Abstract

La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de séquences de reconnaissance de recombinases spécifiques de sites, ces séquences de reconnaissance contenant chacune deux séquences de liaison à des recombinases séparées par une séquence d'espacement, pour réguler, en particulier activer, un gène cible dans un système génétique, ainsi que l'utilisation correspondante d'un système de recombinaison spécifique de site. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé pour réguler, en particulier activer, un gène cible dans un système génétique.
