业务路由器地址, 从所述漫游注册 请求消息中获取所述归属业务路由器或所述业务漫游前所属的业务路由器 地址。
进一歩地: 上述业务路由器还包括: 访问请求接收单元 704, 用于接收 访问请求, 所述访问请求包含业务标识; 根据所述业务标识和业务注册路由 信息, 获取业务的物理接入地址; 和用于根据业务的所述物理接入地址, 向 所述业务发送所述访问请求。
进一歩地: 上述业务路由器还包括: 业务访问状态获取单元 705, 用于 获取所述保存的业务访问状态; 和用于判断所述业务访问状态为运行状态, 执行所述向所述业务发送所述访问请求。
本发明实施例的另一种业务路由器如图 8所示, 包括: 漫游通知消息接 收单元 801和业务漫游路由信息更新单元 802, 其中, 漫游通知消息接收单 元 801用于接收业务漫游后所属的业务路由器发送的漫游通知消息,所述漫 游通知消息包含业务标识和业务漫游后所属的业务路由器地址; 业务漫游路 由信息更新单元 802用于根据所述漫游通知消息, 更新所述业务漫游路由信 息,所述更新后的业务漫游路由信息包含所述业务标识和所述业务漫游后所 属的业务路由器地址。
进一歩地: 上述业务路由器还包括: 访问请求接收单元 803, 用于接收 访问请求, 所述访问请求包含业务标识, 以及用于根据所述业务标识和所述 业务漫游路由信息, 获取所述业务漫游后所属的业务路由器的地址, 向业务 漫游后业务路由器发送所述访问请求。
本发明实施例的一种提供业务的终端, 包括: 漫游注册请求消息发送单 元,用于向业务漫游后所属的业务路由器发送包含业务标识的漫游注册请求 消息, 以便于所述业务漫游后所属的业务路由器生成并保存包含所述业务标 识和业务物理接入地址的业务注册路由信息, 归属业务路由器或所述业务漫 游前所属的业务路由器更新业务漫游路由信息。
本发明实施例的一种实现业务漫游的系统如图 9所示, 包括: 业务路由 器 901和信息存储服务器 902, 其中:
所述业务路由器 901用于接收包含业务标识的漫游注册请求消息; 根据 所述业务标识, 获取业务物理接入地址, 生成并保存包含所述业务标识和所 述业务物理接入地址的业务注册路由信息; 获取归属业务路由器或业务漫游 前所属的业务路由器的地址, 向所述归属业务路由器或所述业务漫游前所属 的业务路由器发送漫游通知消息, 以便于所述归属业务路由器或所述业务漫 游前所属的业务路由器更新业务漫游路由信息;
所述信息存储服务器 902用于存储包含所述业务标识和所述业务物理接 入地址的业务注册路由信息。
通过以上实施例的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明可 借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件, 但很 多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明实施例的技术方 案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出 来,该软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得移动设备(可 以是手机,个人计算机,媒体播放器等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。 这里所称的存储介质, 如: ROM/RAM、 磁盘、 光盘等。
显然, 本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本 发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要 求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现业务漫游的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
接收包含业务标识的漫游注册请求消息;
根据所述业务标识, 获取业务物理接入地址, 生成并保存包含所述业务 标识和所述业务物理接入地址的业务注册路由信息;
获取归属业务路由器或业务漫游前所属的业务路由器的地址, 向所述归 属业务路由器或所述业务漫游前所属的业务路由器发送漫游通知消息, 以便 于所述归属业务路由器或所述业务漫游前所属的业务路由器更新业务漫游 路由信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于:
所述获取归属业务路由器或业务漫游前所属的业务路由器地址具体为: 根据所述漫游注册请求消息包含的业务标识, 向业务目录查询所述归属业务 路由器或所述业务漫游前所属的业务路由器地址; 或者
所述漫游注册请求消息包含所述归属业务路由器或所述业务漫游前所 属的业务路由器地址, 从所述漫游注册请求消息中获取所述归属业务路由器 或所述业务漫游前所属的业务路由器地址。
3、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
接收访问请求, 所述访问请求包含业务标识;
根据所述访问请求中的业务标识和业务注册路由信息, 获取业务的物理 接入地址;
根据业务的所述物理接入地址, 向所述业务发送所述访问请求。
4、 如权利要求 3所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述漫游注册请求消息还包 含业务访问状态, 保存所述业务访问状态; 在所述向所述业务发送所述访问 请求前还包括:
获取所述保存的业务访问状态;
判断所述业务访问状态为运行状态。
5、 如权利要求 1或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务注册路由信 息或业务访问状态保存在业务漫游后所属的业务路由器自身中, 或保存在业 务漫游后所属的业务注册服务器中, 或保存在业务目录中。
6、 一种实现业务漫游的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
接收业务漫游后所属的业务路由器发送的漫游通知消息,所述漫游通知 消息包含业务标识和业务漫游后所属的业务路由器地址;
根据所述漫游通知消息, 更新所述业务漫游路由信息, 所述更新后的业 务漫游路由信息包含所述业务标识和所述业务漫游后所属的业务路由器地 址。
7、 如权利要求 6所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
接收访问请求, 所述访问请求包含业务标识;
根据所述业务标识和所述业务漫游路由信息, 获取所述业务漫游后所属 的业务路由器的地址, 向所述业务漫游后业务路由器发送所述访问请求。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务漫游路由信息保 存在业务漫游前所属的业务路由器自身中, 或保存在归属业务路由器自身 中, 或保存在业务漫游前所属的业务注册服务器中, 或保存在归属业务注册 服务器中, 或保存在业务目录中。
9、 一种实现业务漫游的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
向业务漫游后所属的业务路由器发送包含业务标识的漫游注册请求消 息, 以便于所述业务漫游后所属的业务路由器生成并保存包含所述业务标识 和业务物理接入地址的业务注册路由信息, 归属业务路由器或所述业务漫游 前所属的业务路由器更新业务漫游路由信息。
10、 一种业务路由器, 其特征在于, 所述路由器包括:
漫游注册请求消息接收单元,用于接收包含业务标识的漫游注册请求消 息;
业务注册路由信息生成单元, 用于根据所述业务标识, 获取业务物理接 入地址, 生成并保存包含所述业务标识和所述业务物理接入地址的业务注册 路由信息;
漫游通知消息发送单元,用于获取归属业务路由器或业务漫游前所属的 业务路由器的地址, 向所述归属业务路由器或所述业务漫游前所属的业务路 由器发送漫游通知消息, 以便于所述归属业务路由器或所述业务漫游前所属 的业务路由器更新业务漫游路由信息。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的业务路由器, 其特征在于, 所述漫游通知消 息发送单元具体用于根据所述漫游注册请求消息包含的业务标识, 向业务目 录查询所述归属业务路由器或所述业务漫游前所属的业务路由器地址; 或 者,
用于所述漫游注册请求消息包含所述归属业务路由器或所述业务漫游 前所属的业务路由器地址, 从所述漫游注册请求消息中获取所述归属业务路 由器或所述业务漫游前所属的业务路由器地址。
12、 如权利要求 10所述的业务路由器, 其特征在于, 所述路由器还包 括:
访问请求接收单元, 用于接收访问请求, 所述访问请求包含业务标识; 根据所述业务标识和业务注册路由信息, 获取业务的物理接入地址; 根据业 务的所述物理接入地址, 向所述业务发送所述访问请求。
13、 如权利要求 10所述的业务路由器, 其特征在于, 所述路由器还包 括:
业务访问状态获取单元, 用于获取所述保存的业务访问状态, 和用于判 断所述业务访问状态为运行状态, 执行所述向所述业务发送所述访问请求。
14、 一种业务路由器, 其特征在于, 所述路由器包括: 漫游通知消息接 收单元和业务漫游路由信息更新单元, 其中:
所述漫游通知消息接收单元用于接收业务漫游后所属的业务路由器发 送的漫游通知消息,所述漫游通知消息包含业务标识和业务漫游后所属的业 务路由器地址;
所述业务漫游路由信息更新单元用于根据所述漫游通知消息, 更新所述 业务漫游路由信息,所述更新后的业务漫游路由信息包含所述业务标识和所 述业务漫游后所属的业务路由器地址。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的业务路由器, 其特征在于, 所述路由器还包 括: 访问请求接收单元, 用于接收访问请求, 所述访问请求包含业务标识, 和用于根据所述业务标识和所述业务漫游路由信息, 获取所述业务漫游后所 属的业务路由器的地址, 向所述业务漫游后业务路由器发送所述访问请求。
16、 一种提供业务的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括:
漫游注册请求消息发送单元,用于向业务漫游后所属的业务路由器发送 包含业务标识的漫游注册请求消息, 以便于所述业务漫游后所属的业务路由 器生成并保存包含所述业务标识和业务物理接入地址的业务注册路由信息, 归属业务路由器或所述业务漫游前所属的业务路由器更新业务漫游路由信 息。
17、 一种实现业务漫游的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 业务路由 器和信息存储服务器, 其中:
所述业务路由器用于接收包含业务标识的漫游注册请求消息; 根据所述 业务标识, 获取业务物理接入地址, 生成并保存包含所述业务标识和所述业 务物理接入地址的业务注册路由信息; 获取归属业务路由器或业务漫游前所 属的业务路由器的地址, 向所述归属业务路由器或所述业务漫游前所属的业 务路由器发送漫游通知消息, 以便于所述归属业务路由器或所述业务漫游前 所属的业务路由器更新业务漫游路由信息;
所述信息存储服务器用于所述包含所述业务标识和所述业务物理接入 地址的业务注册路由信息。
