本发明在终端内增设一紧急广播后台模块 700, 在终端的电视应用模块 关闭的情况下使用该紧急广播后台模块 700处理紧急广播消息, 达到了及时 向用户提示紧急广播消息的目的。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行说明:
图 7所示为本发明紧急广播的传输装置, 包括: 调谐器 710、 电视应用 模块 500和紧急广播后台模块 700, 电视应用模块 500和紧急广播后台模块 700分别与调谐器 710相连, 其中紧急广播后台模块 700的内部结构与电视 应用模块 500相同, 均包括: 依次相连的解复用单元、 紧急广播处理单元和 紧急广播消息显示单元。
紧急广播后台模块 700用于在电视应用模块 500关闭的情况下处理紧急 广播消息。某一时刻,终端仅运行紧急广播后台模块 700与电视应用模块 500 的其中之一。
图 8所示为终端开机时本发明处理紧急广播的方法, 包括:
801 : 用户开机, 终端初始化完成后, 启动紧急广播后台模块 700;
终端开机后电视应用模块 500处于关闭状态, 需要用户执行打开操作才 能启动。
802: 终端接收电磁信号通过调谐器 710调谐得到复用帧, 将复用帧发送 给紧急广播后台模块 700, 紧急广播后台模块 700对复用帧进行处理(处理 过程参考步骤 605-608 ) ;
803: 当用户选择开启电视应用模块 500时, 终端关闭紧急广播后台模块
700, 调谐器 710将调谐得到的复用帧发送给电视应用模块 500, 电视应用模 块 500对复用帧进行处理;
804: 当用户选择退出电视应用模块 500时, 终端再次启动紧急广播后台 模块 700, 调谐器 710将调谐得到的复用帧发送给紧急广播后台模块 700, 紧 急广播后台模块 700对复用帧进行处理。
当釆用紧急广播后台模块 700处理复用帧时, 为减少不必要的功耗, 终 端可周期性打开和关闭调谐器 710, 周期时间应小于轮播持续时间, 以保证 调谐器 710能够接收紧急广播。
图 9所示为终端关机时本发明处理紧急广播消息的方法, 包括:
901 : 当用户按关机键选择关机时, 终端设置定时开机, 定时间隔应小于 发射设备 440发射紧急广播消息的轮播持续时间;
定时间隔是指终端关闭到终端定时开机的时间间隔, 定时间隔小于紧急 广播消息的轮播持续时间可以保证终端在紧急广播消息的轮播持续时间内开 机, 以接收到紧急广播。
902: 终端关闭, 定时时间到达后开机, 启动紧急广播后台模块 700, 调 谐器 710将解复用得到的复用帧发送给紧急广播后台模块 700;
903: 紧急广播后台模块 700的解复用单元对复用帧进行解析, 根据 "紧 急广播指示" 字段判断下一个广播信道帧中是否含有紧急广播消息;
904: 如果下一个广播信道帧中含有紧急广播消息, 则进行接收处理, 结 束;
905: 如果下一个广播信道帧中不含有紧急广播消息, 则通知终端设置定 时开机, 定时间隔小于发射设备 440发射紧急广播消息的轮播持续时间, 跳 转到步骤 902。
目前, 紧急广播前端装置 400中, 复用器 420是将紧急广播消息和紧急 广播消息级别一起封装到复用帧 0的控制信息表中, 为使终端处理方便, 也 可以釆用将紧急广播消息级别和紧急广播消息分离封装的方法, 将紧急广播 消息级别封装在复用帧头或复用子帧头中, 将紧急广播消息封装在下一个广 播信道帧的复用帧 0的控制信息表中。
电视应用模块 500和紧急广播后台模块 700的解复用单元直接从复用帧 头或复用子帧头中解析出紧急广播消息级别, 从下一个广播信道帧的复用帧 0中解析出紧急广播数据段。
当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。 工业实用性
釆用本发明的方法和装置, 可以在用户开机而电视应用模块被关闭的情 况下, 釆用紧急广播后台模块处理紧急广播消息, 与电视应用模块形成互补, 保证用户可以接收到紧急广播消息, 即使终端关机时釆用本发明的方法也可 以接收到紧急广播消息, 从而保证了用户在任何时间均可以接收到紧急广播 消息, 达到及时向用户提供紧急信息的目的。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种紧急广播的传输方法, 包括:
当终端开机且其电视应用模块关闭时, 终端启动紧急广播后台模块; 调谐器将调谐得到的复用帧发送给所述紧急广播后台模块;
所述紧急广播后台模块接收到复用帧后, 解析出紧急广播信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 还包括:
当用户启动所述电视应用模块时, 终端关闭所述紧急广播后台模块, 所 述调谐器将调谐得到的复用帧发送给所述电视应用模块;
所述电视应用模块接收到复用帧后, 解析出紧急广播信息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述终端周期性打开和关闭调谐器, 周期时间小于紧急广播发射设备的 轮播持续时间。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 还包括:
当用户关机时, 终端设置定时开机, 通过定时开机打开终端, 定时开机 的定时间隔小于紧急广播发射设备的轮播持续时间。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中,
所述紧急广播后台模块根据接收到的复用帧的复用帧头的 "紧急广播指 示" 字段判断下一个广播信道帧中是否含有紧急广播消息, 如果下一个广播 信道帧中不含有紧急广播消息, 则通知终端设置定时开机, 并关闭终端。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 还包括:
在紧急广播前端装置中, 复用器将紧急广播消息级别和紧急广播消息分 离封装, 将紧急广播消息级别封装在一复用帧的复用帧头或该复用帧的复用 子帧的复用子帧头中, 将紧急广播消息封装在所述复用帧的下一个广播信道 帧的复用帧 0的控制信息表中。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中,
所述紧急广播后台模块的解复用单元从接收到的复用帧的复用帧头或复 用帧下的复用子帧的复用子帧头中解析紧急广播消息级别。
8、 一种紧急广播的传输装置, 该装置包括: 调谐器和电视应用模块, 所 述电视应用模块与所述调谐器相连, 其特征在于, 还包括紧急广播后台 模块, 所述紧急广播后台模块与所述调谐器相连;
所述紧急广播后台模块设置为当终端开机且其电视应用模块关闭时, 从 接收到的由所述调谐器发送的复用帧中解析出紧急广播消息。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中,
该紧急广播的传输装置还包括紧急广播前端装置, 所述紧急广播前端装 置包括复用器, 所述复用器设置为将紧急广播消息级别和紧急广播消息分离 封装, 将紧急广播消息级别封装在一复用帧的复用帧头或该复用帧的复用子 帧的复用子帧头中, 将紧急广播消息封装在所述复用帧的下一个广播信道帧 的复用帧 0的控制信息表中。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中,
所述紧急广播后台模块包括解复用单元, 该解复用单元从接收到的复用 帧的复用帧头或复用帧下的复用子帧的复用子帧头中解析紧急广播消息级 别。
