Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de gemcitabine ou de l’un de ses sels. Plus particulièrement, elle concerne la préparation de 2-désoxy-2,2-difluoro-1-oxoribose dihydroxy-protégé en 3,5, un intermédiaire utilisé dans la préparation de la gemcitabine et de ses sels, au moyen du groupe protecteur cyclohexylidène ou cyclopentylidène, avec un rendement élevé et une pureté élevée.
