As a case for storing the recording medium described above, a case main body, a lid for storing the recording medium between the case main body and a case protruding from the inner surface of the case main body and entering the central hole of the recording medium A case including a locking member that locks the recording medium may be used. The locking member of this type of case is made of an elastically deformable material such as sponge, and may be attached to the inner surface of the case body with an adhesive having adhesiveness. In this case, when removing the recording medium from the case, the locking member may be peeled off from the inner surface of the case main body while being locked in the central hole of the recording medium removed from the case main body.
Then, when the recording medium is inserted into the apparatus main body, the locking member is sandwiched between the turntable and the clamper and is in close contact with the turntable by the adhesive described above. In this case, the recording medium normally sandwiched between the turntable and the clamper is different in position in the thickness direction of the recording medium and cannot read information from the recording medium. Even if it is going to be discharged out of the main body of the apparatus, the locking member mentioned above is in close contact with the turntable, so that it may not be discharged.
Even if the recording medium is ejected out of the device main body with the locking member in close contact with the turntable, the recording medium presses the engaging member when the recording medium is inserted into the device main body again. The locking member is pushed between the carriage chassis and the clamp arm, preventing the operation of the clamp reproducing unit, and in the worst case, the information processing apparatus may not operate normally.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to reliably discharge the recording medium out of the apparatus main body even when the recording medium is accommodated while the locking member having the elasticity and adhesiveness of the case is locked in the center hole. An object of the present invention is to provide an information processing apparatus that can perform the above processing.
In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, the present invention according to claim 1 is configured to rotate with respect to the device body with a recording medium sandwiched between the device body and a clamper. Thus, in the information processing apparatus including the turntable for rotating the recording medium, the turntable protrudes from the surface of the table main body on which the recording medium is placed and the surface of the table main body. And an intrusion convex portion entering the central hole of the recording medium, and the surface of the intrusion convex portion facing the clamper is inclined with respect to the surface of the recording medium placed on the table body. It is characterized by being formed.

Hereinafter, an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, the surface of the intrusion convex portion of the turntable is formed to be inclined with respect to the surface of the recording medium placed on the table body of the turntable. For this reason, for example, when the turntable is positioned so that the surface of the intrusion convex portion gradually moves away from the clamper as it goes to the insertion port, when the pair of clamping members approach each other, The angle formed by the locking member that has entered the surface and the surface of the intrusion convex portion of the turntable increases. For this reason, when the pair of clamping members release the recording medium from the turntable, the locking member is gradually peeled off from the surface of the intrusion convex portion. Then, the recording medium can be discharged out of the apparatus main body by the driving force of the conveying roller. Accordingly, even if the recording medium is accommodated while the locking member having the elasticity and adhesiveness of the case is locked in the center hole, the recording medium can be reliably discharged out of the apparatus main body.
Further, when the transport unit cannot eject the recording medium outside the apparatus main body, the control unit may cause the transport unit to eject the recording medium after rotating the turntable again. In this case, the discharge operation is performed several times until the surface of the intrusion convex portion gradually moves away from the clamper as it goes to the insertion port, and the locking member is peeled off from the turntable so that the recording medium can be discharged out of the apparatus body. Will be repeated. Therefore, even if the recording medium is accommodated while the locking member having elasticity and adhesiveness of the case is locked in the center hole, the recording medium can be reliably discharged out of the apparatus main body.
Hereinafter, a CD player 1 as an example of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. A CD player 1 shown in FIG. 1 or the like is attached to an automobile instrument panel (hereinafter referred to as an instrument panel) as a moving body, and contains one CD 2 (shown in FIG. 2) as a recording medium. This is a device that reads (reproduces) information recorded on the CD 2 and outputs it as sound.
CD2 is, of course, formed in a disk shape, that is, a disk shape, and is a recording medium on which information that can be read by an electronic device such as a computer is recorded. A central hole 2a is provided at the center of CD2. The CD 2 is attached to the inner surface of the case main body, a lid for accommodating the CD 2 between the case main body, and the inner surface of the case main body, and a locking member 100 (see FIG. 7 or the like). The locking member 100 is formed in a disk shape whose outer diameter is slightly larger than the central hole 2a and is made of an elastically deformable material such as a sponge, and is attached to the inner surface of the case body by an adhesive having adhesiveness. It is attached. The transport roller 20 is rotated by the rotational driving force of the transport motor 30 via the gear 31 and the like. In the state where the other edge of the arm body 19 is close to the bottom wall 13, the gear of the transport roller 20 does not mesh with the gear 31 described above.
The disk guide 17 includes a guide main body 21 made of sheet metal or the like, and a flat sliding member 22 attached to the guide main body 21. The sliding member 22 is made of a synthetic resin having a small friction coefficient. The sliding member 22 is formed in a thin plate shape. The sliding member 22 is attached to the surface of the guide main body 21 located inside the chassis main body 9.
The roller arm 18 and the disk guide 17 having the above-described configuration are provided so as to be able to contact and separate from each other, and the conveyance roller 20 is rotated and driven by the conveyance motor 30 with the CD 2 being sandwiched between them. Insert and remove the CD 2 into and from the device body 3. Further, the roller arm 18 and the disk guide 17 having the above-described configuration constitute a clamping member described in this specification. For this reason, the conveyance unit 5 includes a pair of clamping members, and the roller arm 18 as one clamping member includes the conveyance rollers 20.
The clamp reproduction unit 6 includes a carriage chassis 23 and a clamp arm 24 as shown in FIG. The carriage chassis 23 includes a chassis body 25 made of sheet metal, a turntable 26 (shown in FIG. 4) attached to the chassis body 25, a spindle motor 32 as a drive source, and an illustration attached to the chassis body 25. Do not pick up, and have.
The chassis body 25 is formed in a substantially flat plate shape. The turntable 26 is rotatably supported by the chassis body 25. As shown in FIG. 4, the turntable 26 is integrally provided with a table main body 28 formed in a thick disc shape and an intrusion convex portion 29 formed so as to protrude from the surface 28 a of the table main body 28.
The CD 2 is placed on the surface 28a of the table body 28. The intrusion convex portion 29 has a circular planar shape and is disposed coaxially with the table body 28.
The intrusion convex part 29 is formed in a convex conical shape from the surface 28a of the table body 28. The intrusion convex portion 29 is disposed at a position facing the clamper 34 described later along the thickness direction Z. A surface 29 a of the intrusion convex portion 29 facing the clamper 34 is formed flat and is inclined with respect to the surface of the CD 2 placed on the surface 28 a of the table main body 28. The intrusion convex portion 29 enters the center hole 2a of the CD2 placed on the surface 28a of the table main body 28 and is locked to the CD2.
In the turntable 26 configured as described above, the intrusion convex portion 29 enters the center hole 2a, and the table main body 28 places the CD 2 on the surface 28a. The turntable 26 is rotated around its axis by the driving force of the spindle motor 32 attached to the chassis body 25, thereby rotating the CD2. The spindle motor 32 is attached to the carriage chassis 23.
The pickup includes a laser diode for generating laser light to be irradiated on the surface of CD2, an objective lens for irradiating the surface of CD2 with laser light from the laser diode, and an objective lens for adjusting focus and tracking by support from the signal processing unit. And a light receiver that receives the reflected light reflected from the CD2, and adjusts focus and tracking according to an instruction from the signal processing unit and reads information recorded on the CD2.
The clamp arm 24 includes an arm main body 33 made of sheet metal or the like, and a clamper 34. The arm body 33 is formed in a substantially flat plate shape. The carriage chassis 23 is supported by the chassis main body 25 so as to be rotatable about an end portion away from the insertion port 10. The center of rotation of the arm body 33 is parallel to the width direction X. In a state where the arm main body 33 is close to the chassis main body 25, the chassis main body 25 and the arm main body 33 are substantially parallel.
The clamper 34 is arranged at a position facing the turntable 26. The clamper 34 is formed in a disc shape and is rotatably supported by the arm body 33. The clamper 34 can sandwich the CD 2 between the arm table 33 and the turntable 26 when the arm body 33 is substantially parallel to the chassis body 25. Further, the carriage chassis 23 and the clamp arm 24 of the clamp reproducing unit 6 are urged toward each other by an urging means such as a spring (not shown).
The clamp reproducing unit 6 having the above-described configuration is supported in the chassis main body 9 so as to be movable with respect to the device main body 3 by a damper made of an elastic body such as rubber (not shown) and a coil spring. In the clamp reproduction unit 6, the arm main body 33 of the clamp arm 24 is rotatably supported by the carriage chassis 23, so that the carriage chassis 23 and the clamp arm 24 are provided so as to be able to contact and separate from each other. In the clamp reproducing unit 6, the clamp arm 24 and the carriage chassis 23 approach each other, and the CD 2 is sandwiched between the turntable 26 and the clamper 34 (that is, the CD 2 is clamped between each other), and the spindle motor 32. Then, the CD 2 is rotated by the turntable 26, and the information recorded on the CD 2 is read by the pickup.
The clamp reproduction unit 6 moves relative to the chassis body 9 by the damper and the coil spring even if the device body 3 vibrates due to vibration during traveling of the automobile. As described above, the damper and the coil spring prevent the vibration during the traveling of the automobile from adversely affecting the operation of reading the information on the CD2. Further, the clamp arm 24 and the carriage chassis 23 configured as described above constitute a second clamping member described in this specification. For this reason, the clamp reproduction unit 6 includes a pair of second clamping members. A carriage motor 23 serving as one second clamping member is provided with a spindle motor 32 that rotatably supports the turntable 26 and rotates the turntable 26. The clamp arm 24 as the other second clamping member rotatably supports the clamper 34.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the interlocking mechanism moves the roller arm 18 of the transport unit 5 and the disk guide 17 closer to each other before the CD 2 is accommodated in the apparatus main body 3, and the carriage chassis of the clamp reproduction unit 6. 23 and the clamp arm 24 are kept away from each other.
In the interlocking mechanism, when the CD 2 is inserted into the apparatus main body 3 and the transport motor 30 is rotationally driven, the CD 2 is inserted between the turntable 26 of the carriage chassis 23 and the clamper 34 of the clamp arm 24. After that, when the CD 2 is accommodated in the apparatus main body 3, the interlocking mechanism separates the roller arm 18 and the disk guide 17 of the transport unit 5 from each other and the carriage chassis 23 and the clamp arm of the clamp reproducing unit 6 as shown in FIG. 24 are brought close to each other.
As described above, the interlocking mechanism is configured such that when the carriage chassis 23 and the clamp arm 24 of the clamp reproduction unit 6 approach each other, the roller arm 18 and the disc guide 17 of the transport unit 5 are separated from each other, and the roller arm 18 of the transport unit 5 is separated. When the disk guide 17 and the disk guide 17 approach each other, the clamp reproduction unit 6 and the transport unit 5 are interlocked with each other so that the carriage chassis 23 and the clamp arm 24 of the clamp reproduction unit 6 are separated from each other.
The signal processing unit includes a known amplifier, servo signal processing unit, audio signal processing unit, memory, converter, and the like. The signal processing unit amplifies the signal output from the pickup to a predetermined value, and then controls the focus and tracking of the pickup based on the amplified signal so that the information recorded on the CD 2 can be read accurately. To do. Further, the signal processing unit controls the transport motor 30 and the spindle motor 32 in accordance with instructions from the μCOM 4.
Further, the signal processing unit performs analog / digital conversion on the signal including information recorded on the CD2, demodulates the signal including information recorded on the CD2, into an audio signal, performs error correction, and the like, and then again. The digital signal is converted into an analog signal and output to an external device such as a speaker.
Further, a driver 35 shown in FIG. 3 is connected to the signal processing unit. The driver 35 is connected to the transport motor 30, the spindle motor 32, and the pickup. The driver 35 amplifies a signal indicating a command input from the signal processing unit, and outputs the amplified signal to the transport motor 30, the spindle motor 32, and the pickup.
The μCOM 4 includes a central processing unit (CPU) that performs various processes according to a program, a ROM that is a read-only memory that stores a program for processing performed by the CPU, a work area that is used in various processes in the CPU, A RAM, which is a readable / writable memory having a data storage area for storing various data, is built in, and these are connected to each other by a bus line.
The μCOM 4 is connected to the transport unit 5, the clamp reproduction unit 6, the interlocking mechanism, the signal processing unit, and the like, so that the command input from the switch 12 or the CD 2 input from the switch 16 is inserted. These operations are controlled in accordance with the information shown to control the entire CD player 1.
The μCOM 4 keeps the roller arm 18 and the disk guide 17 of the transport unit 5 close to each other as shown in FIG. 6 before the CD 2 is accommodated in the apparatus main body 3, that is, before the clamp reproduction unit 6 clamps the CD 2. At the same time, the carriage chassis 23 and the clamp arm 24 of the clamp reproduction unit 6 are separated from each other. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, when the μCOM 4 receives a signal indicating that the CD 2 is inserted into the device main body 3 and the CD 2 is inserted into the insertion slot 10 from the switch 16, the μCOM 4 transports the transport unit 5. The conveying roller 20 is rotationally driven by the motor 30 to move the CD 2 toward the inside of the apparatus main body 3.
As shown in FIG. 8, when the CD 2 is positioned between the carriage chassis 23 and the clamp arm 24 of the clamp reproduction unit 6, the μCOM 4 gradually moves the carriage chassis 23 and the clamp arm 24 of the clamp reproduction unit 6 from each other. Approach and clamp CD2 between them as shown in FIG. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 9, the μCOM 4 separates the disk guide 17 and the roller arm 18 of the transport unit 5 from each other.
Thus, the μCOM 4 clamps the CD 2 in the clamp reproduction unit 6 with the CD 2 sandwiched between the carriage chassis 23 and the clamp arm 24. Further, in the state in which the CD2 is clamped by the clamp reproduction unit 6, the μCOM 4 separates the roller arm 18 and the disk guide 17 of the transport unit 5 from each other and contacts the CD2 from which information is read by the clamp reproduction unit 6. To regulate.
In this state, the μCOM 4 proceeds to step S2 in order to start reading the information stored in the CD2 (reproducing the information of the CD2) in step S1 shown in FIG. In step S2, μCOM 4 resets the counter (assuming C = 0) and proceeds to step S3. In step S3, μCOM 4 instructs the signal processing unit to perform focus pull-in. In the focus pull-in, a control signal is output to the pickup via the driver 35 so that the objective lens is stopped in the vicinity of the zero cross point of the focus error signal having an S curve waveform from the output of the light receiver of the pickup. In step S4, the μCOM 4 determines whether or not the focus pull-in is successful. If the focus pull-in is successful, the process proceeds to S7. If the focus pull-in is unsuccessful, the process proceeds to step S5. The success or failure of focus pull-in is whether or not the objective lens can be stopped in the vicinity of the above-described zero cross point.
In step S7, the μCOM 4 instructs the signal processing unit to set up tracking and read information recorded on the CD2. In step S7, a normal information reading operation from the CD 2 is performed by rotating the spindle motor 32 or the like.
In step S5, μCOM 4 determines whether or not the counter number C in step S2 is a predetermined number N in advance. If it is determined that the counter number C is not the predetermined number N, the number of counters is set to C = C + 1 in step S6. Returning to step S3, if it is determined that the number of times is N, the process proceeds to step S8. Thus, if the focus pull-in fails, the focus pull-in is repeated a predetermined number of times N until the focus pull-in is successful.
At this time, the CD 2 with the locking member 100 locked in the center hole 2a is inserted into the apparatus main body 3 and is sandwiched between the turntable 26 and the clamper 34 as shown in FIG. Since the position of the CD 2 in the thickness direction Z is different from the CD 2 clamped in the normal state, the above-described focus pull-in surely fails.
In step S8, μCOM 4 resets the counter (set R = 0), and proceeds to step S9. In step S9, the μCOM 4 starts a timer and, as shown in FIG. 10, causes the interlocking mechanism to bring the transport roller 20 of the roller arm 18 of the transport unit 5 and the disc guide 17 close to each other and insert the CD 2 therebetween. The carriage chassis 23 and the clamp arm 24 of the clamp reproduction unit 6 are moved away from each other. Then, the disc guide 17 and the conveying roller 20 move the CD 2 away from the turn table 26 in order to release the placement of the CD 2 on the turn table 26. At this time, as shown in FIG. 11, when the turntable 26 is positioned so that the surface of the intrusion convex portion 29 gradually moves away from the clamper 34 toward the insertion port 10, the disc guide 17 and the transport roller 20 are positioned. When the two approach each other, the angle formed between the locking member 100 that has entered the central hole 2a of the CD 2 and the surface 29a of the intrusion convex portion 29 increases. Then, the lever member 100 and the surface 29a of the intrusion convex portion 29 are brought into contact with each other at the apex A (shown in FIG. 11) to concentrate the locking member 100 and the intrusion convex portion 29. The surface 29a is gradually peeled off.
Then, the μCOM 4 rotationally drives the transport roller 20 in the direction in which the CD 2 is ejected by the transport motor 30, and proceeds to step S10. Then, when the turntable 26 is positioned in a state in which the surface of the intrusion convex portion 29 gradually moves away from the clamper 34 toward the insertion port 10, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13 by the driving force of the transport roller 20. Then, the CD 2 is discharged out of the device body 3. Even when the locking member 100 is not completely peeled off from the surface 29a of the intrusion convex portion 29 when the CD 2 is moved away from the turntable 26, the area where the two come into close contact with each other is reduced. The locking member 100 can be completely peeled off from the surface 29 a of the intrusion convex portion 29. Thereafter, in step S10, it is determined whether or not CD2 can be ejected. If CD2 can be ejected, the process proceeds to step S16, and the CD2 ejecting operation is completed. If CD2 cannot be ejected, Proceed to step S11.
In step S11, the μCOM 4 determines whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed since the start of the rotation of the conveying roller 20 described above. If it is determined that the predetermined time has not elapsed, the process returns to step S10. If it is determined that the predetermined time has elapsed, the process proceeds to step S12. Thus, the μCOM 4 determines whether or not the CD 2 can be discharged within a predetermined time after the rotation of the transport roller 20 described above is started. In step S10, μCOM 4 determines whether or not CD2 has been ejected based on the information from the switch 16 described above. Further, when the CD 2 in which the locking member 100 is inserted into the center hole 2 a described above is sandwiched between the disc guide 17 and the conveying roller 20, as the surface of the intrusion convex portion 29 moves away from the insertion port 10. When the turntable 26 is positioned so as to gradually move away from the clamper 34, the locking member 100 may be in close contact with the turntable 26 due to the adhesive force described above, and the transport unit 5 may not be able to eject the CD2. Is expensive.
In step S12, μCOM 4 stops the conveyance motor 30 and proceeds to step S13. In step S13, the μCOM 4 once separates the disk guide 17 of the transport unit 5 and the transport roller 20 of the roller arm 18 from each other and sandwiches the CD 2 and the locking member 100 between the turntable 26 and the clamper 34. Then, the turntable 26 is rotated by a predetermined angle in one direction by the spindle motor 32, and the process proceeds to step S14. In step S14, μCOM 4 determines whether or not the number R of counters in step S8 is a predetermined number M in advance. If it is determined that it is not the predetermined number M, the number of counters is set to R = R + 1 in step S15. Returning to step S9, if it is determined that the predetermined number M is reached, the process proceeds to step S17, an error message is displayed on the display panel 11, and the CD2 ejection operation is completed. Thus, if CD2 ejection fails, this CD2 ejection is repeated a predetermined number of times M until CD2 ejection is successful.
Then, again, the μCOM 4 returns to step S9, drives the transport roller 20 to rotate, and tries to eject the CD 2 out of the apparatus main body 3. In step S11, when CD2 cannot be ejected within a predetermined time, in step S13, the spindle motor 32, that is, the turntable 26 is rotated in the same direction as the previous one.
As described above, when the μCOM 4 causes the transport unit 5 to eject the CD 2 into the device body 3 and the CD 2 cannot be ejected outside the device body 3, the μCOM 4 rotates the CD 2 to the clamp reproduction unit 6, and then again. Then, the CD 2 in the apparatus main body 3 is discharged to the transport unit 5. For this reason, when repeating the operation from step S9 to step S14 for the predetermined number of times M, the surface of the intrusion convex portion 29 is gradually turned away from the clamper 34 toward the insertion port 10 at least once. The table 26 is positioned, and the CD 2 can be discharged out of the device body 3 while gradually removing the locking member 100 from the turntable 26. Note that the μCOM 4 may be controlled not to rotate the turntable 26 by a predetermined angle when discharging the CD 2 again, but to rotate it for a predetermined time, for example. In this case, the state of the intrusion convex portion 29 after rotation is different each time, but the surface of the intrusion convex portion 29 gradually moves away from the clamper 34 toward the insertion port 10 at least once before reaching the predetermined number M times. Since there is a high possibility that the turntable 26 is positioned in the state, the CD 2 can be ejected by simple control.
According to the present embodiment, the surface 29a of the intrusion convex portion 29 of the turntable 26 is formed to be inclined with respect to the surface of the CD 2 placed on the table body 28 of the turntable 26. For this reason, for example, when the turntable 26 is positioned so that the surface 29a of the intrusion convex portion 29 gradually moves away from the clamper 34 toward the insertion port 10, the disk guide 17 and the transport roller 20 approach each other. At this time, the angle formed by the engaging member 100 that has entered the central hole 2a of the CD 2 and the surface 29a of the intrusion convex portion 29 of the turntable 26 increases. For this reason, the locking member 100 is easily peeled off from the surface 29a of the intrusion convex portion 29 of the turntable 26, and the CD2 is removed from the device main body while the locking member 100 is gradually peeled off from the turntable 26 by the driving force of the conveying roller 20. 3 can be discharged outside. Therefore, even when the CD2 is accommodated while the locking member 100 having the elasticity and adhesiveness of the case is locked in the central hole 2a, the CD2 can be reliably discharged out of the device main body 3.
Further, when the transport unit 5 cannot eject the CD 2 out of the apparatus main body 3, the μCOM 4 rotates the turntable 26 again, and then causes the transport unit 5 to eject the CD 2 again. For this reason, the surface 29a of the intrusion convex portion 29 gradually moves away from the clamper 34 toward the insertion port 10, and the locking member 100 is peeled off from the turntable 26, so that the CD 2 can be discharged out of the device main body 3. Until then, the discharging operation is repeated a plurality of times. Therefore, even when the CD 2 is accommodated while the locking member 100 having the elasticity and adhesiveness of the case is locked in the center hole 2 a, the CD 2 can be reliably discharged out of the device main body 3.
According to the embodiment described above, the following CD player 1 is obtained.

An intrusion convex portion 29 that is convex from the surface 28a of the table body 28 and enters the central hole 2a of the CD2,
The CD player 1 is characterized in that a surface 29a of the intrusion convex portion 29 facing the clamper 34 is inclined with respect to the surface of the CD 2 placed on the table main body 28.
Note that the surface 29a of the intrusion convex portion 29 of the turntable 26 is formed to be inclined with respect to the surface of the CD 2 placed on the table body 28 of the turntable 26.
