Abstract

본 발명은 일회용품을 제조, 성형하는 단계; 상기 제조, 성형된 일회용품에 가식성 방수코팅제를 졸(sol) 상태로 용해하여 적어도 일면에 도포시키는 단계; 상기 가식성 방수코팅제가 도포된 일회용품을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가식성 방수코팅제가 도포된 일회용품의 제조방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 일회용품에 관한 것이다. 이에 따른 일회용품은 사용시 코팅물질의 유해성을 극복하고 거부감을 줄일 수 있는 용기를 제공하며, 또한, 사용 후 사람이 우수한 기호도를 갖고서 취식하여 처리함으로써 폐기를 위한 문제점이 없어진다.
