Abstract
La présente invention concerne un déshydrateur par compression pour des déchets, qui comprend: une entrée (10) pour les déchets; un premier conduit de vis à compression (20); un second conduit de vis à compression (30) dans lequel est intégrée une seconde vis à compression; un conduit de compression (40) servant à compresser les déchets; un axe (50) de commande de la compression qui est relié par bride à l'autre extrémité du second conduit de vis à compression (30) pour commander automatiquement la compression des déchets; une plaque (60) qui est reliée par bride à l'extrémité du conduit de compression (40) et comporte un trou circulaire en son centre; une butée qui est couplée à la partie de tète de la seconde vis de compression (31) par le trou circulaire formé au centre de la plaque (60); un filet filtrant (80) installé entre la seconde vis de compression (31) et le conduit de compression (40); et des moteurs d'entraînement (90, 90') qui entraînent respectivement une première vis de compression (21) et une seconde vis de compression. Cette invention assure une déshydratation efficace par la commande automatique de la compression de la vis de compression en fonction de la résistance de divers déchets. Le déshydrateur par compression comprend un broyeur intégré, de sorte que l'appareil est de taille réduite. Par conséquent, cet appareil devient peu coûteux sans la limite imposée par un espace d'installation, ce qui améliore ainsi l'efficience économique. De plus, l'objet de cette invention peut être facilement fabriqué avec une structure simple et une haute fiabilité pour la déshydratation des déchets et présente une longue durée de vie sur une période continue sans présenter aucun problème.
