Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von teilweise oder vollständig silanisierten Polyisocyanathärtern durch Umsetzung eines Polyisocyanates mit einem aminofunktionellen Silan. Bei dem Verfahren wird Hexamethylendiisocyanat und/oder ein durch Trimerisierung, Dimerisierung, Urethan-, Biuret- oder Allophanatbildung von Hexamethylendiisocyanat abgeleitetes Polyisocyanat in Butylacetat als Lösemittel oder in einem Lösemittelgemisch, das mindestens 60 Gew.-% Butylacetat, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Lösemittelgemisches, enthält in Gegenwart eines Wasserfängers mit mindestens einem aminofunktionellen Silan umgesetzt. Die Erfindung betrifft auch nach dem Verfahren hergestellte Polyisocyanathärter.
