本申请要求 2008年 12月 12日提交中国专利局申请号为 200810218382.X, 发明名称为 "计费方法、 计费装置、 计费网关和计费系统" 的中国专利申请 的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通讯领域, 尤其涉及一种计费方法、 计费装置、 计费网关和 计费系统。
背景技术
随着 3G数据业务的日益丰富,筒单的流量和时长的计费模式已经无法适 应无线数据业务的飞速发展, 为了拓展更大的业务利润, 整合业务运营方案, 运营商正逐步向更加丰富的粒度和动态的基于价值的计费模型发展, 基于内 容的计费是迈向基于价值的计费模型的关键一步。 内容计费使运营商除收取 接入费以外, 还可以对各种内容和应用进行收费, 从而获得额外的利润。
内容计费网关 ( Content Charging Gateway, CCG )是实现内容计费的网关 网元, 用于解决目前移动通讯网络承载的数据业务的接入、 业务控制、 计费 支持等功能,它能支持各种典型数据业务的计费,如:超文本传输协议( HTTP ) 业务、 无线应用协议( Wireless Application Protocol, WAP )业务、 多媒体信息 服务(Multimedia Messaging Service, MMS )、 流媒体业务、 邮件类业务、 文本 传输协议( File Transfer Protocol, FTP )业务等。
对用户设备 UE的内容计费可以在家乡代理( Home Agent, HA )上进行, 如果在 HA上进行计费, 则 UE的数据报文要通过反向隧道发送给 HA, HA 通过 CCG向计费装置申请配额, 进行计费。
外部代理(Foreign Agent, FA )是 UE和 HA之间链路上的一台路由器, 转发 HA和 UE之间的数据报文, UE的数据通过 FA发送给 HA, 如果 UE处 于漫游或者其他状态, 导致 UE所对应的 FA发生切换时, UE的费率也往往 会发生变化。 上述计费方式中当 FA发生切换时, 通过该 FA入网的 UE的费率也可能 发生了变化, 会造成计费不准确。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种计费方法、 计费装置、 计费网关和计费系统, 当 FA发生切换, 计费装置能及时获取通过切换后 FA入网的 UE的费率, 实 现准确计费。
一种计费方法, 当外部代理 FA发生切换时, 包括:
接收计费网关发送的 FA切换消息, 所述 FA切换消息包括 FA切换后的 IP地址;
按照所述 FA切换消息和在计费装置上设置的用户终端 UE的费率, 确定 通过所述切换后的 FA入网的 UE的费率, 并按照确定的所述 UE的费率向计 费网关发送配额, 进行计费。
一种计费装置, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收计费网关发送的 FA切换消息, 所述 FA切换消息包 括 FA切换后的 IP地址;
确定单元,用于按照接收单元中接收到的 FA切换消息和在计费装置上的 用户终端 UE的费率, 确定通过所述切换后的 FA入网的 UE的费率;
发送单元,用于按照确定单元中确定的所述 UE的费率向计费网关发送请 配额。
一种计费网关, 包括:
获取单元, 用于获取 FA切换后的 IP地址;
第一判断单元, 用于判断是否允许向计费装置发送 FA切换消息; 发送单元, 用于在第一判断单元确定允许向计费装置发送 FA切换消息 时, 将所述 FA切换消息发送给计费装置, 所述 FA切换消息包括 FA切换后 的 IP地址。
一种计费系统, 包括计费网关和计费装置, 其中 计费网关,用于获取 FA切换后的 IP地址,向计费装置发送 FA切换消息, 所述 FA切换消息包括 FA切换后的 IP地址;
计费装置, 用于接收所述 FA切换消息, 按照所述 FA切换消息和在计费 装置上的 UE的费率, 确定通过所述 FA入网的用户终端 UE的费率, 并按照 所述 UE的费率向计费网关发送配额, 进行计费。

参照附图 1 , 本发明实施例提供了一种计费方法, 当外部代理 FA发生切 换时, 包括:
101、接收计费网关发送的 FA切换消息,所述切换消息包括 FA切换后的 IP地址;
102、 按照所述 FA切换消息和在计费装置上的设置, 确定通过所述切换 后的 FA入网的用户终端 UE的费率, 并按照确定的所述 UE的费率向计费网 关发送配额, 进行计费。 本发明实施例所提供的方法, 在 FA发生切换时, 计费装置能及时获取 FA切换后的 IP地址, 并按照在计费装置上设置的 UE费率确定 FA切换后的 UE的费率, 按照所述 FA切换后的 UE的费率向计费网关发送配额, 进行计 费, 实现了准确计费, 这里的计费网关可以为 CCG, 也可以为包含了内容计 费网关功能的 HA , 即 HA/CCG; 计费装置可以为在线计费系统 (Online charging System, OCS ) , 也可以是 CAMEL系统等。 参照附图 2,本发明实施例提供的一种计费方法,以计费网关为 HA/CCG, 计费装置为 OCS为例进行说明, 包括:
201、 在 OCS上设置 UE的费率和 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 可以基于 FA的标识在 OCS上设置 UE的费率, 所述 FA的标识包括 FA的 IP 地址或者 FA的 IP地址组, 包括:
在 OCS上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, OCS将该命令发送 给 HA/CCG; 具体的, OCS向 HA/CCG发送认证控制应答(Credit Control Accept, CCA )消息, 该 CCA消息中包括 "允许将 FA切换事件上报"的命令, 可以在 CCA消息的 trigger-type属性中包含 CHANGE_IN_FA_IP_ADDRESS 标识, 表示允许将 FA切换事件上报, 如表 1所示,

在 OCS上基于 FA的 IP地址为通过该 FA入网的 UE设置一个费率, 如: 设置 FA的 IP地址是 192.168.1.1时 UE的费率为 xl; FA的 IP地址是 192.168.1.2 时 UE的费率为 x2; FA的 IP地址是 192.168.1.3时 UE的费率为 x3; 也可以 把 FA的 IP地址进行分组, 如将 192.168.1.1、 192.168.1.2、 192.168.1.3设置 为一个 IP地址组, 在该 IP地址组内, UE的费率均为 X等等。
202、 可选地, 在 HA/CCG上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 也可以基于 FA的标识在 HA/CCG上设置切换后需要上报的 FA, FA的标识包 括 FA的 IP地址或者 FA的 IP地址组, 包括:

具体的: 设置 FA切换后的 IP地址为 192.168.1.2时, 需要向 OCS上报; FA切换后的 IP地址为 192.168.1.3时, 不需要向 OCS上报等等; 也可以根据 FA的 IP地址组确定 FA切换时是否需要向 OCS上报, 如 FA的 IP地址为 192.168.1.1、 192.168.1.2、 192.168.1.3时, 构成一个 IP地址组, 当 FA切换后 的 IP地址变为该 IP地址组内任意一个时, 需要向 OCS上报等等。
本步骤是一个可选步骤, 如果没有本步骤, 则直接执行步骤 203。
203、 HA/CCG获取 FA切换后的 IP地址, 判断是否允许将 FA切换事件 上报, 包括:
用户在入网的过程中,如果 FA发生了切换,切换后的 FA重新与 HA/CCG 建立隧道连接, UE 需要向重新到 HA进行注册, UE 向 FA发送注册请求 Registration Request消息 , FA ^1夺该 ^肖息转发给 HA, Registration Request消息 中包含 FA的 IP地址, 或者 FA发起 UE的注册, FA发送 Registration Request 消息到 HA, 包含 FA的 IP地址, HA/CCG根据接收到的 Registration Request 消息获知 FA发生了切换和 FA切换后的 IP地址。 HA/CCG判断是否收到或保 存有 0CS发送的 "允许将 FA切换事件上报"的命令,如果有则执行步骤 205, 如果没有则执行步骤 204;
204、 HA/CCG判断自身上是否设置有 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命 令,如果有则执行步骤 205,如果没有, 则仍然按照 UE原来的费率进行计费。
其中, 步骤 201和步骤 202中的设置没有先后顺序, 可以同时进行, 也 可以分别设置。 在步骤 203和步骤 204中, 可以同时在 OCS上和 HA/CCG上 设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报"的命令,也可以分别在 OCS上或者 HA/CCG 上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 在 OCS上设置的 "允许将 FA切 换事件上报" 命令的优先级高于 HA/CCG上设置的 "允许将 FA切换事件上 报"命令的优先级, 当 HA/CCG收到 OCS下发的 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 命令时, 按照收到的命令进行上报, 当 HA/CCG没有收到 OCS下发的 "允许 将 FA切换事件上报"命令时, 按照 HA/CCG上设置的 "允许将 FA切换事件 上报" 的命令进行上报。
205、 HA/CCG按照获取的 FA切换后的 IP地址和设置的切换后需要上报 的 FA的 IP地址或者 IP地址组 进行判断,如果确定切换后该 FA需要进行上 报, 则将 FA切换后的 IP地址上报给 OCS, 如果不需要上报, 则仍然按照 UE 原来的费率进行计费。 具体的:
HA/CCG向 OCS发送认证控制请求 (Credit Control Request, CCR)消息中 包含 FA切换后的 IP地址的标识, 可以在在 CCR消息的 PDSN- Address属性 中包含 FA IP Address标识, 该标识包含有 FA切换后的 IP地址,如表 2所示:

可选地, HA/CCG也可以将 FA发生了切换的消息发送给 OCS, 具体包 括: 在 CCR消息中携带 FA切换事件,可以在 CCR消息的 trigger属性中包含 CHANGE_IN_ FA_IP_ADDRESS的标识, 该标识表示 FA发生了切换,如表 2 所示。
在步骤 205是一个可选步骤, HA/CCG也可以在确定保存有 OCS发送的 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 或者确定在 HA/CCG上设置有 "允许 将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令时, 将 FA切换后的 IP地址上报给 OCS, 而不 用再根据设置在 HA/CCG上设置的切换后需要上报的 FA的 IP地址确定所述 FA是否需要上报, 具体的上报过程参照步骤 205。
206、 OCS根据接收到的 FA切换后 IP地址和在 OCS上设置的 UE费率 进行比较, 确定 FA切换后 UE的费率是否发生变化, 并按照 FA切换后 UE 的费率向 HA/CCG发送配额, 具体的:
OCS将接收到的 CCR消息进行解析, 获得 FA切换后的 IP地址,根据获 得的 FA的 IP地址和设置在 OCS上的 UE费率进行对比, 确定 UE的费率是 否发生变化, 如果 UE的费率发生变化, 则按照新的费率向 HA/CCG发送配 额;
如果 UE的费率不发生变化, 则 OCS同样按照原来的费率向 HA/CCG发 送配额。
HA/CCG统计 UE的业务流量,并和接收到的配额进行比较, 当流量大于 等于配额时, 继续向 OCS申请配额, 如果申请到配额, 则允许 UE继续访问, 如果申请不到配额, 则终止 UE访问的业务。
本发明实施例所提供的计费方法, 在 HA/CCG上计费时, 当 FA发生了 切换, HA/CCG能及时的将 FA切换后的 IP地址发送给 OCS, OCS根据 FA 的 IP地址和预先在 OCS上设置的 UE费率,确定 FA切换后对应的 UE费率, 并按照确定的费率向 HA/CCG发送配额, 进行计费, 使得计费更准确。
在本发明实施例中, 设置动作发生在 FA切换之前, 当 FA发生切换时, 按照预先的设置执行 FA发生切换后计费网关和计费装置之间的操作即可。
在本发明实施例中, 计费网关为 HA/CCG, 当然 HA和 CCG也可以作为 独立的网元设置在系统中, 即计费网关为 CCG, 此时在 HA上实现计费功能, 在 CCG上实现统计流量信息, 转发报文等功能。 可以将 "允许将 FA切换事 件上报"的命令设置在 CCG上, 同时也在 CCG上设置 FA切换后是否进行上 报, 其计费流程和本发明实施例类似, 只不过 FA发生切换时, HA能及时获 得 FA发生了切换和 FA切换后的 IP地址, 并将 FA切换后的 IP地址发送给 CCG, CCG按照设置决定是否上报给 OCS。 参照附图 3, 本发明实施例还提供了一种计费方法, 当计费网关为 CCG, 计费装置为 OCS时,在 CCG上设置切换后需要上报的 FA的 IP地址,在 OCS 上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 包括:
301、 在 OCS上设置 UE的费率和 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 包括:
在 OCS上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, OCS将该命令发送 给 CCG, 具体发送过程参照步骤 201;
在 OCS上设置 FA的 IP地址是 192.168.1.1时 UE的费率为 xl; FA的 IP 地址是 192.168.1.2时 UE的费率为 x2。
302、 在 CCG上设置切换后需要上报的 FA, 包括:
在 CCG上设置 FA切换后的 IP地址为 192.168.1.2时,将 FA切换后的 IP 地址发送给 OCS;
当 FA发生切换时, 参照图 3 , 执行下列步骤:
303、 CCG获取 FA切换后的 IP地址, 包括
当 FA发生切换时, FA的 IP地址从 192.168.1.1切换为 192.168.1.2时, 切换后的 FA重新与 HA建立隧道连接, FA向 HA发送的 Registration Request 消息中包含 FA切换后的 IP地址, HA获得 FA发生了切换和切换后的 IP地址, 并将 FA切换后的 IP地址发送给 CCG。
304、 CCG判断是否允许将 FA切换事件上报;
CCG确定收到 OCS下发的 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 允许将 FA切换事件上报, 执行步骤 305。
305、 CCG按照获取的 FA切换后的 IP地址和设置的切换后需要上报的 FA的 IP地址, 确定切换后该 FA需要进行上报;
CCG收到 HA发送的 FA切换后的 IP地址为 192.168.1.2,并根据在 CCG 上设置的 FA切换后 IP地址变为 192.168.1.2时需要进行上 ·¾, 确定该 FA切 换后需要进行上 ·¾, 因此 CCG将 FA切换后的 IP地址 192.168.1.2通过 CCR 消息发送 OCS , 具体发送过程参照步骤 205。
306、 OCS根据 FA切换后的 IP地址和在 OCS上设置的 UE的费率, 确 定通过该切换后的 FA入网的 UE的费率, 按照 FA切换后 UE的费率向 CCG 发送配额, 包括:
OCS收到 CCR消息后, 对 CCR消息进行解析,得出 FA发生了切换, 并 且获取 FA切换后的 IP地址为 192.168.1.2, 与设置的 UE的费率进行比较, 获得 FA的 IP地址是 192.168.1.2时 UE的费率为 x2, UE的费率发生了变化, 因此 OCS按照新的费率 x2向 CCG发送配额, 进行计费。
CCG统计 UE的业务流量, 并和接收到的配额进行比较, 当流量大于等 于配额时, 继续向 OCS申请配额, 如果申请到配额, 则允许 UE继续访问, 如果申请不到配额, 则终止 UE访问的业务。
例如: CCG接收到 OCS发送的 1M流量的配额, 则允许 UE继续正在进 行的业务,并统计 UE访问业务的流量,当统计到的流量大于等于 1M时, CCG 继续向 OCS 申请配额, 如果 OCS该用户的配额还有 200K, 则继续向 CCG 下发 200K的配额, 并且在下发的 CCA消息中包含配额耗尽时终止用户所访 问的业务的命令。
采用本发明实施例所提供的方法, 当 FA发生切换时, HA将 FA发生了 切换和切换后的 IP地址发送给 CCG, CCG根据 OCS发送的 "允许将 FA切 换事件上报" 的命令和在 CCG上设置的切换后需要上报的 FA的 IP地址, 确 定将 FA切换后的 IP地址发送给 OCS , OCS能及时获得 FA切换后的 IP地址, 并确定通过所述 FA入网的 UE的费率, 按照 FA切换后所述 UE的费率向发 送配额, 使计费更准确。 参照附图 4 , 本发明实施例还提供了一种计费方法, 其中计费网关为 HA/CCG, 计费装置为 OCS时, 在 HA/CCG上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上 报" 的命令, 包括:
401、 在 OCS上设置 UE的费率, 包括:
在 OCS上设置 FA的 IP地址为 192.168.1.1、 192.168.1.2、 192.168.1.3时 构成 0号 IP地址组, 其所对应的 UE的费率为 X , FA的 IP地址为 192.168.1.0 时, UE的费率为 y。
402、 在 HA/CCG上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 并且设置 切换后需要上报的 FA; 包括:
在 HA/CCG上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令;
在 HA/CCG上设置 IP地址为 192.168.1.1、 192.168.1.4、 192.168.1.5时, 构成 1号 IP地址组, 当 FA的 IP地址变为 1号 IP地址组中的任何一个时,需 要将 FA切换后的 IP地址上报给 OCS。
当 FA发生切换时, 参照图 4, 执行下列步骤:
403、 HA/CCG获取 FA切换后的 IP地址, 包括:
当 FA发生切换时, 切换后的 FA重新与 HA/CCG建立隧道连接, FA向 HA/CCG发送的 Registration Request消息中包含有 FA切换后的 IP地址, HA/CCG接收到的 Registration Request消息获得 FA发生了切换和 FA切换后 的 IP地址。
404、 HA/CCG判断是否允许切换事件上报;
HA/CCG确定没有收到 OCS发送的 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令; 因此需要执行步骤 405。
405、 HA/CCG确定在 HA/CCG上设置有 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的 命令, 则允许将 FA切换后的 IP地址上 ·¾, 执行步骤 406;
406、 HA/CCG根据 FA切换后的 IP地址和设置的切换后需要上报的 FA 的 IP地址组, 确定该 FA切换后是否进行上报;
HA/CCG获得 FA切换后的 IP地址为 192.168.1.1 , 192.168.1.1是设置在 HA/CCG上的 1号 IP地址组中的一个地址, 确定该 FA切换后需要上 ·¾。 因 此 HAA/CCG FA切换后 IP地址通过 CCR消息发送给 OCS, 具体发送过程参 照步骤 205。
407、 OCS根据 FA切换后的 IP地址和设置的 UE的费率, 确定 FA切换 后 UE的费率, 按照所述 UE的费率向 HA/CCG发送配额。
OCS收到 CCR消息后, 对 CCR消息进行解析, 获取 FA切换后的 IP地 址为 192.168.1.1; 与在 OCS上设置的 FA的 IP地址组进行比对, FA切换后 的 IP地址变为 0号 IP地址组中的一个, 确定通过该 FA接入的 UE的费率变 为 X , UE的费率发生了变化, 因此 OCS按照新的费率 X向 HA/CCG发送配 额。
HA/CCG统计 UE的业务流量,并和接收到的配额进行比较, 当流量大于 等于配额时, 继续向 OCS申请配额, 如果申请到配额, 则允许 UE继续访问, 如果申请不到配额, 则终止 UE访问的业务。 采用本发明实施例所提供的方法,可以在 HA/CCG上设置一个 IP地址组, 当 HA/CCG确定设置有 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 并且 FA切换后 的 IP地址为 1号 IP地址组内的一个地址时,允许将 FA切换后的 IP地址上才艮 给 OCS; OCS根据接收到的 IP地址和设置的 UE的费率确定, 通过该切换后 的 FA入网的 UE的费率发生了变化, 按照变化后的费率进行计费。 同时在同 一个 IP地址组内的 FA所对应的 UE的费率相同,使得 UE在该 FA的 IP地址 组所对应的区域内漫游时, 按照同一费率计费, 当漫游到该区域外时, 则按 照新的费率计费, 使得计费更加准确、 灵活。 参照附图 5, 本发明实施例提供了一种计费装置 500, 包括: 接收单元 501 , 用于接收计费网关发送的 FA切换消息, 所述 FA切换消 息包含 FA切换后的 IP地址;
确定单元 502, 用于按照接收单元 501中 FA切换消息和在计费装置上设 置的 UE的费率, 确定通过所述 FA入网的 UE的费率;
发送单元 503, 用于按照确定单元 502种确定的所述 UE的费率向计费网 关发送配额。
本发明实施例所提供的计费装置, 能及时获取 FA切换后的 IP地址, 并 按照预先的设置确定通过切换后的 FA入网的 UE的费率进行计费, 使计费更 力口准确。 参照附图 6a, 本发明实施例还提供了一种计费装置 600, 包括接收单元 601、 发送单元 602、 第一设置单元 603和确定单元 604, 其中
接收单元 601 , 用于接收计费网关发送的 FA切换消息, 所述 FA切换消 息包含 FA切换后的 IP地址;
第一设置单元 603, 用于在计费装置 600上基于 FA的标识设置 UE的费 率, 所述 FA的标识可以是 FA的 IP地址或者 FA的 IP地址组;
确定单元 604, 用于按照接收单元 601中的 FA切换消息和在第一设置单 元 603上设置的 UE的费率, 确定通过所述 FA入网的 UE的费率;
发送单元 602, 用于按照确定单元 604中确定的 UE的费率向计费网关发 送请配额。
参照附图 6b, 本发明实施例提供的计费装置, 还可以包括:
第二设置单元 605,用于计费装置 600上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令;
发送单元 602, 还用于将第二设置单元 603中设置 "允许将 FA切换事件 上报" 的命令发送给计费网关。
本发明实施例所提供的计费装置, 在计费装置上设置 "允许将 FA切换事 件上报" 的命令并发送给计费网关, 允许 FA切换后进行上报; 同时该计费装 置能及时获取 FA切换后的 IP地址, 并按照预先的设置确定通过切换后的 FA 入网的终端的费率, 按照确定的终端费率进行计费, 使计费更准确。 参照附图 7a,本发明实施例提供了一种计费网关 700,包括获取单元 701、 第一判断单元 702和发送单元 703 , 其中
获取单元 701 , 用于获取 FA切换后的 IP地址;
第一判断单元 702, 用于确定是否允许向计费装置发送 FA切换消息; 发送单元 703, 用于在第一判断单元 702中确定允许向计费装置发送 FA 切换消息时, 将所述切换消息发送给计费装置, 所述切换消息包括 FA切换后 的 IP地址。

第二判断单元 705 ,用于当获取单元 701中确定接收到计费装置发送的 "允 许将 FA切换事件上报,, 的命令时, 按照第四设置单元 704中设置的切换后需 要上报的 FA的标识, 确定是否需要将所述 FA切换消息上报。
本发明实施例所提供的计费网关, 能及时获得 FA发生了切换和 FA切换 后的 IP地址, 并按照预先的设置将 FA切换后的 IP地址发送给计费装置, 使 计费装置能及时获取 FA切换后的 IP地址,进而确定通过所述切换后的 FA入 网的终端的费率, 使计费更准确。 参照附图 8a, 本发明实施例提供了一种计费网关, 包括: 获取单元 801、 第一判断单元 802、 发送单元 803和第三设置单元 804, 其中:
获取单元 801 ,用于获取 FA切换后的 IP地址,获取计费装置发送的 "允 许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令;
第三设置单元 804, 用于在计费网关 800上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上 报" 的命令;
第一判断单元 802, 确定获取单元 801中没有接收 "允许将 FA切换事件 上报" 的命令, 确定第三设置单元 804中设置有 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 确定需要向计费装置发送 FA切换消息;
发送单元 803, 用于在第一判断单元 802中确定允许向计费装置发送 FA 切换消息时, 将所述切换消息发送给计费装置, 所述切换消息包括 FA切换后 的 IP地址。
参照附图 8b, 本发明实施例提供的计费网关, 还可以包括:
第四设置单元 805, 用于在计费网关 800上设置切换后需要上报的 FA的 标识;
第二判断单元 806 ,用于当获取单元 801中确定接收到计费装置发送的 "允 许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令或者在第一设置单元 804 中设置有 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令时, 按照第二设置单元 805中设置的切换后需要上 报的 FA的标识, 确定是否需要将所述 FA切换消息上报。
本发明实施例所提供的计费网关, 在允许 FA切换事件上报的情况下, 按 照预先在计费网关上的设置进一步判断 FA切换后是否需要上报,为计费提供 了多样化的选择。 参照附图 9, 本发明实施例提供了一种计费系统, 包括计费网关 902和计 费装置 901 ,
计费网关 902, 用于获取 FA切换后的 IP地址, 向计费装置发送 FA切换 消息, 所述 FA切换消息包括 FA切换后的 IP地址;
计费装置 901 , 用于接收所述 FA切换消息, 按照所述 FA切换消息和在 计费装置 901上 UE的费率, 确定通过所述 FA入网的用户终端 UE的费率, 并按照所述 UE的费率向计费网关 902发送配额, 进行计费。
在本发明实施例所提供的计费系统中,
计费网关 902, 还用于设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令; 计费装置 901 , 还用于设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令; 计费网关 902根据计费装置 901发送的 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命 令, 或者根据设置在计费网关 902上的 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 确定需要将 FA切换消息发送给计费装置 901。
其中,
计费网关 902, 还用于设置切换后需要进行上报的 FA的标识;
计费网关 902获取 FA切换后的 IP地址,并根据计费装置 901发送的 "允 许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 或者根据设置在计费网关 902上的 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 同时根据 FA切换后的 IP地址和在计费网关 802 上设置的切换后需要上报的 FA的标识, 确定是否允许将 FA切换消息发送给 计费装置 901。
在本发明实施例所提供的计费系统中, 计费网关获取 FA发生切换和 FA 切换后的 IP地址, 及时将 FA切换后的 IP地址发送给计费装置, 计费装置按 照预先的设置, 确定通过所述切换后的 FA入网的终端的费率, 并按照所述确 定的费率向计费网关发送配额。 本发明实施例所提供的计费系统能及时调整 终端的费率, 使计费更加准确。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤 可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读 取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述 的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介 显然, 本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明 的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及 其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

权利 要求 书
1、 一种计费方法, 其特征在于, 当外部代理 FA发生切换时, 包括: 接收计费网关发送的 FA切换消息, 所述 FA切换消息包括 FA切换后的 IP 地址;
按照所述 FA切换消息和在计费装置上设置的用户终端 UE的费率, 确定通 过所述切换后的 FA入网的 UE的费率, 并按照确定的所述 UE的费率向计费网 关发送配额, 进行计费。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种计费方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
在计费装置上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令; 或者
在计费网关上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令; 或者
在计费装置和计费网关上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令。
3、如权利要求 2所述的一种计费方法,其特征在于,在计费装置上设置 "允 许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 或者在计费装置和计费网关上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令时, 还包括:
将所述 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令发送给计费网关。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的一种计费方法, 其特征在于, 所述 FA切换消息是 所述计费网关获取 FA切换后的 IP地址后, 确定所述计费网关上保存有计费装 置发送的 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令时发送的。
5、如权利要求 2所述的一种计费方法,其特征在于, 当计费网关上设置 "允 许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令时, 所述 FA切换消息是所述计费网关获取 FA 切换后的 IP地址后,确定所述计费网关上没有保存计费装置发送的 "允许将 FA 切换事件上报" 的命令, 并且确定所述计费网关上设置有 "允许将 FA切换事件 上报" 的命令时发送的。
6、 如权利要求 4或 5所述的一种计费方法, 其特征在于, 当计费网关上设 置有切换后需要上报的 FA的标识时, 所述 FA切换消息是所述计费网关按照设 置在计费网关上需要上报的 FA的标识和获取的 FA切换后的 IP地址确定需要将 所述 FA切换消息上报时发送的。
7、 一种计费装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收计费网关发送的 FA切换消息, 所述 FA切换消息包括 FA切换后的 IP地址;
确定单元,用于按照接收单元中接收到的 FA切换消息和在计费装置上设置 的用户终端 UE的费率, 确定通过所述切换后的 FA入网的 UE的费率;
发送单元, 用于按照确定单元中确定的所述 UE 的费率向计费网关发送配 额。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的一种计费装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第二设置单元,用于在计费装置上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报"的命令; 发送单元, 还用于将 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令发送给计费网关。
9、 一种计费网关, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取单元, 用于获取 FA切换后的 IP地址;
第一判断单元, 用于判断是否允许向计费装置发送 FA切换消息;
发送单元, 用于在第一判断单元确定允许向计费装置发送 FA切换消息时, 将所述 FA切换消息发送给计费装置, 所述 FA切换消息包括 FA切换后的 IP地 址。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的一种计费网关, 其特征在于, 还包括:
获取单元,还用于接收计费装置发送的 "允许将 FA切换事件上报"的命令; 第一判断单元, 用于根据获取单元中接收到的 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 确定需要向计费装置发送 FA切换消息。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的一种计费网关, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第三设置单元,用于在计费网关上设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报"的命令; 第一判断单元,用于确定获取单元中没有接收到 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 确定第一设置单元中设置有 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 确定 需要向计费装置发送 FA切换消息。
12、 如权利要求 10或 11所述的一种计费网关, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第四设置单元, 用于在计费网关上设置切换后需要上报的 FA的标识; 第二判断单元, 用于当获取单元中确定接收到计费装置发送的 "允许将 FA 切换事件上报"的命令或者在第一设置单元中设置有 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令时, 按照第二设置单元中设置的切换后需要上报的 FA的标识, 确定是否 需要将所述 FA切换消息上报。
13、 一种计费系统, 其特征在于, 包括计费网关和计费装置, 其中 计费网关, 用于获取 FA切换后的 IP地址, 向计费装置发送 FA切换消息, 所述 FA切换消息包括 FA切换后的 IP地址;
计费装置, 用于接收所述 FA切换消息, 按照所述 FA切换消息和在计费装 置上设置的 UE的费率, 确定通过所述 FA入网的用户终端 UE的费率, 并按照 所述 UE的费率向计费网关发送配额, 进行计费。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的一种计费系统, 其特征在于,
计费装置, 还用于设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 并将所述 "允 许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令发送给所述计费网关;
计费网关, 还用于设置 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 所述计费网关 根据计费装置发送的 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 或者根据设置在计费 网关上的 "允许将 FA切换事件上报" 的命令, 确定需要将 FA切换消息发送给 计费装置。
