具有保险装置的管型吻合器及其吻合器主体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种管型吻合器及其吻合器主体。 背景技术
已有的管型吻合器, 国外如美国强生公司、 美国外科公司的圆形吻合器, 国内如 常州市新能源吻合器总厂有限公司、 常州 "康迪" 公司、 苏州 "法兰克曼" 公司等企 业的管型吻合器, 是一种适用于人体食道及胃肠道作对端或端侧吻合的一次性使用外 科手术器械。
管型吻合器包括抵钉座组件、 缝合钉和吻合器主体。 吻合器主体包括接轴组件、 钉仓组件、 外壳组件、 调节螺母组件、 指针机构、 活动手柄组件、 推杆组件和保险块 组件。
使用时, 抵钉座插入接轴前端, 顺时针转动调节螺母, 而使接轴向后运动, 从而 带动抵钉座向后移动, 当抵钉座与钉仓组件达到规定的吻合距离时, 指针会在安全绿 区显示, 手动开启保险, 扳动活动手柄, 通过推杆组件使钉仓组件的内环形刀切割多 余组织, 与此同时钉仓组件内的缝合钉被推出将组织吻合。
临床医生在使用上述吻合器的过程中, 要在有限的视觉空间全神贯注的用眼睛观 察指针是否已经移动至安全绿区内, 才能开启保险进行吻合, 这里的关键是要 "达到 规定的吻合距离"即 "指针移动到安全绿区", 这一吻合参数是器械制造商根据临床吻 合需要预先设计调整好的, 临床医生在按照产品使用说明书操作时如稍有疏忽或观察 判断失误, 在未调节到规定的吻合距离和指针移动到安全绿区时就手动开启保险, 扳 动活动手柄, 会造成误击发, 导致吻合手术失败。 现美国强生公司、 美外公司、 常州 康迪公司、 苏州法兰克曼公司等的吻合器即为该具有手动开启保险装置的吻合器。
中国专利文献 CN2383477Y公开了一种保险自动启开装置, 该实用新型当旋转调 节螺母到规定的吻合距离时, 保险块在弹簧作用下自动启开, 这时临床医生能听到保 险块撞击声, 即知道可以扳动活动手柄进行吻合手术, 在吻合距离未调节到位时, 由 于锁紧夹上部还一直抵靠着保险块, 保险块无法启开, 也无法扳动活动手柄, 不会造 成误击发。 该实用新型使临床医生凭听觉能正确判断吻合器是否已调节到规定的吻合 距离, 从而避免操作失误。 但是这种启开装置的结构较为复杂, 启开时保险块由脱离 锁紧夹的限位而与活动手柄相碰撞的转动角度较小故碰撞声还较小。
中国专利文献 CN201098164Y公开了一种医用吻合器到位保险开启装置, 该实用 新型不仅具有到位保险自动开启装置, 还具有与到位保险自动开启装置联动的视窗绿 区显示功能, 临床医生既能凭视觉又能凭听觉来正确判断吻合器是否已经调节到位,
正确实施吻合操作。 但是该装置仍然存在零件多、 结构复杂、 撞击声不够响亮的问题。 发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是: 提供一种结构简单、 撞击声较响的具有保险装置的管型 吻合器及其吻合器主体。
本吻合器主体的技术方案是: 该吻合器主体包括接轴组件、推杆组件、钉仓组件、 外壳组件、 活动手柄、 调节螺母、 压簧、 保险块和指针;
推杆组件的推杆的前端的套体套在接轴组件的顶轴上且与顶轴沿轴向滑动连接; 接轴组件的顶轴的前部位于钉仓组件的固定座的中央套体中且可相对于中央套体沿轴 向移动;推杆组件的推杆的套体的前端头伸入钉仓组件的固定座的外壳的后端开口中、 顶在钉仓组件的推钉座后端且与推钉座相扣接;
外壳部件包括弯管、 左壳体和右壳体; 弯管套在接轴组件和推杆组件外、 且其前 端与钉仓组件的固定座外壳固定连接; 左壳体与右壳体扣合在一起构成固定手柄, 固 定手柄包围在接轴组件和推杆组件外, 且固定手柄的前端与弯管的后端固定连接; 活动手柄通过手柄销转动连接在固定手柄上, 第一扭簧套在手柄销上, 且其一端 抵在活动手柄的柄体上, 另一端抵在第一扭簧挡销上; 第一扭簧挡销设置在固定手柄 上; 活动手柄的叉状端部插入推杆组件的拨动座中;
固定手柄的后端与调节螺母转动连接, 且固定手柄与调节螺母在轴向上相互限 位, 调节螺母的前部位于固定手柄中且与接轴组件的后轴的丝杆螺纹转动连接;
其结构特点是:
还包括控制板; 控制板为一直角形板体, 包括互成直角的侧板和后板, 侧板包括 从前至后依次设置的钩形部、 缺口部以及阻挡部, 钩形部的钩住方向向右, 缺口部的 缺口方向也向右; 后板的板体上设有通孔; 控制板由其后板的通孔套在接轴组件的后 轴的丝杆上, 且位于接轴组件的后压件的后方; 压簧也套在后轴的丝杆上, 且其前端 与控制板的后板的后端面弹性接触, 控制板的后板的前端面被右壳体的挡板限位, 控 制板的侧板的右侧边部伸入右壳体的限位槽中而在上下方向上被限位, 且可相对于该 限位槽前后滑动而处于非击发位置和可击发位置; 压簧的后端相抵在左壳体和右壳体 的挡板上;
保险块通过保险块销轴转动连接在固定手柄上, 第二扭簧套在保险块销轴上, 且 第二扭簧的一端抵在保险块上, 另一端抵在活动手柄的手柄销上; 保险块具有手柄抵 顶面、 撞击面和工作面; 当控制板处于非击发位置时, 保险块由其手柄抵顶面和工作 面卡在活动手柄与控制板的侧板的阻挡部之间,此时保险块的手柄抵顶面的方向向下、 撞击面的方向向后、 工作面的方向向上; 当控制板处于击发位置时, 保险块在第二扭 簧的作用下转过控制板的侧板的缺口部的释放缺口而由其撞击面与固定手柄相接触;
指针通过指针销轴转动连接在右壳体上, 且指针的针尖位于右壳体的视窗处; 第 三扭簧与指针同轴设置且其一端抵在右壳体上, 另一端抵在指针上; 控制板的钩形部 钩向指针。
上述方案中保险块包括抵顶块和辅助块, 在抵顶块与辅助块之间则形成扭簧槽; 抵顶块和辅助块均设有销轴孔; 保险块的工作面位于抵顶块上, 第二扭簧位于扭簧槽 中; 保险块销轴依次穿过辅助块的销轴孔、 第二扭簧和抵顶块的销轴孔后, 右端头伸 入右壳体中, 左端头伸入左壳体中。
上述方案中指针包括销轴套、针体、拨动块和扭簧块; 指针销轴设置在右壳体上; 指针由其销轴套套在右壳体的指针销轴上而与右壳体转动连接; 指针由其扭簧块与第 三扭簧相弹性接触; 指针可由其拨动块被控制板的钩形部钩住而随控制板由前向后转 动。
上述方案中接轴组件的后压件为一 u形夹板; 该后压件具有腰圆形孔, 由螺钉穿 过后压件的腰圆形孔而将后压件固定在后轴的光轴上, 且位于光轴的后端。
本发明的吻合器的技术方案是在上述吻合器主体的技术方案的基础上, 吻合器还 包括抵钉座组件和吻合钉。 使用时, 吻合钉位于钉仓组件的钉仓盖中, 抵钉座组件的 连接轴套套卡在顶轴的前端且伸入钉仓组件的固定座的中央套体中。
本发明的有益效果是: (1 ) 本发明由于保险块通常位于活动手柄与控制板的侧板 的阻挡部之间, 而保险块的工作面抵在控制板的阻挡部上, 使保险块无法开启, 当顺 时针旋转调节螺母, 接轴组件的后压件带动控制板向后平移, 当控制板的侧板缺口平 移至保险块上端的工作面时, 保险块在第二扭簧的作用下会自动开启, 保险块由其撞 击面与固定手柄快速撞击而发出撞击声, 由于保险块的转动角度约为 90度, 故撞击声 较响; 与此同时, 控制板前端的钩形部向后平移逐渐靠近指针直到通过指针的拨动块 拉动指针, 使指针转动到其针尖到达安全绿区, 即进入规定的吻合区域, 稍事维调, 即可击发进行切割吻合, 所以本发明具有视听功能齐全且效果好的技术效果。 另外上 述功能只用很少几个零件就能实现, 结构简单而紧凑。 (2 ) 本发明具有指针绿区显示 与保险自动开启实现联动功能, 通过观察指针在绿区的显示和保险块自动开启发出的 撞击声, 双重提示临床医生, 此时已进入可吻合区, 并可视组织厚薄仍可继续微调吻 合距离, 然后扳动活动手柄, 实施切割吻合。 所以本发明能防止在事先设定的范围外 击发, 操作简便, 安全可靠。 (3 ) 本发明的接轴组件的后压件上设有长圆形调整孔, 通过调整后压件固定在后轴上的位置可以微调控制板前后平移的位置, 实现保险自动 开启与指针绿区显示准确联动; 同时保险块自动开启后通过旋转调节螺母, 依靠控制 板与调节螺母之间的弹簧力和第二扭簧的弹簧力, 仍可微调指针在视窗绿区的位置, 即微调吻合器抵钉座与钉仓组件之间的吻合距离, 所以本发明既具有保险自动开启功 能又具有吻合距离可调的功能。

接轴组件 20包括均为钢制的顶轴 21, 中轴 22、 后轴 23和后压件 24。 中轴 22由 两条整体钢带相叠而成; 后轴由前后相连的光轴 23-1和丝杆 23-2组成。 两条整体钢
带 22的前端被夹在顶轴 21的后端,两条整体钢带 22的后端被夹在后轴 23的光轴 23-1 的前端。
后压件 24为一个 U形夹板; 该后压件 24具有腰圆形孔, 由螺钉穿过后压件 24 的腰圆形孔而将后压件 24固定在后轴 23的光轴 23-1上, 且位于光轴 23-1的后端。
推杆组件 30包括推杆 31和钢制的拨动座 32。推杆 31为橡胶一体件,由杆体 31-2 和位于前端的套体 31-1组成。 拨动座 32固定在推杆 31的后端头上。 拨动座 32设有 拨动槽。推杆 31的前端的套体 31-1套在接轴组件 20的顶轴 21上且推杆 31与顶轴 21 沿轴向滑动连接。
钉仓组件 40包括固定座 41、 钉仓盖 42、 推钉座 43和钢制的环形刀 44。 固定座 41、钉仓盖 42和推钉座 43均为塑料一体件。固定座 41包括外壳 41-1和中央套体 41-2, 中央套体 41-2通过连接筋与外壳 41-1连接在一起。 钉仓盖 42固定在固定座 41上, 且位于固定座 41的外壳 41-1前端, 钉仓盖 42的后端伸入固定座 41的外壳 41-1中。 推钉座 43设置在固定座 41中, 位于固定座 41的外壳 41-1与中央套体 41-2之间, 且 可相对于固定座 41前后滑动, 推钉座 43的前端的各个推钉头由后向前伸入钉仓盖 42 的相应的钉仓中。环形刀 44固定在推钉座 43的中央的朝前端面上, 且环形刀 44的刀 口朝前。

第一扭簧挡销 64的销体的一半嵌入左壳体 53和右壳体 54的朝上设置的半圆形 的扭簧销座中, 第一扭簧挡销 64 由其露出部分与第一扭簧 63 相接触。 活动手柄 61 的叉状端部 61-4由下向上插入推杆组件 30的拨动座 32的拨动槽中。
控制组件 70包括调节螺母 71、 压簧 72和控制板 73。 见图 5, 控制板 73为一直 角形板体, 包括互成直角的侧板 73- 1和后板 73-5, 侧板 73- 1包括从前至后依次设置 的钩形部 73-2、 缺口部 73-3以及阻挡部 73-4, 钩形部 73-2的钩住方向向右, 缺口部 73-3的缺口方向也向右; 后板 73-5的板体上设有通孔。
见图 1至图 3, 固定手柄 55的后端与调节螺母 71转动连接, 且固定手柄 55与调 节螺母 71在轴向上相互限位, 调节螺母 71 的前部位于固定手柄 55中且与接轴组件 20的后轴 23的丝杆 23-2螺纹转动连接。
控制板 73由其后板 73-5的通孔套在接轴组件 20的后轴 23的丝杆 23-2上, 且位 于接轴组件 20的后压件 24的后方; 压簧 72也套在后轴 23的丝杆 23-2上, 且其前端 与控制板 73的后板 73-5的后端面弹性接触, 控制板 73的后板 73-5的前端面被右壳 体 54的挡板限位, 控制板 73的侧板 73- 1的右侧边部伸入右壳体 54的限位槽中而在 上下方向上被限位, 且可相对于该限位槽前后滑动而处于非击发位置和可击发位置; 压簧 72的后端相抵在左壳体 53和右壳体 54的挡板上。
保险块组件 80包括保险块 81、 保险块销轴 82和第二扭簧 83。 见图 6, 保险块 81包括手柄抵顶面 81- 1、 撞击面 81-2、 工作面 81-3、 抵顶块 81-4、 辅助块 81-5和扭 簧槽 81-6。保险块 81的抵顶块 81-4与辅助块 81-5之间形成扭簧槽 81-6 ; 抵顶块 81-4 和辅助块 81-5均设有销轴孔; 保险块 81的工作面 81-3位于抵顶块 81-4上。
见图 1至图 3及图 6, 第二扭簧 83位于扭簧槽 81-6中; 保险块销轴 82依次穿过 辅助块 81-5的销轴孔、第二扭簧 83和抵顶块 81-4的销轴孔后, 右端头伸入右壳体 54 中, 左端头伸入左壳体 53中, 从而使保险块 81通过保险块销轴 82转动连接在固定手 柄 55上。
第二扭簧 83套在保险块销轴 82上后, 第二扭簧 83的一端抵在保险块 81上, 另 一端抵在活动手柄 61的手柄销 62上。
当控制板 73处于非击发位置时, 保险块 81 由其手柄抵顶面 81- 1和工作面 81-3 卡在活动手柄 61与控制板 73的侧板 73- 1的阻挡部 73-4之间, 此时保险块 81的手柄 抵顶面 81- 1的方向向下、 撞击面 81-2的方向向后、 工作面 81-3的方向向上。
当控制板 73处于击发位置时, 保险块 81在第二扭簧 83的作用下转过控制板 73 的侧板 73- 1的缺口部 73-3的释放缺口而由其撞击面 81-2与固定手柄 55的朝下的端面
相接触。
指针组件 90包括指针 91和第三扭簧 93。 见图 7, 指针 91包括销轴套 91-1、 针 体 91-2、 拨动块 91-3和扭簧块 91-4。
见图 1至图 3、 图 5及图 7, 右壳体 54设有指针销轴。 指针 91 由其销轴套 91-1 套在右壳体 54的指针销轴上而与右壳体 54转动连接。 第三扭簧 93也套在右壳体 54 的指针销轴上,且位于指针 91的销轴套 91-1的下方。第三扭簧 93的一端与右壳体 54 弹性接触, 另一端与指针 91的扭簧块 91-4弹性接触。 控制板 73的钩形部 73-2钩向 指针 91, 且指针 91可由其拨动块 91-3被控制板 73的钩形部 73-2钩住而随控制板 73 由前向后转动。 指针 91的针尖位于右壳体 54的视窗 54-1处。
(实施例 2、 吻合器)
见图 1至图 7,本实施例的管形吻合器包括抵钉座组件 10、吻合钉和吻合器主体。 吻合器主体由实施例 1得到。
抵钉座组件 10包括均为钢制的抵钉座 11和连接轴套 12, 连接轴套 12与抵钉座 11固定连接在一起。
本实施例的管形吻合器的使用过程的情况是: 手术前, 将吻合钉装入钉仓组件 40 的钉仓盖 42中。 手术时, 将吻合器的抵钉座组件 10的头部从需缝合的人体消化道管 状组织的一个断口的附近的侧切口伸入消化道管状组织中并从该断口伸出, 再使抵钉 座组件 10伸入另一个断口中, 对两个断口在连接轴套 12上扎好荷包。
按逆时针方向转动控制组件 70的调节螺母 71, 使接轴组件 20的顶轴 21的向前 伸出钉仓组件 40的固定座 41, 用手工使抵钉座组件 10的连接轴套 12套卡在顶轴 21 的前端上。 然后再按顺时针方向转动调节螺母 71, 而使接轴组件 20 向后运动, 并带 动抵钉座组件 10同时向后运动, 伸入的固定座 41的中央套体 41-2中, 也同时使需吻 合的两个断口相靠近至相互接触。
在上述的按顺时针方向转动调节螺母 71 的过程中, 在开始的一段时间内保险块 81的朝上的工作面 81-3被控制板 73的侧板 73-1的阻挡部 73-4阻挡着, 虽然第二扭 簧 83使得保险块 81有顺时针转动的趋向 (从上向下观看), 但因控制板 73的阻挡仍 无法转动。 随着调节螺母 71 的转动, 固定在后轴 23上的后压件 24开始与控制板 73 的后板 73-5相接触,继而带动控制板 73向后平移,直到控制板 73移动至其缺口部 73-3 的缺口位于保险块 81的上方, 此时在第二扭簧 83的扭力作用下, 保险块 81迅速转动 而由其撞击面 81-2与固定手柄 55的朝下的端面相撞击而发出撞击声。
与上述的过程相配合, 在上述的按顺时针方向转动调节螺母 71 的过程中, 随着 控制板 73的向后移动,控制板 73的钩形部 73-2向后平移逐渐靠近指针直到通过指针 91的拨动块 91-3拉动指针 91, 使指针 91转动到其针尖到达设置在固定手柄 55上的 视窗的安全绿区, 而显示指针 91与保险块 81联动, 通过指针观察提醒操作者此时已 进入可吻合区, 可以按规定实施吻合切割, 进一步使吻合器的操作安全可靠。
此时按下活动手柄 61, 由活动手柄 61依次带动推杆组件 30的拨动座 32, 再由 拨动座 32带动推杆 31而推动钉仓组件 40推钉座 43由后向前移动,推钉座 43的向前 移动则带动各个吻合针以及环形刀 44向前移动; 当各吻合针通过抵钉座 11将待缝合 断口缝合在一起后, 环形刀 44也割断多余的人体组织, 从而实现对人体组织的可靠的 缝合连接, 切割下来的人体组织因所扎荷包而连接在连接轴套 12上。 至此, 将吻合器 主体从侧部缺口取出时, 因抵钉座组件 10中的连接轴套 12套固在顶轴 22上, 所以, 当取出吻合器主体时, 抵钉座组件 10连同切下的人体组织一同取出, 再将管状组织的 侧部切口进行缝合以及进行其它相应的缝合后即完成了手术。

权利要求书
1、一种具有保险装置的管型吻合器主体,包括包括接轴组件(20)、推杆组件(30)、 钉仓组件 (40)、 外壳组件 (50)、 活动手柄 (61)、 调节螺母 (71)、 压簧 (72)、 保险 块 (81) 和指针 (91);
推杆组件 (30) 的推杆 (31) 的前端的套体 (31-1) 套在接轴组件 (20) 的顶轴
(21) 上且与顶轴 (21) 沿轴向滑动连接; 接轴组件 (20) 的顶轴 (21) 的前部位于 钉仓组件 (40) 的固定座 (41) 的中央套体 (41-2) 中且可相对于中央套体 (41-2) 沿轴向移动; 推杆组件(30)的推杆(31)的套体(31-1) 的前端头伸入钉仓组件(40) 的固定座 (41) 的外壳 (41-1) 的后端开口中、 顶在钉仓组件 (40) 的推钉座 (43) 后端且与推钉座 (43) 相扣接;
外壳部件 (50) 包括弯管 (51)、 左壳体 (53) 和右壳体 (54); 弯管 (51) 套在 接轴组件(20)和推杆组件(30)夕卜、 且其前端与钉仓组件(40) 的固定座外壳(41-1) 固定连接; 左壳体(53)与右壳体(54)扣合在一起构成固定手柄(55), 固定手柄(55) 包围在接轴组件 (20) 和推杆组件 (30) 夕卜, 且固定手柄 (55) 的前端与弯管 (51) 的后端固定连接;
活动手柄 (61) 通过手柄销 (62) 转动连接在固定手柄 (55) 上, 第一扭簧 (63) 套在手柄销 (62) 上, 且其一端抵在活动手柄 (61) 的柄体上, 另一端抵在第一扭簧 挡销 (64) 上; 第一扭簧挡销 (64) 设置在固定手柄 (55) 上; 活动手柄 (61) 的叉 状端部 (61-4) 插入推杆组件 (30) 的拨动座 (32) 中;
固定手柄 (55) 的后端与调节螺母 (71) 转动连接, 且固定手柄 (55) 与调节螺 母 (71) 在轴向上相互限位, 调节螺母 (71) 的前部位于固定手柄 (55) 中且与接轴 组件 (20) 的后轴 (23) 的丝杆 (23-2) 螺纹转动连接; 其特征在于:
还包括控制板(73); 控制板(73)为一直角形板体, 包括互成直角的侧板(73-1) 和后板(73-5), 侧板(73-1)包括从前至后依次设置的钩形部 (73-2)、 缺口部 (73-3) 以及阻挡部 (73-4), 钩形部 (73-2) 的钩住方向向右, 缺口部 (73-3) 的缺口方向也 向右; 后板 (73-5) 的板体上设有通孔; 控制板 (73) 由其后板 (73-5) 的通孔套在 接轴组件(20) 的后轴 (23) 的丝杆(23-2)上, 且位于接轴组件(20) 的后压件(24) 的后方; 压簧 (72) 也套在后轴 (23) 的丝杆 (23-2) 上, 且其前端与控制板 (73) 的后板 (73-5) 的后端面弹性接触, 控制板 (73) 的后板 (73-5) 的前端面被右壳体 (54) 的挡板限位, 控制板 (73) 的侧板 (73-1) 的右侧边部伸入右壳体 (54) 的限 位槽中而在上下方向上被限位, 且可相对于该限位槽前后滑动而处于非击发位置和可 击发位置; 压簧 (72) 的后端相抵在左壳体 (53) 和右壳体 (54) 的挡板上;
保险块(81)通过保险块销轴(82)转动连接在固定手柄(55)上, 第二扭簧(83) 套在保险块销轴 (82) 上, 且第二扭簧 (83) 的一端抵在保险块 (81) 上, 另一端抵
在活动手柄 (61) 的手柄销 (62) 上; 保险块 (81) 具有手柄抵顶面 (81-1)、 撞击面 (81-2) 和工作面 (81-3); 当控制板 (73) 处于非击发位置时, 保险块 (81) 由其手 柄抵顶面 (81-1)和工作面 (81-3)卡在活动手柄 (61)与控制板(73) 的侧板(73-1) 的阻挡部 (73-4) 之间, 此时保险块 (81) 的手柄抵顶面 (81-1) 的方向向下、 撞击 面 (81-2) 的方向向后、 工作面 (81-3) 的方向向上; 当控制板 (73) 处于击发位置 时, 保险块 (81) 在第二扭簧 (83) 的作用下转过控制板 (73) 的侧板 (73-1) 的缺 口部 (73-3) 的释放缺口而由其撞击面 (81-2) 与固定手柄 (55) 相接触;
指针 (91) 通过指针销轴转动连接在右壳体 (54) 上, 且指针 (91) 的针尖位于 右壳体 (54) 的视窗 (54-1) 处; 第三扭簧 (93) 与指针 (91) 同轴设置且其一端抵 在右壳体(54)上, 另一端抵在指针上; 控制板(73)的钩形部(73-2)钩向指针(91)。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有保险装置的管型吻合器主体, 其特征在于: 保险 块 (81) 包括抵顶块 (81-4) 和辅助块 (81-5), 在抵顶块 (81-4) 与辅助块 (81-5) 之间则形成扭簧槽 (81-6); 抵顶块 (81-4) 和辅助块 (81-5) 均设有销轴孔; 保险块
(81) 的工作面 (81-3) 位于抵顶块 (81-4) 上, 第二扭簧 (83) 位于扭簧槽 (81-6) 中; 保险块销轴 (82) 依次穿过辅助块 (81-5) 的销轴孔、 第二扭簧 (83) 和抵顶块 (81-4) 的销轴孔后, 右端头伸入右壳体 (54) 中, 左端头伸入左壳体 (53) 中。
3、 根据权利要求 1 或 2所述的具有保险装置的管型吻合器主体, 其特征在于: 指针 (91) 包括销轴套 (91-1)、 针体 (91-2)、 拨动块 (91-3) 和扭簧块 (91-4); 指 针销轴设置在右壳体 (54) 上; 指针 (91) 由其销轴套 (91-1) 套在右壳体 (54) 的 指针销轴上而与右壳体 (54) 转动连接; 指针 (91) 由其扭簧块 (91-4) 与第三扭簧 (93)相弹性接触; 指针(91)可由其拨动块(91-3)被控制板(73) 的钩形部(73-2) 钩住而随控制板 (73) 由前向后转动。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有保险装置的管型吻合器主体, 其特征在于: 接轴 组件 (20) 的后压件 (24) 为一 U形夹板; 该后压件 (24) 具有腰圆形孔, 由螺钉穿 过后压件 (24) 的腰圆形孔而将后压件 (24) 固定在后轴 (23) 的光轴 (23-1) 上, 且位于光轴 (23-1) 的后端。
5、 一种具有保险装置的管型吻合器, 包括抵钉座组件 (10)、 吻合钉和吻合器主 体; 吻合器主体包括接轴组件(20)、推杆组件(30)、钉仓组件(40)、外壳组件(50)、 活动手柄 (61)、 调节螺母 (71)、 压簧 (72)、 保险块 (81) 和指针 (91);
推杆组件 (30) 的推杆 (31) 的前端的套体 (31-1) 套在接轴组件 (20) 的顶轴
(21) 上且与顶轴 (21) 沿轴向滑动连接; 接轴组件 (20) 的顶轴 (21) 的前部位于 钉仓组件 (40) 的固定座 (41) 的中央套体 (41-2) 中且可相对于中央套体 (41-2) 沿轴向移动; 推杆组件(30)的推杆(31)的套体(31-1) 的前端头伸入钉仓组件(40) 的固定座 (41) 的外壳 (41-1) 的后端开口中、 顶在钉仓组件 (40) 的推钉座 (43) 后端且与推钉座 (43) 相扣接;
外壳部件 (50) 包括弯管 (51)、 左壳体 (53) 和右壳体 (54); 弯管 (51) 套在 接轴组件(20)和推杆组件(30)夕卜、 且其前端与钉仓组件(40) 的固定座外壳(41-1) 固定连接; 左壳体(53)与右壳体(54)扣合在一起构成固定手柄(55), 固定手柄(55) 包围在接轴组件 (20) 和推杆组件 (30) 夕卜, 且固定手柄 (55) 的前端与弯管 (51) 的后端固定连接;
活动手柄 (61) 通过手柄销 (62) 转动连接在固定手柄 (55) 上, 第一扭簧 (63) 套在手柄销 (62) 上, 且其一端抵在活动手柄 (61) 的柄体上, 另一端抵在第一扭簧 挡销 (64) 上; 第一扭簧挡销 (64) 设置在固定手柄 (55) 上; 活动手柄 (61) 的叉 状端部 (61-4) 插入推杆组件 (30) 的拨动座 (32) 中;
固定手柄 (55) 的后端与调节螺母 (71) 转动连接, 且固定手柄 (55) 与调节螺 母 (71) 在轴向上相互限位, 调节螺母 (71) 的前部位于固定手柄 (55) 中且与接轴 组件 (20) 的后轴 (23) 的丝杆 (23-2) 螺纹转动连接;
使用时, 吻合钉位于钉仓组件 (40) 的钉仓盖 (42) 中, 抵钉座组件 (10) 的连 接轴套 (12) 套卡在顶轴 (21) 的前端且位于钉仓组件 (40) 的固定座 (41) 的中央 套体 (41-2) 中; 其特征在于:
还包括控制板(73); 控制板(73)为一直角形板体, 包括互成直角的侧板(73-1) 和后板(73-5), 侧板(73-1)包括从前至后依次设置的钩形部 (73-2)、 缺口部 (73-3) 以及阻挡部 (73-4), 钩形部 (73-2) 的钩住方向向右, 缺口部 (73-3) 的缺口方向也 向右; 后板 (73-5) 的板体上设有通孔; 控制板 (73) 由其后板 (73-5) 的通孔套在 接轴组件(20) 的后轴 (23) 的丝杆(23-2)上, 且位于接轴组件(20) 的后压件(24) 的后方; 压簧 (72) 也套在后轴 (23) 的丝杆 (23-2) 上, 且其前端与控制板 (73) 的后板 (73-5) 的后端面弹性接触, 控制板 (73) 的后板 (73-5) 的前端面被右壳体 (54) 的挡板限位, 控制板 (73) 的侧板 (73-1) 的右侧边部伸入右壳体 (54) 的限 位槽中而在上下方向上被限位, 且可相对于该限位槽前后滑动而处于非击发位置和可 击发位置; 压簧 (72) 的后端相抵在左壳体 (53) 和右壳体 (54) 的挡板上;
保险块(81)通过保险块销轴(82)转动连接在固定手柄(55)上, 第二扭簧(83) 套在保险块销轴 (82) 上, 且第二扭簧 (83) 的一端抵在保险块 (81) 上, 另一端抵 在活动手柄 (61) 的手柄销 (62) 上; 保险块 (81) 具有手柄抵顶面 (81-1)、 撞击面 (81-2) 和工作面 (81-3); 当控制板 (73) 处于非击发位置时, 保险块 (81) 由其手 柄抵顶面 (81-1)和工作面 (81-3)卡在活动手柄 (61)与控制板(73) 的侧板(73-1) 的阻挡部 (73-4) 之间, 此时保险块 (81) 的手柄抵顶面 (81-1) 的方向向下、 撞击 面 (81-2) 的方向向后、 工作面 (81-3) 的方向向上; 当控制板 (73) 处于击发位置 时, 保险块 (81) 在第二扭簧 (83) 的作用下转过控制板 (73) 的侧板 (73-1) 的缺 口部 (73-3) 的释放缺口而由其撞击面 (81-2) 与固定手柄 (55) 相接触;
指针 (91) 通过指针销轴转动连接在右壳体 (54) 上, 且指针 (91) 的针尖位于
右壳体 (54) 的视窗 (54-1) 处; 第三扭簧 (93) 与指针 (91) 同轴设置且其一端抵 在右壳体(54)上, 另一端抵在指针上; 控制板(73)的钩形部(73-2)钩向指针(91)。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的具有保险装置的管型吻合器,其特征在于:保险块(81) 包括抵顶块 (81-4) 和辅助块 (81-5), 在抵顶块 (81-4) 与辅助块 (81-5) 之间则形 成扭簧槽 (81-6); 抵顶块 (81-4) 和辅助块 (81-5) 均设有销轴孔; 保险块 (81) 的 工作面 (81-3) 位于抵顶块 (81-4) 上, 第二扭簧 (83) 位于扭簧槽 (81-6) 中; 保险 块销轴 (82) 依次穿过辅助块 (81-5) 的销轴孔、 第二扭簧 (83) 和抵顶块 (81-4) 的销轴孔后, 右端头伸入右壳体 (54) 中, 左端头伸入左壳体 (53) 中。
7、 根据权利要求 6或 Ί所述的具有保险装置的管型吻合器, 其特征在于: 指针 (91) 包括销轴套 (91-1)、 针体 (91-2)、 拨动块 (91-3) 和扭簧块 (91-4); 指针销 轴设置在右壳体 (54) 上; 指针 (91) 由其销轴套 (91-1) 套在右壳体 (54) 的指针 销轴上而与右壳体 (54) 转动连接; 指针 (91) 由其扭簧块 (91-4) 与第三扭簧 (93) 相弹性接触; 指针 (91) 可由其拨动块 (91-3) 被控制板 (73) 的钩形部 (73-2) 钩 住而随控制板 (73) 由前向后转动。
8、 根据权利要求 5 所述的具有保险装置的管型吻合器, 其特征在于: 接轴组件
(20) 的后压件 (24) 为一 U形夹板; 该后压件 (24) 具有腰圆形孔, 由螺钉穿过后 压件 (24) 的腰圆形孔而将后压件 (24) 固定在后轴 (23) 的光轴 (23-1) 上, 且位 于光轴 (23-1) 的后端。
