Abstract

L'invention porte sur des composés de formule I et des compositions contenant lesdits composés. L'invention porte également sur des procédés d'utilisation des composés et des compositions. Les composés de l'invention peuvent créer une liaison à haute affinité avec les récepteurs sigma-1 chez un mammifère. Les composés peuvent présenter une sélectivité pour le récepteur sigma-1 par rapport au récepteur sigma-2. Les composés et compositions de l'invention peuvent également être utilisés pour traiter des affections qui impliquent le récepteur sigma-1, tels que l'accoutumance, les affections cardiovasculaires, et le cancer, par exemple le cancer du sein, du poumon, de la prostate, le cancer ovarien, colorectal, ou des troubles du système nerveux central.
