- Air/fuel connector 50 is connected to and in fluid communication with an air/fuel inlet 44 which enters through housing 22, through sidewall 24, and into chamber 25 in a direction tangential to inside surface 29 as described above and introduces an air/fuel mixture into chamber 25. It is understood that either air/fuel connector 50 or air/fuel inlet 44 may be connected to housing 22 or a third conduit introduced between air/fuel connector 50 and housing 22 as desired and/or necessary.
Abstract
Brûleur comprenant : une carrosserie constituant une chambre de combustion, constituée d'une matière résistante aux hautes températures et de faible densité ; une structure à l'intérieur de la carrosserie qui dirige et force un mélange air/carburant ou un gaz de combustion à suivre un cheminement fluide circulaire à l'intérieur de la chambre ; un conduit raccordé à la chambre de combustion ; une buse raccordée au conduit en amont de la chambre de combustion et disposée dans un cheminement fluide d'air à l'intérieur du conduit ; une entrée de carburant raccordée au conduit en amont de la chambre de combustion et immédiatement en aval et tout près de la buse ; et une soufflante raccordée au conduit pour forcer l'air à travers la buse afin de provoquer à l'intérieur du conduit une contre-pression suffisante pour attirer du carburant dans le conduit, l'air et le carburant se mélangant à l'intérieur du conduit pour former un mélange air/carburant et étant forcés à entrer dans la chambre, et le mélange air/carburant s'engagant dans la structure et créant un cheminement fluide circulaire à l'intérieur de la chambre.
