Abstract
Eine Brennstoffpumpe (1), die insbesondere als Außenzahnradpumpe für Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen von luftverdichtenden, selbstzündenden Brennkraftmaschinen dient, weist ein Gehäuseteil (7) und in dem Gehäuseteil (7) gelagert, miteinander kämmende Zahnräder (5, 6) auf. Dabei ist das Gehäuseteil (7) aus einer Aluminiumlegierung gebildet, die auf AlSi12CuNiMg basiert, und einer T6- Wärmebehandlung unterzogen.
