本实用新型涉及一种五金工具, 特别涉及一种新型剪压卡箍钳。
背景技术
目前, 耳式卡箍在管道工程中应用的越来越多, 虽然具有卡压功能的耳 式卡箍钳也有推出, 而对于夹后卡箍的拆卸作业却没有更有效的解决方法和 适用的工具, 使得生产操作上既不方便, 同时也会大大影响工作效率。
因此, 提供一种压紧功能和剪切功能兼备的作业工具, 提高工效, 降低 生产和维修成本, 成为当前该领域技术人员急需解决的问题之一。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、 实用高效、 同时具有卡压和 剪切耳式卡箍功能的剪压卡箍钳。
为实现上述目的本实用新型所釆用的技术方案是:
一种剪压卡箍钳, 由钳头组件和钳柄组件连接组成, 所述钳头组件由钳 头销轴连接钳头及上下对应设有的两侧压板所构成, 压板之间的两钳头的中 心处设有中心轴, 且钳头组件通过钳头尾孔连接销轴与钳柄组件相连; 所述 钳柄组件是由钳柄上部中心设有的连接轴将左、 右钳柄、 钳柄胀簧和止退板 组合连接在一起; 其特征在于所述由钳头、 压板和钳头销轴构成的钳头组件 结构中, 两侧压板上部内侧呈阶梯状, 所述两侧压板上部分别与钳头之间形 成的间隙构成让位槽; 所述钳头的刃口内侧设有斜面; 所述钳柄组件采用连 接销轴将钳柄胀簧和止退板同轴嵌入左钳柄槽内。
所述右钳柄设置有止退爪, 由止退爪销轴连接于右钳柄内, 止退爪拉簧 一端挂在止退爪上, 另一端通过拉簧柱销定位于右钳柄上, 止退爪和止退板 啮合, 在钳柄闭合时防止钳柄回退。
所述左钳柄内设置用于调节止退板的调节螺钉, 其为偏心轴结构, 中间 偏心部位穿于止退板孔中, 转动调节螺钉, 调节两钳柄的闭合间距; 从而可 以对钳口口隙进行调节。 所述左、 右钳柄分别套设有增力柄。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
( 1 )压板与钳头上部形成的让位槽结构, 保证卡箍钳刃口只剪切耳式箍 的单侧壁厚, 减小剪切截面积。
( 2 )钳头刃口内侧的斜面可使钳头轻松进入箍耳空间内, 从而减小了剪 切力。
( 3 )可以实现夹紧, 剪切多用途, 给管道工程的安装、 维修、 改造带来 便利。
总之, 本实用新型结构简单, 设计合理, 安全可靠, 应用广泛; 易形成 产品规模化、 标准化生产, 有效降低使用成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及较佳实施例, 对依据本实用新型提供的具体实施方式、 结构、 特征详述如下:
如图 1-图 3所示,该剪压卡箍钳(见图 1 )包括钳头组件 A和钳柄组件 B。 所述钳头组件 A由钳头销轴 4连接左、 右钳头 1及上下对应设有的两侧 压板 2所构成, 压板 2之间的两钳头 1的中心处设有中心轴 3 (见图 2a ), 且 钳头组件 A通过钳头 1尾孔内的连接销轴 5与钳柄组件 B的左、 右钳柄 14、 15相连; 所述钳柄组件 B是由钳柄 14、 15上部中心设有的钳柄连接轴 6将 左、 右钳柄 14、 15、 钳柄胀簧 7和止退板 9组合连接在一起; 其特征在于所 述由钳头 1、 压板 2和钳头销轴 4构成的钳头组件 A结构中, 上下两侧压板 2 上部内侧呈阶梯状, 所述两侧压板 2上部分别与钳头 1之间形成的间隙构成 让位槽 2-1 (见图 2b ), 其宽度对应所被剪切的管件厚度, 可设定为 > 1.2111111。 所述钳头 1的刃口内侧设有斜面 1-1 (见图 3 ); 所述钳柄组件 B采用连接销 轴 5将钳柄胀簧 7和止退板 9同轴嵌入左钳柄槽内, 即钳柄连接轴 5将左、 右钳柄 14、 15, 钳柄胀簧 7和止退板 9组合连接在一起。
所述右钳柄设置有止退爪 10, 由止退爪销轴 11连接于右钳柄 15内, 止 退爪拉簧 12—端挂在止退爪 10上,另一端通过拉簧柱销 13定位于右钳柄 15 上, 止退爪 10和止退板 9啮合, 在钳柄闭合时防止钳柄回退。
所述左钳柄 14内设置用于调节止退板 9的调节螺钉 8 ,其为偏心轴结构, 中间偏心部位穿于止退板 9孔中, 转动调节螺钉 8, 调节左、 右两钳柄 14、 15的闭合间距; 从而可以对钳口口隙进行调节。
所述左、 右钳柄 14、 15分别套设有增力柄 16、 17。
使用剪压卡箍钳该卡压卡箍时, 完全打开手柄, 将耳式箍箍耳平行于钳 口, 放入钳口内, 闭合手柄, 钳口随之闭合将箍耳逐渐夹紧, 同时, 止退爪 与止退板上的棘齿啮合, 防止手柄回退, 当手柄夹紧到闭合极限时, 卡箍被 夹紧到位, 同时止退爪与止退板脱开啮合, 此时放开手柄, 手柄在钳柄胀簧 作用下张开, 钳头打开, 放开卡箍。 拆卸卡箍时, 完全打开手柄, 将夹后箍 耳重直于钳口放置, 使箍耳一侧紧贴于压板内侧, 让卡箍钳刃口箝住箍耳另 一侧, 闭合手柄, 此时紧贴于压板一侧的箍耳不被剪切, 而进入钳口与压板 间的让位槽内, 而位于钳口间的箍耳另一侧则被剪切, 闭合手柄到闭合极限 位置, 箍耳可被轻松剪开, 放开手柄, 钳口打开。
使用本实用新型, 可快速卡压和剪断轻型、 标准型和加强型耳式卡箍。 本实用新型的主要工作原理: 所述的钳头组件中 , 两侧压板上部内侧采 用让位槽结构, 钳头刃口内侧设有斜面, 钳头通过钳头销轴连接于具有让位 槽的压板之间, 压板之间的两钳头的中心处设有中心轴, 钳头的上部与压板 间形成一个间隙, 即让位空间; 在剪箍时让夹后卡箍垂直钳口放置, 保持箍 耳一侧紧贴压板内侧, 使钳口只剪切箍耳单侧金属, 减小了剪切力从而达到 剪断耳式箍的目的。 上述参照实施例对该剪压卡箍钳进行的详细描述, 是说明性的而不是限 定性的, 可根据需要制成各种不同的规格, 因此在不脱离本实用新型总体构 思下的变化和修改, 应属本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims

1、 一种剪压卡箍钳, 包括钳头组件和钳柄组件, 所述钳头组件由钳头销 轴连接钳头及上下对应设有的两侧压板所构成, 压板之间的两钳头的中心处 设有中心轴, 且钳头组件通过钳头尾孔连接销轴与钳柄组件相连; 所述钳柄 组件是由钳柄上部中心设有的连接轴将左、 右钳柄、 钳柄胀簧和止退板组合 连接在一起; 其特征在于: 所述由钳头、 压板和钳头销轴构成的钳头组件结 构中, 两侧压板上部内侧呈阶梯状, 所述两侧压板上部分別与钳头之间形成 的间隙构成让位槽; 所述钳头的刃口内侧设有斜面; 所述钳柄组件采用连接 销轴将钳柄胀簧和止退板同轴嵌入左钳柄槽内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的剪压卡箍钳, 其特征在于: 所述甜柄组件结构 中, 所述右钳柄设置有由止退爪、 由止退爪销轴连接于右钳柄内, 止退爪拉 簧一端挂在止退爪上, 另一端通过拉簧柱销定位于右钳柄上, 止退爪和止退 板啮合, 在钳柄闭合时防止钳柄回退。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的剪压卡箍钳, 其特征在于: 所述的钳柄组件结 构中, 所述左钳柄内设置用于调节止退板的调节螺钉, 其为偏心轴结构, 中 间偏心部位穿于止退板孔中, 转动调节螺钉, 调节两钳柄的闭合间距, 从而 可以对钳口口隙进行调节。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的剪压卡箍钳, 其特征在于: 所述左、 右钳柄分 别套设有增力柄。
