Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet une tête ou buse de remplissage d’un système de pesage et d’emballage pour sacs ou contenants. L’invention traite également du procédé de remplissage desdits sacs ou contenants. L’appareil selon l’invention est utilisé pour remplir un contenant (1) présentant une ouverture de remplissage (2) avec un produit formant de la poussière. Cet appareil comprend une buse de remplissage (4) dotée d’un tuyau d’alimentation en produit (5) et d’un tuyau d’extraction de poussière (11), des moyens prévus pour ajuster ladite ouverture de remplissage (2) sur ladite buse de remplissage (4), une soupape de produit (9) conçue pour fermer la sortie dudit tuyau d’alimentation (5) de manière hermétique, et une soupape de ventilation (16) conçue pour fermer l’entrée dudit tuyau d’extraction de poussière (11) de manière hermétique, ladite soupape de ventilation (16) pouvant être actionnée indépendamment de ladite soupape de produit (9).
