Abstract

L’invention concerne des procédés d’hydrocraquage de boue (SHC) et de cokéfaction intégrés destinés à fabriquer des distillats d’hydrocraquage de boue (SHC). Des procédés représentatifs consistent à faire passer une boue renfermant un gasoil de SHC recyclé, un gasoil de cokéfaction, un résidu de colonne sous vide et des particules solides à travers une zone de réaction de SHC, en présence d’hydrogène, pour obtenir le distillat de SHC. La récupération d’un brai de SHC provenant du fractionnement de l’effluent de la zone de réaction de SHC fournit une possibilité supplémentaire d’intégration avec le cokeur, et notamment par le biais de l’amélioration du brai de SHC dans le cokeur pour fournir du coke et des hydrocarbures plus légers, tels qu’un gasoil sous vide de SHC (VGO).
