본 발명에 있어서, 상기 자기력식 수거봉투의 탈부착은 상기 배변본체의 배변구 좌우측에 매입되는 다수개의 자석으로 구성되는 제1자기력부 및 상기 제1자기력부의 상단에 위치하며 배변본체에 구성된 걸림턱의 좌우측면에 매입되는 하나 이상의 자석으로 구성되는 제2자기력부를 포함하여 구성되는 배변본체와, 상기 제1자기력부에 결착되며 탈착 가능하도록 구성되는 1차 수거봉투 및 상기 제2자기력부와 결착되어 상기 1차 수거봉투를 덮을 수 있도록 구성되는 2차 수거봉투의 이중구조로 이루어 진다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 1차 수거봉투는 배변본체의 제1자기력부와 대응되는 위치에 자석이 매입되어 결착 가능하도록 구성되며, 상기 2차 수거봉투에 배변 및 소변이 담기는 것을 방지하기 위해 1차 수거봉투와 2차 수거봉투 사이에 1차 수거봉투측에 가림막이 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 2차 수거봉투는 배변본체의 제2자기력부와 대응되는 위치에 자석이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되는 제2자기력부와, 배변본체의 제1자기력부와 1차 수거봉투의 자석과 대응되는 위치에 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되는 제1자기력부 및 상기 2차 수거봉투의 상단에 위치한 제2자기력부가 1차 수거봉투와 고정되며 제1자기력부가 1차 수거봉투의 자석과 벌어질수 있기 위해 제1자기력부와 제2자기력부 사이에 일정부분 절곡된 홈으로 접힐 수 있는 절곡홈이 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 2차 수거봉투의 측면에는 시각적인 효과를 위한 가림막이 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 자기력식 수거봉투의 탈부착은 배변구의 하단을 연장하여 대소변 일체형의 수거장치로써 형성되어 질 수 있다.
상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 또 다른 애완동물용 배변수거장치는 중앙에 통공된 소변구를 구비하며, 측면으로는 수평하게 형성된 슬라이딩 지지부를 갖는 소변본체; 상기 소변본체의 가장자리에서 탈부착되는 수거봉투; 및상기 소변본체의 슬라이딩 지지부가 슬라이딩되는 슬라이딩 홈을 갖는 소변본체 걸림부와 소변본체 걸림부에서 양측으로 연장되어 애완동물의 몸을 감싸도록 형성된 날개부를 갖는 몸띠를 포함한다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 몸띠의 날개부의 양단에는 애완동물의 털과 결합할 수 있는 빗살형식의 원터치 스피링이 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 있어서, 소변본체의 수거봉투는 자기력식 탈부착 방식을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 있어서, 소변본체는 중앙에 통공된 소변구의 가장자리에서 소정거리 돌출되어 형성되되 좌측 또는 우측면으로 경사지게 형성된 돌출부와, 상기 돌출부에 형성되고 측면으로 통공된 슬라이딩 홈과, 상기 슬라이딩 홈에 매입되는 자기력부를 포함하여 구성되어 진다.
본 발명에 있어서, 1차 수거봉투는 상기 슬라이딩 홈에 슬라이딩되고, 슬라이딩 홈의 자기력부와 일부 대응되는 위치에 자석이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되며, 가림막을 포함하여 구성된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 2차 수거봉투는 상기 제1차 수거봉투의 후면에 탈착되도록 구성되며, 상기 슬라이딩 홈에 슬라이딩되고, 슬라이딩 홈의 자기력부와 제1차 수거봉투의 자기력과 대응되는 위치에 자기력이 매입되고, 가림막을 포함하여 구성되어 진다.
상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 또 다른 애완동물용 배설물 수거장치는 중앙에 배변구를 구비하며, 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리의 하부가 거치되는 반원부를 갖는 본체; 상기 본체의 배변구 가장자리에서 탈부착할 수 있는 수거봉투; 상기 본체의 상단과 결합하며 애완동물의 꼬리의 상부가 거치되는 반원부를 갖는 걸림 스프링; 및 상기 걸림 스프링의 반원부에 슬라이딩하여 애완동물의 꼬리를 안정적으로 고정하는 고정부재를 포함한다.
상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 또 다른 애완동물용 배설물 수거장치는 중앙에 배변구를 구비하며, 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리의 하부가 거치되는 반원부를 갖는 본체; 상기 본체의 배변구 가장자리에서 탈부착할 수 있는 수거봉투; 상기 본체의 상단과 결합하며 애완동물의 꼬리의 상부가 거치되는 반원부를 갖는 걸림 스프링; 및 상기 걸림스프링에 방사형으로 절개되어 애완동물의 꼬리가 관통하면서 꼬리가 고정되는 고정부재를 포함한다.
상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 또 다른 애완동물용 배설물 수거장치는 중앙에 배변구를 구비하며, 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리의 하부가 거치되는 반원부를 갖는 본체; 상기 본체의 배변구 가장자리에서 탈부착할 수 있는 수거봉투; 및 상기 본체의 상단과 결합하여 탄성부재 및 빗살부재로 구성되어 애완동물의 꼬리 상부의 털에 고정되는 원터치형 스프링 고정부재를 포함한다.
상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 또 다른 애완동물용 배설물 수거장치는 중앙에 배변구를 구비하며, 배변구 가장자리에 수거봉투가 일체로 결합된 일회용 배변본체; 상기 배변본체에 형성된 홈을 통과하면서 애완동물에 착용되는 착용밴드; 상기 착용밴드의 중간에 형성된 끈 자동수축장 및 배변본체(310)를 애완동물에 고정하는 끈 조임장치(330)를 더 포함한다.
상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 또 다른 애완동물용 배설물 수거장치는 중앙에 통공된 배변구를 구비하며, 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리가 거치되는 반원형상으로 걸림턱을 갖는 배변본체; 상기 배변본체의 배변구 가장자리에서 탈부착되는 수거봉투; 및 상기 배변본체가 삽입되는 주머니를 갖는 애완동물용 의류를 포함한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 애완동물의 배설물을 위생적으로 처리할 수 있으며 환경오염을 예방할 수 있다.
또한, 수거봉투가 탈부착되는 배설물 수거장치는 수거봉투만 일회용인 소모품으로 사용하고 그 이외의 수거장치는 반영구적으로 사용할 수 있어 경제적이다.
또한, 수거봉투가 일체형으로 형성되는 배설물 수거장치는 위생적이고 편리하게 사용할 수 있다.

(제1 실시예)
도1 내지 도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 배설물 수거장치를 나타내는 사시도, 정면도, 측면도 및 평면도를 나타낸다.
도1 내지 도 4를 참조하면, 배설물 수거장치는 본체(10), 본체의 정면에 탈부착이 가능한 수거봉투(20)로 구성된다.
배변본체(10)의 중앙에는 통공된 배변구(11)를 구비하며, 전면에는 배변구(11)의 가장자리에서 소정거리 돌출되는 돌출부(12)가 형성되어 있다. 돌출부(12)의 내부에는 슬라이딩홈(13)이 형성되어 있으며, 돌출부의 상부는 개방되어 수거봉투(20)가 부착된 슬라이딩판(21)이 슬라이딩되어 장착되는 구조이다.
배변본체(10)의 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리가 거치되는 반원 형상의 걸림턱(15)이 형성되어 있다. 걸림턱(15)은 측면에서 볼 때, 전면으로 5~45도 정도 돌출되는 형상인데, 이는 애완동물의 꼬리가 편안하게 거치되도록 하기 위해서이다.
배변본체(10)의 후면 양측면으로는 뒤로 연장되는 부착대(16)가 형성되는데, 부착대(16)는 중간부위에 힌지결합(17)되어 상하로 회동할 수 있다. 부착대(16)는 애완동물의 둔부 또는 꼬리 인접부근에 밀착되어 배변본체(10)의 착용을 용이하게 하는 장점이 있다.
배변본체(10)의 하단에는 두 개의 하부 연결홈(18)이, 부착대의 단부에는 상부 연결홈(19)이 형성되어 착용밴드와 연결될 수 있다.
수거봉투(20)에는 슬라이딩판(21)이 구비되어 돌출부(12)의 슬라이딩홈(13)으로 슬라이딩되며, 수거봉투의 상측에는 탈부착을 용이하게 하기 위한 봉투 손잡이(22)가 구비된다. 수거봉투(20)는 평상시에는 평면이지만, 애완동물이 배변을 본 경우에는 외부로 돌출되도록 다단으로 접혀질 수 있다.
상기 수거봉투는 벨로우즈 형태로 접합되어 수거봉투의 입구에 부착되는 제1차 마운트와, 상기 1차 마운트에 부착되며 1차 마운트에 접합된 벨로우즈의 주름이 펴짐을 방지하는 다수의 펴짐 방지턱이 형성된 2차 마운트로 구성되며, 애완동물의 배변 시 자중에 의해 수거봉투가 외부로 펴지면서 배변이 담기게 된다.
더 자세하게는, 상기 수거봉투는 수거봉투의 입구에 부착된 제1차 마운트에 벨로우즈 형태로 접합되고, 접합된 벨로우즈의 주름이 펴짐을 방지하는 다수의 펴짐 방지턱을 갖춘 제 2차 마운트를 제 1차 마운트에 부착한 구조로써 애완동물이 용변 시 그 무게에 의한 중력에 의해 벨로우즈 된 봉투가 외부로 펴지면서 용변이 담기는 구조인 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 배변본체와 자바라의 결합을 나타내는 분해도이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 배변본체(10)의 후면으로 자바라(25)가 구성되어 애완동물과 배변본체를 밀착하여 기밀을 유지하기 용이하도록 구성할 수 있다. 상기 자바라는 배변본체의 둘레에 끼워져서 탈부착이 가능하도록 구성되며, 대변본체(10)가 애완동물에 더 긴밀하게 밀착되도록 하여 애완동물의 배변이 외부로 유출되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 상기 자바라는 대변본체 뿐만 아니라 후술할 소변본체의 둘레에도 사용될 수 있다.
도 6는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 수컷용 소변수거장치를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 6를 참조하면, 수컷용 소변수거장치는 소변본체(110), 소변본체(110)와 탈부착되는 소변수거봉투(120) 및 몸띠(130)로 구성된다.
소변본체(110)의 중앙에는 통공된 소변구(111)를 구비하며, 전면에는 소변구(111)의 가장자리에서 소정거리 돌출되는 돌출부(112)가 형성되어 있다. 돌출부(112)의 내부에는 슬라이딩홈(113)이 형성되어 있으며, 돌출부의 상부는 개방되어 수거봉투(120)가 부착된 슬라이딩판(121)이 슬라이딩되어 장착되는 구조이다.
소변본체의 소변구(111)를 에워싸면서 수평으로 슬라이딩 지지부(115)가 형성되어 있으며, 슬라이딩 지지부(115)의 후방으로는 고환걸림부(117)가 형성되어 있다.
소변본체의 하부에는 두 개의 하부 연결홈(118)이, 상부에는 상부 연결홈(미도시)이 형성되어 착용밴드와 연결될 수 있다.
수거봉투(120)에는 슬라이딩판(121)이 구비되어 돌출부(112)의 슬라이딩홈(113)으로 슬라이딩되며, 수거봉투의 상측에는 탈부착을 용이하게 하기 위한 봉투 손잡이(122)가 구비된다.
몸띠(130)는 애완동물을 몸을 감싸는 구조로서 양쪽으로 날개부(131)가 형성되며, 중앙 하부에는 소변본체 걸림부(132)가 형성되어 있다. 날개부(131)와 소변본체 걸림부(132)가 접하는 영역에는 소변본체 슬라이딩 홈(133)이 형성되어 소변본체의 슬라이딩 지지부(122)가 슬라이딩되어 소변본체(110)가 몸띠(130)에 장착될 수 있다. 몸띠(130)의 날개부(131)의 양단에는 빗살형식의 원터치 스프링(135)가 형성되어 애완동물의 털과 결합할 수 있다. 원터치 스프링(135)은 몸띠와 가로방향 또는 세로방향으로 결합될 수 있다.
또한, 소변본체(110)의 둘레에 끼워져서 탈부착이 가능하도록 구성되며, 소변본체(110)가 애완동물에 더 긴밀하게 밀착되도록 하여 애완동물의 배변이 외부로 유출되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 자바라(미도시)가 구성되어 애완동물과 소변본체를 밀착하여 기밀을 유지하기 용이하도록 구성할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 수거봉투를 자기력식 이중구조로 구성하여 두개의 수거봉투를 구성하여 순차적으로 탈착되도록 구성할 수 있다.
도 7 내지 도 8는 수컷용 소변수거장치의 자기력식 이중구조로 이루어진 수거봉투의 탈부착을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 7 내지 도 8를 참조하면 소변 수거장치의 자기력식 이중구조는 소변본체와, 1차 수거봉투와, 2차수거봉투로 구성된다.
한편, 소변본체(1000)는 중앙에 통공된 소변구(1100)를 구비하며, 소변구(1100)의 가장자리에서 소정거리 돌출되어 형성되되 좌측 또는 우측면으로 경사지게 형성된 돌출부(1200)와, 상기 돌출부(1200)에 형성되고 측면으로 통공된 슬라이딩 홈(1300)과, 상기 슬라이딩 홈(1300)에 매입되는 자기력부(1400)를 포함하여 구성되어 진다.
또한, 상기 돌출부(1200)는 바람직하게 좌측면 또는 우측면으로 일정한 각도만큼 경사지게 형성하여 애완동물이 배변을 보았을 경우, 좌측 또는 우측면의 한방향으로 모임으로써 수거봉투가 탈착되기 용이하게 구성되며, 상기 돌출부(1200)에는 슬라이딩 홈(1300)이 형성되되 측면이 개방되어 수거봉투의 탈부착을 용이하게 하도록 한다.
또한, 상기 슬라이딩 홈(1300)에는 다수개의 자석을 매입하여 수거봉투를 결착시키기 용이하도록 자기력부(1400)가 형성되어진다.
또한, 소변본체의 소변구(1100)를 에워싸면서 수평으로 슬라이딩 지지부(1500)가 형성되어 있으며, 슬라이딩 지지부(1500)의 후방으로는 고환걸림부(1600)가 형성되어 있다.
한편, 제1차 수거봉투(2000)는 상기 슬라이딩 홈(1300)에 슬라이딩되고, 슬라이딩 홈의 자기력부(1400)와 일부 대응되는 위치에 자석(2100)이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되며, 가림막(2200)을 포함하여 구성된다.
또한, 상기 제1차 수거봉투(2000)는 상기 슬라이딩 홈의 자석(1400)과 일부 대응되도록 적은 수의 자석(2100)만을 매입함으로써 우선적으로 탈착되기 용이하게 구성된다.
또한, 상기 가림막(2200)은 2차 수거봉투와 자석으로 결합되되 일정 간격을 유지하여 탈착되기 용이하도록 구성되며, 2차 수거봉투에 배변이 담기는 것을 방지하는 기능을 위하여 형성되어 진다.
한편, 2차 수거봉투(3000)는 상기 제1차 수거봉투(2000)의 후면에 탈착되도록 구성되며, 상기 슬라이딩 홈(1300)에 슬라이딩되고, 슬라이딩 홈의 자기력부(1400)와 대응되는 위치에 자석(3100)이 매입되고, 가림막(3200)을 포함하여 구성된다.
또한, 2차 수거봉투의 자석(3100)은 상기 슬라이딩홈의 자석(1400)과 대응되는 위치에 매입되어 상대적으로 1차 수거봉투(2000)보다 힘을 받기 용이하게 구성되어 있으며, 2차 수거봉투(3000)에 구성된 가림막(3200)은 바람직하게 시각적인 효과를 위하여 형성되어 진다.
도9 및 도 10는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 몸띠의 양단에 형성되는 가로방향 원터치 스프링의 여닫음 상태를 나타내는 도면들이다.
도 9을 참조하면, 원터치 스프링(135)은 탄성부재(1351)와 빗살부재(1352)로 구성되며, 열린상태에서는 탄성부재(1351)는 하부로 곡면지면서 빗살부재(1352)와 일정거리를 유지한다.
도 10를 참조하면, 똑딱이(135)가 닫힌상태에서는 탄성부재(1351)는 상부로 곡면지면서 빗살부재(1352)와 맞닿게 되며, 그 사이에 애완동물의 털이 고정될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 원터치 스프링(135)은 조립이 가능한 구조로 구성될 수 있으며, 탄성부재(1351) 와 빗살부재(1352)를 분리 및 결합이 가능하도록 구성하여 애완동물의 털을 고정시킬 경우 분리된 탄성부재(1351) 및 빗살부재(1352)를 결합함과 동시에 애완동물의 털을 고정시키도록 구성할 수 있다.
도 11은 본 발명의 일실시예 따른 수컷 애완동물이 배설물 수거장치를 장착한 도면이다.
도 11을 참조하면, 착용밴드(200)와 몸띠(130) 사용하여 배설물 수거장치가 애완동물에 고정되어 있다. 도면에는 도시되어 있지 않지만, 암컷용 배설물 수거장치는 수컷용 배설물 수거장치에서 소변수거장치가 장착되지 않으며, 암컷용 배변수거장치의 배변구는 수컷용보다 더 길게 연장되게 형성될 수 있다.
이하 상술한 배설물 수거장치의 변형 실시예에 대하여 살펴본다.
(제2 실시예)
도12 내지 도 15는 본 발명의 이실시예에 따른 꼬리 거치형 배설물 수거장치를 나타내는 도면들이다. 즉, 애완동물의 꼬리에 배설물 수거장치를 고정하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
도 11을 참조하면, 배변본체(10)의 중앙에는 통공된 배변구(11)를 구비하며, 전면에는 배변구(11)의 가장자리에서 소정거리 돌출되는 돌출부(12)가 형성되어 있다. 돌출부(12)의 내부에는 슬라이딩홈(13)이 형성되어 있으며, 돌출부의 상부는 개방되어 수거봉투(미도시)가 부착된 슬라이딩판(미도시)이 슬라이딩되어 장착되는 구조이다.
배변본체(10)의 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리가 거치되는 반원 형상의 걸림턱(15)이 형성되어 있다. 걸림턱(15)은 측면에서 볼 때, 전면으로 5~45도 정도 원형으로 돌출되는 형상인데, 이는 애완동물의 꼬리가 편안하게 거치되도록 하기 위해서이다.
여기에서 배변본체를 고정하기 위한 수단으로서, 상술한 부착대를 대신 걸림스프링(30)을 사용한다. 걸림스프링(30)은 배변본체(10)의 결합홈(14)과 탈부착이 가능한 양측면의 결합돌기부(31)와 꼬리의 상부가 거치되도록 하부가 개방된 반원부(32)를 갖는다.
결합돌기(31)의 일측에는 힌지홀(33)과 힌지홀에 삽입하는 고정나사(35)를 구비하여, 걸림스프링의 결합돌기(31)와 배변본체의 결합홈(14)이 힌지결합할 수 있다.
또한, 결합돌기(31)의 타측은 톱니 형상의 고정부(36)가 형성되어 결합본체와는 높낮이에 따른 단계별 고정이 가능하다.
이에 더하여, 걸림스프링(30)의 반원부(32)에 슬라이딩하는 고정부재(37)를 더 구비하여 배변 및 소변수거장치가 꼬리에 안정적으로 고정하도록 할 수 있다.
도 13을 참조하면, 고정부재(37)는 상하로 이동할 수 있으며, 애완동물의 꼬리에 고정부재(37)가 밀착된 상태에서 걸림스프링(30)에 고정할 수 있다. 고정부재(37)의 걸림스프링(30)에 고정하는 방법은 미도시 되어 있는데, 고정부재(37)의 크기를 다양화하는 방법, 걸림스프링(30)에 높낮이 따라 다수의 돌기를 만들고 고정부재(37)에는 홈을 만들어 애완동물의 꼬리가 걸림스프링의 반원부에 거치된 상태에서 높낮이를 조절하는 방법 등을 사용할 수 있다.
도 14을 참조하면, 고정부재(38)는 걸림스프링(30)에 방사형으로 절개되어 고정될 수 있다. 이와 같은 구조는 걸림스프링(30)의 반원부(32)를 꼬리가 관통하면서 방사형의 고정부재(38)가 외부로 젖혀지면서 애완동물의 꼬리에 고정된다.
도 15를 참조하면, 고정부재(39)는 도 6 및 도 7에서 상술한 탄성부재와 빗살부재로 구성되는 원터치형 스프링(39)으로서 애완동물의 꼬리 상부의 털에 고정된다. 도 12에서는 별도의 걸림스프링을 구비하지 않으며, 꼬리를 고정시키는 고정부재를 원터치 스프링(39)을 사용한다.

이하, 배변 및 소변본체와 수거봉투의 결합방법에 대하여 설명한다. 이해의 편의를 위하여 배변본체만 예를 든다.
상술한 수거봉투 결합방식은 수거봉투가 배변본체에 슬라이딩되어 결합하는 방식이다. 이외에도 수거봉투의 입구에 고무밴드를 결합하여 고무밴드와 배변본체의 돌출부와 결합하는 방식, 배변본체의 배변구 가장자리에 홈을 형성하여 수거봉투에 형성된 마운트를 홈에 끼우는 방식, 수거봉투의 가장자리에 양면테이프를 형성한 후에 수거봉투와 배변본체와 테이프 결합하는 방식 등 다양한 결합방식이 사용될 수 있다.
이에 더하여, 자기력식의 결합방식을 사용할 수 있다.
도 16는 본 발명의 삼실시예에 따른 배변본체와 수거봉투의 자기력식 결합방식을 나타낸다.
도 16를 참조하면, 배변본체(10)에는 배변구(11) 둘레로 자석(50)이 내부에 삽입되어 있고, 배변봉투에는 철판(51)이 삽입되어 서로 자기력식으로 탈부착될 수 있다. 자기력식의 결합방식은 애완동물이 배변을 본 경우에 수거봉투의 자중에 의하여 자기력식이 탈착되어 배변처리를 신속하게 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
도 17 내지 도 19은 본 발명의 삼실시예에 따른 자기력식 수거봉투의 이중구조 결합방식을 나타낸다.
도 17를 참조하면, 자기력식 수거봉투의 탈부착은 두개의 수거봉투를 구성한 이중구조의 자기력식 결합방식으로 이루어 질 수 있다.
한편, 자기력식 수거봉투의 탈부착은 배변구(61)의 좌우측에 매입되는 다수개의 자석으로 구성되는 제1자기력부(62) 및 상기 제1자기력부의 상단에 위치하며 배변본체에 구성된 걸림턱의 좌우측에 매입되는 하나 이상의 자석으로 구성되는 제2자기력부(63)를 포함하여 구성되는 배변본체(60)와, 상기 제1자기력부(62)에 결착되며 탈착 가능하도록 구성되는 1차 수거봉투(70) 및 상기 제2자기력부(63)와 결착되어 상기 1차 수거봉투(70)를 덮을 수 있도록 구성되는 2차 수거봉투(80)의 이중구조로 이루어 지게 된다.
한편, 배변본체(60)는 중앙에 통공된 배변구(61)를 구비하며, 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리가 거치되는 반원형상으로 걸림턱을 구비하고 상기 배변구의 좌우측에는 다수개의 자석으로 구성되는 제1자기력부(62)가 설계되어 1차 수거봉투(70)를 결착시키는 기능을 하게 되며, 애완동물이 배변을 보았을 경우 제1자기력부(62)와 자석으로 결착된 1차 수거봉투(70)가 자중에 의하여 탈착되게 된다.
또한, 상기 배변본체(60)의 상부에 구성되는 애완동물의 꼬리가 거치되는 반원형상의 걸림턱의 좌우측에는 하나 이상의 자석이 매입되어 구성되는 제2자기력부(63)가 설계되어 2차 수거봉투(80)를 용이하게 결착시키도록 하는 기능을 하며, 상기 제2자기력부(63)는 제1자기력부(62)와 일정간격 이격되어 매입되는 자석으로써 상기 제1자기력부(62)보다 상부에 구성되어 진다.
한편, 상기 1차 수거봉투(70)는 배변본체의 제1자기력부(62)와 대응되는 위치에 자석(72)이 매입되어 결착 가능하도록 구성되며, 1차 수거봉투(70)와 동시에 탈착되고 상기 2차 수거봉투에 배변 및 소변이 담기는 것을 방지하는 가림막(75)이 형성되도록 구성된다.
더 자세하게, 상기 1차 수거봉투(70)는 애완동물이 배변을 보는 경우 우선적으로 애완동물의 배변을 담도록 하는 기능을 하며, 1차 수거봉투(70)에 구비된 가림막은 애완동물의 배변이 2차 수거봉투(80)에 담기는 것을 방지하는 기능을 하게 되며, 배변본체의 제1자기력부(62)와 대응되는 위치에 구성된 자석(72)은 배변본체(60)와 1차 수거봉투(70)를 결착시키다가 애완동물이 배변을 본 후 일정한 자중에 의하여 떨어질 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.
또한, 1차 수거봉투(70)는 바람직하게 배변본체의 제2자기력부(63)와 대응되는 부분을 제외하여 제2자기력부(63)와 2차 수거봉투(80)가 결착되기 용이하도록 2차 수거봉투(80)보다 상대적으로 짧은 길이로 구성할 수 있으며, 배변본체의 제2자기력부(63)와 대응되는 부분에 일정한 홈을 형성하도록 구성할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 2차 수거봉투(80)는 배변본체의 제2자기력부(63)와 대응되는 위치에 자석이 매입되어 결착 및 고정 가능하도록 구성되는 제2자기력부(83)와, 배변본체의 제1자기력부(62) 및 1차 수거봉투의 자석(72)과 대응되는 위치에 자석이 매입되어 결착 및 탈착이 가능하도록 구성되는 제1자기력부(82) 및 상기 제1자기력부(82)의 상단에 제2자기력부(83)가 위치하여 제1자기력부(82)와 제2자기력부(83)의 경계선 상에 일정부분 절곡된 홈으로 구성되어 접힐 수 있는 절곡홈(85)이 형성되어 1차 수거봉투(70)에 애완동물의 배변이 이루어지는 경우 상기 절곡홈(85)은 용이하게 2차 수거봉투(80)의 일부분을 접히도록 하는 기능을 하게된다.
바람직하게, 상기 2차 수거봉투(80)는 일측면에 가림막(미도시)을 형성하여 시각적으로 수거봉투를 가리도록 구성될 수 있으며, 2차 수거봉투(80)의 상부에 결합되고 2차 수거봉투(80)와 동시에 탈착되도록 구성될 수 있다.
도 18을 참조하면, 배변본체(60)의 일면에 1차 수거봉투(70)가 위치하게 되며 상기 1차 수거봉투(70)를 덮는 형태로 2차 수거봉투(80)가 구성되어 진다.
2차 수거봉투(80)의 일정 부분은 배변본체(60)와 결착하게 구성되고, 1차 수거봉투(70)에는 가림막(75)이 형성된다.
도 19을 참조하면, 애완동물이 배변을 보았을 경우 배변본체(60)와 결착된 1차 수거봉투(70)에 우선적으로 배변이 담기게 되며, 배변이 담긴 1차 수거봉투(70)는 일정한 만큼의 부피가 증가하게 되므로 2차 수거봉투(80)는 절곡홈(85)을 구비하여 용이하게 접혀질 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.
또한, 애완동물이 배변을 보았을 경우, 우선적으로 1차 수거봉투(70)에 배변이 담기도록 가림막(75)이 형성되어 2차 수거봉투(80)와 1차 수거봉투(70)의 사이를 가리게 되는 것이다.
도 20는 본 발명의 삼실시예에 따른 자기력식 수거봉투의 이중구조 결합방식의 다른 실시예를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 19을 참조하면, 자기력식 수거봉투의 탈부착은 브라켓을 추가로 구성하여 본체와 힌지결합되도록 구성한 이중구조의 자기력식 결합방식으로 이루어 질 수 있다.
한편, 브라켓을 추가로 구성한 이중구조의 자기력식 결합방식은 배변본체(600)와, 상기 배변본체에 탈착되는 제1차 수거봉투(700)와, 상기 배변본체와 힌지결합하는 브라켓(800)과, 상기 브라켓에 탈착되는 제2차 수거봉투(900)로 구성된다.
한편, 상기 배변본체(600)는 중앙에 통공된 배변구(601)가 구성되며, 배변구의 좌우측에 매입되는 다수개의 자석으로 구성되는 자기력부(602)와, 상기 자기력부(602)의 상단에 위치하며 걸림턱(603)의 좌우측에 형성되는 힌지결합 수단(604)를 포함하여 구성된다.
또한, 상기 힌지결합 수단(604)은 바람직하게 스프링을 내재하여 구성할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 배변본체에 탈착 가능하도록 구성되는 1차 수거봉투(700)는 상기 배변본체(600)의 자기력부(602)와 대응되는 위치에 자석(701)이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되고, 1차 수거봉투(700)에 구성되는 가림막은 애완동물이 배변을 보았을 경우, 우선적으로 1차 수거봉투(700)에 배변이 담기도록 브라켓 및 2차 수거봉투(80)를 가리는 기능을 한다.
한편, 브라켓(800)은 상기 배변본체(600)의 힌지결합수단(604)에 의해 결합되어지며, 중앙에 통공된 배변구(801) 좌우측에 매입되는 다수개의 자석으로 구성되는 자기력부(802) 및 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리가 거치되는 반원형상으로 걸림턱(803)을 포함하여 구성된다.
한편, 상기 브라켓에 탈착 가능하도록 구성되는 2차 수거봉투(900)는 상기 브라켓(800)의 자기력부(801)와 대응되는 위치에 자석이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되어 진다.
한편, 애완동물이 배변을 보았을 경우 배변본체(600)와 결착된 1차 수거봉투(700)에 우선적으로 배변이 담기게 되며, 배변이 담긴 1차 수거봉투(700)는 일정한 만큼의 부피가 증가하게 되고, 상기 배변본체와 힌지결합된 브라켓은 일정 각도만큼 들려 올려지게 된다.
또한, 애완동물이 배변을 보았을 경우 배변이 담긴 1차 수거봉투(700)는 자중에 의하여 떨어지며 브라켓에 결착되어 있는 2차 수거봉투(900)가 애완동물의 다음 배변을 대기하게 된다.
한편, 브라켓을 이용한 이중구조의 자기력식 결합방식은 소변수거장치에도 적용할 수 있다.
자기력 소변수거장치는 중앙에 통공된 소변구 좌우측에 매입되는 다수개의 자석으로 구성되는 자기력부 및 상기 자기력부의 상단에 형성되는 힌지결합 수단를 포함하여 구성되는 소변본체와, 상기 소변본체의 자기력부와 대응되는 위치에 자석이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되며, 가림막을 포함하여 구성되는 1차 수거봉투와, 상기 소변본체의 힌지결합수단에 의해 결합되어지며, 중앙에 통공된 소변구 좌우측에 매입되는 다수개의 자석으로 구성되는 제 2차 브라켓과, 상기 제 2차 브라켓의 자기력부와 대응되는 위치에 자석이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되는 2차 수거봉투를 포함하여 형성되는 이중구조로 이루어지게 된다.
한편, 지금까지는 배변본체 또는 소변본체와 수거봉투가 탈부착되는 것을 설명하였는데, 이와는 달리 배변본체 또는 소변본체와 수거봉투가 일체로 형성되어 일회용으로 사용할 수 있다.
(제4 실시예)
이하, 애완동물에 배변본체 및 소변본체를 결합하는 방법을 설명한다.
상술한 제1 실시예에서의 결합방식은 착용밴드와 몸띠를 이용한 결합방식이었다.
이와는 달리 착용밴드를 사용한 결합방법 또는 의류를 사용한 결합방법이 사용될 수 있다.
도 21 내지 도 22은 본 발명의 사실시예에 따른 착용밴드를 사용한 애완동물에 배변본체 또는 소변본체를 결합하는 방법이다. 이해의 편의를 위하여 수거봉투가 일체로 결합된 일회용 대변본체 또는 소변본체를 예로 설명한다.
도 21 및 도 22는 본 발명의 사실시예에 따른 수거봉투가 일체로 결합된 일체형 대변본체 및 소변본체에 결합밴드가 결합된 도면들이다.
도 21을 참조하면, 일회용 배변본체(310)에 수거봉투(320)가 일체로 결합되어 있으며, 배변본체(310)의 각 단부에는 끈결합홈(313)이 형성되어 끈(210)이 대변본체를 통과한다. 도면부호 '315'는 전면으로 5도 내지 45도로 돌출된 원형의 걸림턱을 나타낸다.
또한, 상기 일회용 배변본체(310)는 바람직하게 종이 재질로 구성되어 질 수 있다.
도 22를 참조하면, 일회용 소변본체(410)에 수거봉투(420)가 일체로 결합되어 있으며, 일회용 소변본체의 각 단부에는 끈결합홈(413)이 형성되어 끈(210)이 소변본체를 통과한다.
도 23는 본 발명에 따른 수컷 애완동물에 일회용 대변본체 및 일회용 소변본체를 결합한 도면이며, 도 24은 본 발명에 따른 암컷 애완동물에 일회용 대변본체를 결합한 도면이다.
도 23를 참조하면, 일회용 대변본체(310) 및 일회용 소변본체(410)를 끈(밴드)를 이용하여 간편하게 수컷 애완동물에 장착할 수 있다. 애완동물의 둔부 상부에는 끈 조임 부속(330)과 등 부분에는 끈 자동수축 고정장치(340)를 이용할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 끈 조임 부속(330)은 위치가 변경될 수 있도록 구성되어 애완동물의 종류와 형태에 맞추어 상기 끈(밴드)을 조절할 수 있도록 구성되었으며, 애완동물의 등 부분에 위치하게 되는 상기 끈 자동수축 고정장치(340)는 상기 일회용 대변본체(310) 및 일회용 소변본체(410)를 애완동물에 용이하게 고정되도록 하는 장치로서, 애완동물의 꼬리부분에서 끈을 조인 후 고정시키는 장치로서 구성되어 진다.
도 24을 참조하면, 일회용 배변본체(310)를 끈(밴드)를 이용하여 암컷 애완동물에 장착할 수 있다. 애완동물의 둔부 상부에는 끈 조임 부속(330)과 등 부분에는 끈 자동수축 고정장치(340)를 이용할 수 있다.
도 25는 본 발명에 따른 끈 자동수축 고정장치(340)를 나타내는 간략도이다.
도 25(a)를 참조하면, 끈 자동수축 고정장치(340)은 원형 스프링(341)이 내장되어 있으며, 스프링(341)에 연결된 끈을 당기면 스프링이 감기는 구조이다. 이는 애완동물의 움직임에 따라 줄이 늘어나고 줄어들면서 배변본체가 애완동물에 밀착된다.
도 25(b)를 참조하면, 2방향 끈 조임부속(340)을 간략화한 것으로, 주로 암컷 끈 조임부속으로 사용되며, 목 부분과 배변본체 방향으로 끈이 전달된다.
도 25(c)를 참조하면, 4방향 끈 조임부속(340)을 간략화한 것으로, 주로 수컷끈 조임부속으로 사용되며, 목, 대변본체, 소변본체 양쪽 방향으로 끈이 전달된다.
도 26은 본 발명에 따른 끈 조임 부속(330)을 나타내는 간략도이다.
도 26를 참조하면, 끈 조임 부속(330)은 상부 부속(330a)과 하부 부속(330b)으로 분리되며, 그 사이에 스프링(332)이 개재된 상태에서 결합된다. 상부부속 및 하부부속에는 각각 끈(밴드)가 통과하는 구멍(330a, 330b)이 있다. 상부부속(330a)에 외압을 가하면 상부부속(330a)은 하부로 이동하면서 상부부속의 구멍(331a)과 하부부속의 구멍(331b)가 일치하게 되면, 그 구멍에 삽입된 끈(밴드)를 통과하면서 끈 조임 부속(33)이 좌우로 이동할 수 있는 구조이다. 상부부속(330a)에 외압을 제거하면 상부부속(330a)은 스프링(332)의 탄성력에 의하여 위로 이동하면서 끈(밴드)는 서로 어긋나면서 끈 조임 부속(330)은 끈(밴드)에 고정된다.
다시 도 26를 참조하면, 끈 조임 부속(330)은 상부부속(330a)에 외압을 가한 상태에서 꼬리 바로 위까지 끈 조임 부속(330)을 이동시키면, 배변본체(310)는 더 견고하게 애완동물에 고정되는 구조이다. 끈 조임 부속(330)은 평면적으로 하부가 라운딩되어 꼬리와 밀접하게 착용될 수 있도록 한다.
도 27는 본 발명에 따른 의류와 결합하는 배변본체를 나타낸다.
도 27을 참조하면, 애완동물용 의류(500)에 주머니(510)를 만들어 상술한 수거봉투(20)가 부착된 배변본체(10)를 삽입하여 착용할 수 있다.
이상에서 설명한 본 발명은 전술한 실시예 및 첨부된 도면에 의해 한정되는 것이 아니고, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 여러 가지 치환, 변형 및 변경이 가능한 것은 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어 명백할 것이다.

  1. 중앙에 통공된 배변구(11)를 구비하며, 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리가 거치되는 반원형상으로 걸림턱(15)을 갖는 배변본체(10);
    상기 배변본체(10)의 후면 양측면으로 뒤로 연장되며 상하로 회전할 수 있는 부착대(16); 및
    상기 배변본체(10)의 배변구(11) 가장자리에서 탈부착되는 수거봉투(20)를 포함하며;
    상기 걸림턱(15)은 전방으로 5도 내지 45도로 원형으로 돌출되어 애완동물의 꼬리의 거치를 안정적으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물의 배설물 수거장치.
  2. 중앙에 통공된 소변구(111)를 구비하며, 측면으로는 수평하게 형성된 슬라이딩 지지부(115)를 갖는 소변본체(110);
    상기 소변본체의 가장자리에서 탈부착되는 수거봉투(120); 및

    상기 수거봉투는 벨로우즈 형태로 접합되어 수거봉투의 입구에 부착되는 제1차 마운트와;
    상기 1차 마운트에 부착되며 1차 마운트에 접합된 벨로우즈의 주름이 펴짐을 방지하는 다수의 펴짐 방지턱이 형성된 2차 마운트로 구성되며;
    애완동물의 배변 시 자중에 의해 수거봉투가 외부로 펴지면서 배변이 담기는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물용 배변 및 소변수거장치.

    상기 대변본체 내지 소변본체는 애완동물과의 기밀을 유지하기 위하여,

    상기 수거봉투의 탈부착은 자기력, 고무밴드방식, 똑딱이 단추방식, 접착테이프방식, 홈에 끼우는 마운트방식 또는 슬라이딩방식으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물의 배설물 수거장치.

    상기 슬라이딩 홈(1300)에 슬라이딩되고, 슬라이딩 홈의 자기력부(1400)와 일부 대응되는 위치에 자석(2100)이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되며, 가림막을 포함하여 구성되는 1차 수거봉투(2000)와;

    중앙에 통공된 소변구 좌우측에 매입되는 다수개의 자석으로 구성되는 자기력부 및 상기 자기력부의 상단에 형성되는 힌지결합 수단를 포함하여 구성되는 소변본체와;
    상기 소변본체의 자기력부와 대응되는 위치에 자석이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되며, 가림막을 포함하여 구성되는 1차 수거봉투와;
    상기 소변본체의 힌지결합수단에 의해 결합되어지며, 중앙에 통공된 소변구 좌우측에 매입되는 다수개의 자석으로 구성되는 제 2차 브라켓과;
    상기 제 2차 브라켓의 자기력부와 대응되는 위치에 자석이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되는 2차 수거봉투를 포함하여 형성되는 이중구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물의 배설물 수거장치.
  14. 중앙에 통공된 소변구(111)를 구비하며, 측면으로는 수평하게 형성된 슬라이딩 지지부(115)를 갖는 소변본체(110);
    상기 소변본체의 가장자리에서 탈부착되는 수거봉투(120); 및
    상기 소변본체(110)의 슬라이딩 지지부(115)가 슬라이딩되는 슬라이딩 홈(113)을 갖는 소변본체 걸림부(132)와 소변본체 걸림부(132)에서 양측으로 연장되어 애완동물의 몸을 감싸도록 형성된 날개부(131)를 갖는 몸띠(130)를 포함하는 애완동물의 배설물 수거장치.
  15. 제 14항에 있어서,
    상기 몸띠(130)의 날개부(131)의 양단에는 애완동물의 털과 결합할 수 있는 빗살형식의 원터치 스피링(135)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물의 배설물 수거장치.
  16. 중앙에 배변구(11)를 구비하며, 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리의 하부가 거치되는 반원부를 갖는 배변본체(10);
    상기 배변본체의 배변구 가장자리에서 탈부착할 수 있는 수거봉투;
    상기 배변본체의 상단과 결합하며 애완동물의 꼬리의 상부가 거치되는 반원부(32)를 갖는 걸림 스프링(30); 및
    상기 걸림 스프링(30)의 반원부(32)에 슬라이딩하여 애완동물의 꼬리를 안정적으로 고정하는 고정부재(37)를 포함하는 애완동물용 배설물 수거장치.
  17. 중앙에 배변구(11)를 구비하며, 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리의 하부가 거치되는 반원부를 갖는 배변본체(10);
    상기 배변본체의 배변구 가장자리에서 탈부착할 수 있는 수거봉투;
    상기 배변본체의 상단과 결합하며 애완동물의 꼬리의 상부가 거치되는 반원부(32)를 갖는 걸림 스프링(30); 및
    상기 걸림스프링(30)에 방사형으로 절개되어 애완동물의 꼬리가 관통하면서 꼬리가 고정되는 고정부재(38)를 포함하는 애완동물용 배설물 수거장치.
  18. 중앙에 배변구(11)를 구비하며, 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리의 하부가 거치되는 반원부를 갖는 배변본체(10);
    상기 배변본체의 배변구 가장자리에서 탈부착할 수 있는 수거봉투; 및
    상기 배변본체(10)의 상단과 결합하여 탄성부재 및 빗살부재로 구성되어 애완동물의 꼬리 상부의 털에 고정되는 원터치형 스프링 고정부재(39)를 포함하는 애완동물용 배설물 수거장치.
  19. 중앙에 배변구를 구비하며, 배변구 가장자리에 수거봉투(320)가 일체로 결합된 일회용 배변본체(310);
    상기 배변본체에 형성된 홈을 통과하면서 애완동물에 착용되는 착용밴드;
    상기 착용밴드의 중간에 형성된 끈 자동수축장치(340)와;
    상기 배변본체(310)를 애완동물에 고정하는 끈 조임장치(330)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물용 배설물 수거장치.
  20. 중앙에 통공된 배변구를 구비하며, 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리가 거치되는 반원형상으로 걸림턱을 갖는 배변본체(10);
    상기 배변본체의 배변구 가장자리에서 탈부착되는 수거봉투(20); 및
    상기 배변본체가 삽입되는 주머니(510)를 갖는 애완동물용 의류(500)를 포함하는 애완동물용 배설물 수거장치.
