当业务指南的时间安排分片中携带与展现窗关联的目标区域时, 如图 2所 示, 终端的处理流程可以包括:
201: 终端接收业务指南; 业务指南中可以包含业务分片、 内容分片、 时 间安排分片等;
202: 终端将业务指南的内容分片中除位置信息之外的其它信息 (如分类 信息等) 与用户设定的过滤条件比较, 进行过滤;
203: 如杲内容分片通过过滤, 则终端可以接收内容分片所指示的相关内 容; 上述 202和 203可以一并在后续 205完成, 并不影响本发明实施例的实现;
204: 判断展现窗时间是否到来; 如果是则进入下一步, 否则, 返回;
205: 当相关联的时间安排分片指示所接收内容的展现窗到达时, 终端首 先获取终端当前位置,将上述终端当前位置与时间安排分片中 "BroadcastArea" 中的条件相比较, 进行过滤;
206: 如杲上述接收的相关内容通过位置过滤, 则终端显示相关内容。 结 束后可以返回 201进行新的任务。
上述实施例,通过获取到的展示时间然后获取展示时间终端的位置, 然后 执行目标区域过滤, 是在终端访问业务内容时执行目标区域过滤, 实现了过滤 的实时, 因而能够准确过滤目标区域。
实施例三,本发明实施例还提供了获取在业务指南的业务分片中携带的与 目标区域关联的展示时间;或获取在业务指南的内容分片中携带的与目标区域 关联的展示时间的实施方式;可以在业务或内容分片中扩展时间关联标志字段 "timeRelated" , 该标志字段用于表示位置过滤条件是否需要与展现窗关联。
如表 2所示, 可以在业务或内容分片 中扩展时间关联标志字段 "timeRelated"

如杲内容或业务分片中 "BroadcastArea" 元素的 "timeRelated" 属性取值 为 ture, 则终端可以先进行其它条件过滤, 位置过滤可以在内容或业务分片所 关联的时间安排分片中所定义的展现窗到来时进行。
如杲内容或业务分片中 "BroadcastArea" 元素的 "timeRelated" 属性取值 为 false, 则终端按照现有技术方式进行位置过滤。
上述实施例,通过获取到的展示时间然后获取展示时间终端的位置, 然后 执行目标区域过滤, 实现了过滤的实时, 因而能够准确过滤目标区域。
实施例四,本发明实施例还提供了在位置过滤条件中扩展用于过滤的时间 的信息,终端可以根据过滤时间进行位置过滤来实现时过滤的方法; 与实施例 二和实施例三不同的是,本实施例中的时间信息可以直接在位置过滤条件中给 出, 不需要与其它分片 (如时间安排分片) 关联。
上述位置过滤条件中扩展过滤时间的信息可以扩展业务指南中的过滤时 间。以在业务指南的业务分片中扩展过滤时间或在业务指南的内容分片中扩展 过滤时间为例进行说明
如表 3所示, 可以在业务或内容分片 中扩展时间设置标志字段 "locationTime";

终端收到含有位置信息的内容分片后, 如果 "locationTime" 没有设置取 值, 则可以按照现有技术的方式进行过滤。 如果 "locationTime"设置了取值, 则终端可以首先进行除位置外的其它信息的过滤, 当 "locationTime" 有效时 间到达时, 则获取当前位置, 将该位置信息与内容分片 "BroadcastArea" 中的 过滤条件比较, 进行位置过滤。
上述实施例,通过获取到的过滤时间然后获取过滤时间终端的位置, 然后 执行目标区域过滤, 是在终端访问业务内容时执行目标区域过滤, 实现了过滤 的实时, 因而能够准确过滤目标区域。
实施例五, 如图 3所示, 本发明实施例提供了一种广播装置, 包括: 业务指南创建单元 301 , 用于创建业务指南, 上述业务指南携带服务信息 的目标区域和过滤时间;
业务指南发送单元 302, 用于发送上述业务指南。
实施例六, 如图 4所示, 本发明实施例提供了一种终端设备, 包括: 过滤信息获取单元 401, 用于获取服务信息的目标区域和过滤时间; 位置获取单元 402, 用于获取上述过滤时间终端的位置;
过滤单元 403, 用于根据上述终端的位置和目标区域位置执行目标区域过 滤。
上述终端设备实施例,通过获取到的过滤时间然后荻取过滤时间终端的位 置, 然后执行目标区域过滤, 是在终端访问服务信息时执行目标区域过滤, 实 现了过滤的实时, 因而能够准确过滤目标区域。
实施例七, 如图 5所示, 本发明实施例提供了一种广播系统, 包括: 服务器 501 , 用于发送业务指南, 上述业务指南携带服务信息的目标区域 和过滤时间;
终端 502, 用于获取服务信息的目标区域和过滤时间; 获取上述过滤时间 终端的位置; 根据上述终端的位置和目标区域位置执行目标区域过滤。
上述系统实施例, 通过获取到的过滤时间然后获取过滤时间终端的位置, 然后执行目标区域过滤,是在终端访问服务信息时执行目标区域过滤, 实现了 过滤的实时, 因而能够准确过滤目标区域。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤 是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可 读存储介质中, 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。
以上对本发明实施例所提供的一种目标区域过滤的方法、装置及系统进行 了详细介绍, 本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述, 以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想; 同时,对于 本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均 会有改变之处, 综上所述, 本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种目标区域过滤的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取服务信息的目标区域和过滤时间;
获取在所述过滤时间终端的位置;
根据所述终端的位置和目标区域位置执行目标区域过滤。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取服务信息的过滤时间 包括:
获取在业务指南中携带的与服务信息和目标区域关联的展示时间。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取在业务指南中携带的 与服务信息和目标区域关联的展示时间包括:
获取在业务指南的时间安排分片中携带的与服务信息和目标区域关联的 展示时间; 或
获取在业务指南的业务分片中携带的与业务分片和目标区域关联的展示 时间; 或
荻取在业务指南的内容分片中携带的与内容分片和目标区域关联的展示 时间。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取过滤时间包括: 获取在业务指南中携带的与目标区域关联的过滤时间。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取在业务指南中携带的 与目标区域关联的过滤时间包括:
获取在业务指南的业务分片中携带的与目标区域关联的过滤时间; 或 获取在业务指南的内容分片中携带的与目标区域关联的过滤时间。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任意一项所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述目标区域包 括:
用经度、 纬度、 地理区域的形状、 国家代码、 区域名称、 邮政编码、 中的 至少一个表示的目标区域。
7、 一种目标区域过滤信息的发送方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
创建业务指南, 所述业务指南携带服务信息的目标区域和过滤时间; 发送所述业务指南。
8、 一种广播装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
业务指南创建单元,用于创建业务指南, 所述业务指南携带服务信息的目 标区^ <和过滤时间;
业务指南发送单元, 用于发送所述业务指南。
9、 一种终端设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
过滤信息获取单元, 用于获取服务信息的目标区域和过滤时间; 位置获取单元, 用于获取在所述过滤时间终端的位置;
过滤单元, 用于根据所述终端的位置和目标区域位置执行目标区域过滤。
10、 一种广播系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
服务器, 用于发送业务指南, 所述业务指南携带服务信息的目标区域和过 滤时间;
终端, 用于从所述业务指南中徒取 J良务信息的目标区域和过滤时间; 获取 在所述过滤时间终端的位置;根据所述终端的位置和目标区域位置执行目标区 域过滤。
