Abstract
본 발명은, 금속 중공구의 제조 방법에 있어서 : 소결된 골격용 금속 중공구를 준비하는 단계; 상기 골격용 금속 중공구 표면에 바인더를 이용하여 평균입자크기 50nm ~ 5μm의 산화금속 분말을 코팅하여 성형용 구체를 형성하는 단계; 상기 성형용 구체를 보호 분위기에서 550℃~700℃에서 10분~120분간 유지하여 환원시키는 단계; 상기 환원 단계를 거친 상기 성형용 구체를 보호 분위기에서 700℃~1350℃에서 소결시키는 단계; 를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
