本实用新型一种方便组装的遮阳窗篷, 由篷面蒙覆于篷架构成, 其特征 在于篷架具有左右立杆、 左右斜杆、 左右撑杆、 顶杆、 上檐杆, 左右连接件 一具有三向插头, 其中 X向插头与顶杆两端插接, Z向插头与左右立杆顶端 插接, 斜向插头与左右斜杆顶端插接; 左右连接件二具有多向插头, 其中 X 向插头与上檐杆两端插接, Y 向插头与左右撑杆前端插接, 斜向插头与左右 斜杆底端插接; 左右连接件三具有多向插头, 其中 Y向插头左右撑杆后端插 接, Z向上插头与左右立杆底端插接。

具体实施方式
参照图 1、 图 2, 方便组装的遮阳窗篷, 由篷面 9蒙覆于篷架 1构成。 篷 架 9具有左右立杆 17、 左右斜杆 11、 左右撑杆 18、 顶杆 12、 上檐杆 15 , 以 及由下檐杆 16、左右前立杆 13、左右下撑杆 19、左右后立杆 20组成的托架, 上檐杆 15与下檐杆 16之间由中斜杆 14居中连接, 以托撑篷面。
左右连接件一 2具有三向插头,其中 X向插头 22与顶杆 12两端插接, Z 向插头 23与左右立杆 17顶端插接, 斜向插头 21与左右斜杆 11顶端插接, 如图 3所示; 左右连接件二 3具有四向插头, 其中 X向插头 34与上檐杆 15 两端插接, Y向插头 32与左右撑杆 17前端插接,斜向插头 33与左右斜杆 11 底端插接, Z向插头 32与左右前立杆 13顶端插接; 上述斜向插头 21、 33分 别具有铰端 212和 331, 以与连接件本体用螺杆铰接, 使组装时若有误差斜 杆不能对插可做调整, 如图 4所示。 左右连接件三 8具有三向插头, 其中 Y 向插头 83左右撑杆 18后端插接, Z向上插头 82与左右立杆 17底端插接, Z 向下插头 81与左右后立杆 20顶端插接, 如图 7所示; 左右连接件四 7的 Z 向插头 71与左右后立杆 20底端插接, Y向插头 72左右下撑杆 19后端插接, 左右连接件四 Ί的下端 73开有供螺栓与墙壁固定的通孔,如图 6所示; 左右 连接件五 5的 Z向插头 51与左右前立杆 13底端插接, Y向插头 53与左右 下撑杆 19前端插接, X向插头 52与下檐杆 16两端插接, 如图 5所示。
上述各连接杆, 如顶杆、 斜杆等, 均由型材构成, 该型材的截面的上部 为槽口 102, 下部为与上述各连接件的各插头配合的窗口 101。将上述各连接 杆两端插入到对应的连接件的插头, 再用螺钉从各连接杆槽底与插头上的通 孔, 如图 7标记 84, 连接固定, 即将篷架组装完毕。
安装时, 先将 Z形挂板 4下端用膨胀螺栓固定在墙上, 该挂板用螺栓固 定于墙壁,左右连接件三 8下端用螺栓固定于墙壁,再将篷架的顶杆 12勾挂 于 Z形桂板 4上端, 即将篷架安装于窗户的墙壁上。 篷面 9按各连接杆布置 缝连有管套 91,套内穿有塑料圓杆 92,将该管套连同圆杆一并卡入上述各连 接杆的槽口 102内, 构成篷面与篷架的蒙覆连接结构, 如图 10所示。
篷面 9正面下沿缝连多条系带,按图 2箭头方向从下檐杆 15绕回系紧于 上檐杆 15的挂耳 6, 以防止篷面飘荡。
