Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine optische Faseranordnung (91 a; 91 b) mit einer Signalfaser (92) und mit mindestens einer Pumpfaser (93a, b; 93c, d), die entlang mindestens eines Wechselwirkungsbereichs (99a, b; 99c, d), in dem Pumpstrahlung von der Pumpfaser (93a, b; 93c, d) in die Signalfaser (92) eingekoppelt wird, nebeneinander verlaufen und die entlang des Wechselwirkungsbereichs (99a, b; 99c, d) direkt, bevorzugt stoffschlüssig über eine Schmelzverbindung, miteinander verbunden sind. Die Pumpfaser (93a, b; 93c, d) weist an mindestens einem Ende des Wechselwirkungsbereichs (99a, b; 99c, d) eine Kopplungsfläche (98a-d; 98e, f) zum Zuführen und/oder Abführen von Pumpstrahlung in die und/oder aus der Pumpfaser (93a, b; 93c, d) auf.
