La boîte pliable pour les déménagements fabriquée en plastique alvéolaire léger se caractérise par: un élément de liaison articulé dans lequel une paire de panneaux formant les parois avant et arrière et une paire de panneaux formant les parois droite et gauche divisées de manière asymétrique en éléments droit et gauche sont reliées par charnière l'une à l'autre, un couvercle qui est relié par charnière à la partie supérieure arrière du panneau de paroi avant afin de permettre la rotation et la division asymétrique en avant et arrière; une plaque de fond qui est reliée par charnière au fond avant du panneau de paroi arrière afin de permettre la rotation; et une unité de fixation qui fixe le couvercle et la plaque de fond.
