Abstract

본 발명은 지방세포 분화용 배지 조성물에 있어서, 인슐린(insulin), DHEA(dehydroepiandrosterone) 및 히스타민(histamine)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지방세포 분화용 배지 조성물 및 상기 배지 조성물을 이용하여 지방전구세포(preadipocyte)를 지방세포(adipocyte)로 분화시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 지방세포 분화용 배지 조성물은 통상적으로 사용되는 지방세포 분화용 배지 조성물에 비해 분화된 지방세포의 분포가 고르고 분화된 지방세포가 안정적으로 고정될 수 있도록 하여 생존율을 극대화할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한 본 발명의 지방세포 분화용 배지 조성물에 사용되는 DHEA(dehydroepiandrosterone) 및 히스타민(histamine)은 종래 사용되던 덱사메타손(dexamethasone) 및 아이소부틸메틸젠틴(isobutylmethylxanthine)에 비하여 가격이 저렴하므로 경제적인 장점이 있다.
