Abstract

The invention relates to an artificial maternal torso intended for use as a rest base for newborn babies. The invention comprises a body (1) having a variable plan shape and including a planar lower surface (2) and an upper surface that resembles a woman's trunk, said upper surface being formed by a central lower sunken area (3) representing the abdomen and two rounded protrusions (4) representing the breasts. The invention contains an electronic device (5) capable of reproducing heart beats, optionally pre-recorded, for example, from the mother herself. In addition, the invention includes a deactivating timer (7) and a reactivating motion (8) and/or noise (9) sensor, as well as a body temperature sensor that detects a sudden increase in the baby's temperature (fever). OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates, as indicated in the statement of the present specification, to an artificial maternal torso, applicable as a resting base for newborn babies, providing to said function remarkable advantages and novelty characteristics, apart from others inherent in its organization and constitution, which will be described in detail below, and that represent a remarkable innovation for the current state of the art.

In particular, the object of the invention focuses on a resting base, especially designed to be used by newborn or very young babies, whose purpose is to be configured as a support element for resting and resting, which, resembling As much as possible to the mother's body and incorporating elements that help increase her sensory recognition, it causes the baby a feeling of pleasant security that reassures him remarkably, making him feel much more at ease and relaxed than on a flat resting base conventional.

FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION

The field of application of the present invention focuses on the technical sector of the industry dedicated to the manufacture of mother and child items.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

At present, and as a reference to the state of the art, it should be noted that, on the part of the applicant, the existence of any is unknown. another invention that has similar structural and configuration technical characteristics or that has a similar purpose.

In this sense, it should be noted that the technical problem that the present invention is to solve is to provide an element as a resting base that helps the baby to overcome, with the least possible stress, the possible traumatic episodes that may lead to him separate from his mother when he is laid to sleep or rest. For this, the proposed rest base is intended to be configured as an artificial placebo of contact with the mother, replacing the conventional mattress or base that is completely flat, inert and totally devoid of any resemblance to it.

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

Thus, the artificial maternal torso, applicable as a resting base for newborn babies that the invention proposes is configured as a remarkable novelty within its field of application, since, according to its creation, the problem previously posed is satisfactorily solved, being the characterizing details that make it possible and that distinguish it from what is already known in the market, adequately included in the final claims that accompany the present specification.

Specifically, the recommended artificial maternal torso is essentially configured from a more or less soft body, made of any suitable material, such as foam rubber, latex, etc. which, has a flat bottom surface configuration and a plant that will be variable, depending on the use you want to give, that is, as it is to incorporate it into a crib, a bassinet or a stroller, etc.

Said body, and to fulfill the functionality to which the invention is intended, presents the particularity that, on its upper surface, it has with a configuration made similar to the upper front part of a woman's trunk, that is, with a recessed central area that is located, approximately, in its lower half, and that represents the area of the mother's belly, and with two rounded bumps on the sides of its upper half, and representing the breasts or breasts of the mother.

In this way, the baby lies down, instead of on a flat surface that he is totally unknown, on a surface similar to that of his mother's body, giving him a sense of security that calms him down. On said surface, the baby will be placed, preferably with his body occupying the belly area and with the head located between the breasts. Said disposition, in addition, favors that the posture adopted by the baby is the one known as fetal posture, or, at least one posture closer to her, this being another advantageous aspect of the invention, since studies have been done that demonstrate that said posture, especially in the newborn baby to whom he is very recent in time, transports him to the pleasant memory of his mother's womb.

The invention also contemplates and to increase said sensation that, internally, the resting torso incorporates an electronic device to reproduce the sound of the beating of a heart, which, preferably, will be a device of the type that allows to reproduce a sound, previously taxed Thus, instead of listening to an anonymous heartbeat, the baby will be able to hear the heartbeat of his mother who has been listening recently and for nine months, causing him to feel in an environment that is totally familiar and calms him greatly.

Likewise, it is also foreseen that the said device that reproduces the sound of the heartbeat, is connected to a timer to keep it active only for a while, after which, it will be turned off, avoiding unnecessarily wasting the power battery that incorporate, since once the baby is asleep, its operation will not be necessary. In the same way, the existence of a motion sensor and, optionally, another sound that is activated again in case the baby wakes up, moves or cries is contemplated, thus ensuring that while the baby is kept awake he is hearing the Sound of your mother's heartbeat and feel calm. Likewise, the existence of incorporating another body temperature sensor is contemplated, with a view to detecting a sudden rise in temperature (or fever) in the baby, who connected said sensor to a suitable device, acoustically and / or visually warns of any contingency that this type happens to the baby.

On the other hand, the recommended torso can be inflatable, thus allowing, in addition to its practical transport, since deflated does not take up just room, it can be inflated with the desired stiffness. Thus, depending on whether it swells more or less, the resting base will have more or less softness. For greater practicality of such use, for example, two cases may be available to change them alternately. The described artificial maternal torso, applicable as a resting base for newborn babies, represents, therefore, an innovative structure of structural and constitutive characteristics unknown until now for this purpose, reasons that together with its practical utility, provide it with sufficient foundation to obtain the privilege of exclusivity that is requested.

DESCRIPTION OF AN EXAMPLE OF EMBODIMENT

Thus, as can be seen in said figures, the resting base torso in question is essentially configured from a body (1), which may be made of any suitably soft material, such as foam rubber, latex, or others, the which, with a configuration of lower surface (2) flat and variable floor, depending on the use that is wanted to give, that is to say, as it is to incorporate it to a cradle, or a stroller, etc. It presents the particularity that, on its upper surface, it has a configuration that resembles the upper front part of a woman's trunk, comprising a recessed central area (3) that is located, approximately, its lower half, and represents the area of the mother's belly, being on which the baby's body will be placed, and two rounded protuberances (4), approximately hemispherical, arranged on the sides of its upper half, and that represent the mother's breasts or breasts between that, preferably, the baby's head will be placed.

Claims
