Abstract

La présente invention concerne une pâte pour électrode de cellule solaire écologique et une cellule solaire utilisant une telle pâte. De manière plus spécifique, la présente invention concerne une pâte pour une électrode de cellule solaire, comportant un constituant solide et un milieu dispersif, et une cellule solaire utilisant une telle pâte comme une électrode avant. Le constituant solide contient : une ou des poudres conductrice(s) choisie(s) parmi un métal et un composé contenant du métal; une fritte de verre exempt de constituant à base de plomb; et un ou des éléments à base de bismuth (Bi) choisi(s) parmi le bismuth (Bi) ou un composé contenant du bismuth (Bi). Selon la présente invention, il est possible de fabriquer une cellule solaire écologique étant donné qu'elle ne contient aucun constituant à base de plomb (Pb) toxique. En outre, la cellule solaire présente un fort effet de pénétration sur un film réfléchissant lors d'un traitement thermique et une force de liaison améliorée avec un substrat semi-conducteur. Ainsi, la cellule solaire présente d'excellentes propriétés électriques grâce à une faible résistance en série (Rs) et une résistance en parallèle élevée (Rsh).
