Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Maschine mit einem Klauenpolrotor, insbesondere eine elektrisch erregte, wenigstens zwölfpolige Klauenpolmaschine (10) für ein Kraftfahrzeug. Der Stator (16) der Maschine, dessen Wicklung mehrsträngig ausgebildet und mit ihren Stranganschlüssen (80 bis 84) mit einer Gleichrichteranordnung (69) oder alternativ einer Pulswechselrichteranordnung verbunden ist, besitzt hierbei einen Innendurchmesser (Di), welcher zumindest in Nutmitte um einen Faktor von 0,70 bis 0,77, vorzugsweise um einen Faktor von 0,73 bis 0,75, kleiner ist als der zugehörige Aussendurchmesser (Da) der Maschine. Das Verhältnis der Nutbreiten (Bn2) an den Nutöffnungen (37) zu den Nutbreiten (Bn1) am jeweiligen Nutgrund (36) liegt erfindungsgemäss im Bereich von 0,69 bis 0,81, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 0,73 bis 0,78.
