- 제 7항에 있어서,자기력 배변수거장치는,상기 배변본체(60)의 배변구(61) 좌우측에 매입되는 다수개의 자석으로 구성되는 제1자기력부(62) 및;상기 제1자기력부(62)의 상단에 위치하며 배변본체(60)에 구성된 걸림턱의 좌우측면에 매입되는 하나 이상의 자석으로 형성되는제2자기력부(63)를 포함하여 구성되는 배변본체(60)와;상기 제1자기력부(62)에 결착되며 탈착 가능하도록 구성되는 1차 수거봉투(70) 및;상기 제2자기력부(63)와 결착되어 상기 1차 수거봉투(70)를 덮을 수 있도록 구성되는 2차 수거봉투(80)의 이중구조로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물의 배설물 수거장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 1차 수거봉투(70)는배변본체(60)의 제1자기력부(62)와 대응되는 위치에 자석(72)이 매입되어 결착 가능하도록 구성되며;상기 2차 수거봉투(80)에 배변 및 소변이 담기는 것을 방지하기 위해 1차 수거봉투(70)와 2차 수거봉투(80) 사이에 1차 수거봉투(70)측에 가림막(75)이 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물의 배설물 수거장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 2차 수거봉투(80)는배변본체(60)의 제2자기력부(63)와 대응되는 위치에 자석이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되는 제2자기력부(83)와;배변본체(60)의 제1자기력부(62)와 1차 수거봉투(70)의 자석(72)과 대응되는 위치에 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되는 제1자기력부(82) 및;상기 2차 수거봉투(80)의 상단에 위치한 제2자기력부(83)가 1차 수거봉투(70)와 고정되며 제1자기력부(82)가 1차 수거봉투(70)의 자석(72)과 벌어질수 있기 위해 제1자기력부(82)와 제2자기력부(83) 사이에 일정부분 절곡된 홈으로 접힐 수 있는 절곡홈(85);이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물의 배설물 수거장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,자기력 배변수거장치는중앙에 통공된 배변구(601) 좌우측에 매입되는 다수개의 자석으로 구성되는 자기력부(602) 및 상기 자기력부(602)의 상단에 위치하며 걸림턱(603)의 좌우측에 형성되는 힌지결합 수단(604)를 포함하여 구성되는 배변본체(600)와;상기 배변본체(600)의 자기력부(602)와 대응되는 위치에 자석(701)이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되며, 가림막을 포함하여 구성되는 1차 수거봉투(700)와;상기 배변본체(600)의 힌지결합수단(604)에 의해 결합되어지며, 중앙에 통공된 배변구(801) 좌우측에 매입되는 다수개의 자석으로 구성되는 자기력부(802) 및 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리가 거치되는 반원형상으로 걸림턱(803)을 가지는 브라켓(800)과;상기 브라켓(800)의 자기력부(801)와 대응되는 위치에 자석이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되는 2차 수거봉투(900);를 포함하여 형성되는 이중짹망떱이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물의 배설물 수거장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,자기력 소변수거장치는중앙에 통공된 소변구(1100)의 가장자리에서 소정거리 돌출되어 형성되되 좌측 또는 우측면으로 경사지게 형성된 돌출부(1200)와, 상기 돌출부(1200)에 형성되고 측면으로 통공된 슬라이딩 홈(1300)과, 상기 슬라이딩 홈(1300)에 매입되는 자기력부(1400)를 포함하여 구성되는 소변본체(1000)와;상기 슬라이딩 홈(1300)에 슬라이딩되고, 슬라이딩 홈의 자기력부(1400)와 일부 대응되는 위치에 자석(2100)이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되며, 가림막을 포함하여 구성되는 1차 수거봉투(2000)와;상기 제1차 수거봉투(2000)의 후면에 탈착되도록 구성되며, 상기 슬라이딩 홈(1300)에 슬라이딩되고, 슬라이딩 홈의 자기력부(1400)와 제1차 수거봉투의 자석(2100)과 대응되는 위치에 자석(3200)이 매입되고, 가림막을 포함하여 구성되는 2차 수거봉투(3000);로 구성되는 수거봉투의 자기력식 탈부착 방식을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물의 배설물 수거장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,자기력 소변수거장치는중앙에 통공된 소변구 좌우측에 매입되는 다수개의 자석으로 구성되는 자기력부 및 상기 자기력부의 상단에 형성되는 힌지결합 수단를 포함하여 구성되는 소변본체와;상기 소변본체의 자기력부와 대응되는 위치에 자석이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되며, 가림막을 포함하여 구성되는 1차 수거봉투와;상기 소변본체의 힌지결합수단에 의해 결합되어지며, 중앙에 통공된 소변구 좌우측에 매입되는 다수개의 자석으로 구성되는 제 2차 브라켓과;상기 제 2차 브라켓의 자기력부와 대응되는 위치에 자석이 매입되어 탈착 가능하도록 구성되는 2차 수거봉투를 포함하여 형성되는 이중구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물의 배설물 수거장치.
- 중앙에 통공된 소변구(111)를 구비하며, 측면으로는 수평하게 형성된 슬라이딩 지지부(115)를 갖는 소변본체(110);상기 소변본체의 가장자리에서 탈부착되는 수거봉투(120); 및상기 소변본체(110)의 슬라이딩 지지부(115)가 슬라이딩되는 슬라이딩 홈(113)을 갖는 소변본체 걸림부(132)와 소변본체 걸림부(132)에서 양측으로 연장되어 애완동물의 몸을 감싸도록 형성된 날개부(131)를 갖는 몸띠(130)를 포함하는 애완동물의 배설물 수거장치.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 몸띠(130)의 날개부(131)의 양단에는 애완동물의 털과 결합할 수 있는 빗살형식의 원터치 스피링(135)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물의 배설물 수거장치.
- 중앙에 배변구(11)를 구비하며, 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리의 하부가 거치되는 반원부를 갖는 배변본체(10);상기 배변본체의 배변구 가장자리에서 탈부착할 수 있는 수거봉투;상기 배변본체의 상단과 결합하며 애완동물의 꼬리의 상부가 거치되는 반원부(32)를 갖는 걸림 스프링(30); 및상기 걸림 스프링(30)의 반원부(32)에 슬라이딩하여 애완동물의 꼬리를 안정적으로 고정하는 고정부재(37)를 포함하는 애완동물용 배설물 수거장치.
- 중앙에 배변구(11)를 구비하며, 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리의 하부가 거치되는 반원부를 갖는 배변본체(10);상기 배변본체의 배변구 가장자리에서 탈부착할 수 있는 수거봉투;상기 배변본체의 상단과 결합하며 애완동물의 꼬리의 상부가 거치되는 반원부(32)를 갖는 걸림 스프링(30); 및상기 걸림스프링(30)에 방사형으로 절개되어 애완동물의 꼬리가 관통하면서 꼬리가 고정되는 고정부재(38)를 포함하는 애완동물용 배설물 수거장치.
- 중앙에 배변구(11)를 구비하며, 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리의 하부가 거치되는 반원부를 갖는 배변본체(10);상기 배변본체의 배변구 가장자리에서 탈부착할 수 있는 수거봉투; 및상기 배변본체(10)의 상단과 결합하여 탄성부재 및 빗살부재로 구성되어 애완동물의 꼬리 상부의 털에 고정되는 원터치형 스프링 고정부재(39)를 포함하는 애완동물용 배설물 수거장치.
- 중앙에 배변구를 구비하며, 배변구 가장자리에 수거봉투(320)가 일체로 결합된 일회용 배변본체(310);상기 배변본체에 형성된 홈을 통과하면서 애완동물에 착용되는 착용밴드;상기 착용밴드의 중간에 형성된 끈 자동수축장치(340)와;상기 배변본체(310)를 애완동물에 고정하는 끈 조임장치(330)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물용 배설물 수거장치.
- 중앙에 통공된 배변구를 구비하며, 상부에는 애완동물의 꼬리가 거치되는 반원형상으로 걸림턱을 갖는 배변본체(10);상기 배변본체의 배변구 가장자리에서 탈부착되는 수거봉투(20); 및상기 배변본체가 삽입되는 주머니(510)를 갖는 애완동물용 의류(500)를 포함하는 애완동물용 배설물 수거장치.
