Abstract
The present invention relates to an image-based-control machining device using automatic coordinate generation. More particularly, the present invention relates to an image-based-control machining device using automatic co-ordinate generation, in which the image of a workpiece is scanned and extracted and machining is carried out by means of simulation. The image-based-control machining device using automatic coordinate generation comprises: an image-extraction module which has a workpiece formed with at least one protruding- or recessed-shaped reference shape part and has a securing tray formed with a securing part for joining to the reference shape part of the workpiece, and which extracts image data relating to the workpiece secured to the securing tray; a simulation module for simulating the machining shape by using the image data extracted by means of the image-extraction module; and a machining module which has a machining tray formed with a securing part for joining to the reference shape part of the workpiece, and which machines the workpiece secured to the machining tray into the shape determined by the simulation module, wherein the reference shape part and the securing part have a shape which does not allow rotation thereof when they are joined to each other, and the image-extraction module and the machining module have the synchronized reference points of coordinate systems in such a way that the coordinates of the respective securing parts coincide with each other in the respective coordinate systems.
