Definitions

  • Chip cards What are all details noted inside the Chip cards:-
  • Health guard system has the details about the blood group and its ability. We can find out the blood available person and contact him for donating blood using this system. From anywhere. We can know the ration of the disease such as cancers AIDS etc., the physical condition of the patient and the medicine details, which he has taken, are stored in the cards.
  • the Global Database System Divides It into Various Modules And Store them in Various Locations. Each Module is designed essentially to serve each area of Health Deportments.
  • Each module has its own kind of information.
  • the security module stores, handles and manipulates all information that need to be used for verification purposes.
  • this module can be correlated with other modules, to serve for various official purposes.
  • Health Guards System server should be installed in the Health Deportments (Hospitals and Pharmacies, Insurance Organization. That intern will be connected to all the Health Deportments offices around the country and ever with other countries also.
  • the Patient should use his card in the health Guard System access device that reads the encrypted data in the card and supplies that to the system as an input, if the profile associated with that access card matches the various data combinations in all the database modules, then it will question for a security number. After providing that, the access will be taken into confidential section, such as the patient name, address, blood Group, health problem. All of these values are stored in the database in a unique manner.
  • the total system depends on the data storage. Those details are populated into the system from the health department and hospital, insurance Organization records. This system is developed as 100% fool proof software application. The transaction and activities into the system should be taken care of by insurance Organization health Deportment. No one from outside can access or retrieve or store or modify the data in the system.
  • the network can be controlled through private wide area network or also through Internet. There are some contradictions using both way of communication.
  • the transmission speed of signals between one location to another location may be slow or not clear. So the process-taking place at the health department may take some time to complete. If the system is networked through Internet, and then the speed of the signals pr the data retrieval time can be reduced.
  • Health guard System server can be used as the back-end database system .We can use other database systems like oracle or SQL. But the Health guard System has a special advantage over other database systems. As the Health guard System is a very confidential and secret system, the information stored in it must be 100% secure.
  • the global database should be connected with a Health department center that handles the process of keeping each applicant's personal and social details. Once a person's personal account is being created, it will be made available for access in all the Health department in the country. Government Health insurance corporations, etc.
  • the Health Guard system can deal and link between the Hospital and patient in various types of uses.
  • the server is the main one to act the entire Network in the health guard system.
  • the health guard Server is the connection between the various path or network like pharmaceutical organization, health Department of Government ,Hospital,Doctor, patient.
  • the pharmaceutical organization is the manufacture and invention of new medicine. Then the organization can send invention medicine document and product to health department of government to get the approvel, for to sell the product(medicine) in the market. Health Department of Government:
  • Doctor Can know about all the details about the medicine .because the pharmaceutical organization and Health Department can send all the recognized pharmacy records and image through system to Doctors. So they can easily identify what their useful in Health of patient. Doctor can also send the patient's details to the server. Then the Doctors can send pharmacy list in the particular pharmacy shop.
  • the pharmacy shop can sell and buy the pharmaceutical item through recognized given by pharmaceutical organization to health department of government to Doctor. They give medicine to patient only the preference of doctor recognized pharmacy record.
  • the Health Insurance data will know about the patients Insurance. All the payment details must send the patients (user mobile message or Voice message). through server.
