Abstract
The present invention deals with a bellows flexible tube for pump vibration absorption, comprising a connection plate member having an overall plate shape wherein, to firmly join a plate member with a bellows member, a through hole is formed in the center, and a clamping hole is formed wherethrough a guide bolt may penetrate at a location separated from the through hole by a certain interval, the through hole is formed in a two-ended structure to have a seating face, and an installation groove is formed in the through hole where the end of the bellows member is located; a bellows member having an overall tube shape wherein wrinkles of wave form are repeated; an upper rubber pad and a lower rubber pad located in the clamping hole of the connection plate member; a guide bolt that passes through the lower rubber pad, the lower connection plate member, the upper connection plate member and the upper rubber pad, and has a screw part formed on its upper external diameter and a bolt head formed on its bottom; a nut that screws onto the screw part of the guide bolt at the top of the upper rubber pad; and an upper combination member and a lower combination member that have an overall tube shape with a through hole formed in the center and are formed in a two-ended structure wherein the cross-section of the internal diameter corresponds to the through hole of said upper connection plate member and lower connection plate member so that there is a seating face.
