Abstract

본 고안은 조리용기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 솥, 냄비 등 각종 조리용기(가열용기) 옆면에 집열확대로 열효율성을 극대화 할 수 있는 수단을 마련함으로써 조리에 필요한 에너지 소모의 최소화와 조리시간 단축 등을 도모할 수 있게 한다. 또한, 조리된 음식물이 빨리 식게 될 때 다시 열을 가하여 음식물을 데워 에너지 소모를 촉진시키는 바 조리용기가 빨리 식지 않게끔 조리용기 상하 옆 둘레 면을 진공단열판으로 감싸 보온효과를 극대화함으로써 에너지 재사용을(최소한) 줄이게 한 것을 특징으로 한다. 즉, 본 고안은 통상의 조리용기 옆면에 집열수단을 구성함에 있어서 조리용기 옆면 집열부상에 다수개의 집열익편을 돌출 형성하되, 상기 집열익편은 조리용기 하부에서 상부로 와류형으로 형성하도록 배치한 다음 각각의 집열익편 사이 간 주위 옆면 전체를 단열덮개판으로 감싸 집열익편 사이 사이에 집열부가 연통역할을 함으로써 열원이 가열용기의 저면에서 주위 허공으로 분산 소모되는 열에너지를 집열익편 사이사이의 집열부 상에 집열코일을 상부에서 하부로 부착하여 놓고 강제 흡열 통과하게 함으로써 조리용기의 집열 확대로 인한 열전도 효율성을 극대화함으로써 에너지 소모와 조리시간 단축 효과를 동시에 보게하고, 조리가 끝난 후에는 부착된 집열코일의 열이 조리용기의 집열부 상에 오래 잔류하게끔 상하부에 진공단열 덮개판을 덮어 장시간 보온효과를 보게 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
