本发明的目的是提供一种可自由组合图案(D IY)的合页式立体浮雕图案 压纸器, 这种压纸器不仅保留了原有压纸器的所有优点, 消费者还可以根据 自己的需要选择不同图案的若干对小塑片, 插入大塑片的小孔以组合成不同 尺寸、 不同图案的压纸器, 进行对纸张 (或卡片)的压制。

如图 18-1至图 18-3所示, 是本发明底塑片 1与顶塑片 2另一种连接方 式示意图, 其底塑片 1和顶塑片 2相互连接的合页式结构是, 底塑片 1和顶 塑片 1的连接边 13、 23通过塑料薄片 24相互连接, 如图 18-3所示, 塑料薄 片 24由外向内渐薄, 以利于折叠。
如图 6-图 9所示, 每对小塑片包括公塑片 3与母塑片 4 , 公塑片 3与母 塑片 4相对贴合的内表面上设有凸块 31,母塑片 4的相应位置上设有凹槽 41, 凹槽 41与凸块 31可相互嵌合, 凹槽 41与凸块 31的轮廓线加工成可压制图 案的压边, 每对小塑片的另一表面设有凸柱 32, 用于插入底塑片 1和顶塑片 2的小孔 11中。

本发明的使用过程是:
1. 将底塑片 1与顶塑片 2打开,塑片上的小孔 11向上,如图 11示,
2. 将选好的一对小塑片(字母或图案),如字母" H " 的公塑片 3 字体朝上插 入底塑片 1的已选定的位置; 相对地, 将此对小塑片的母塑片 4字体朝上 插入顶塑片 2的与之成镜像的位置,如图 11所示。
3. 如上一步骤,把完整的一个单词(HAPPY)及一些图案插入底塑片 1 及顶塑 片 1里,如图 12所示。
4. 然后把顶塑片 2顶部的通孔 11套在底塑片 1顶部的凸柱 12上,构成一个 合页, 如图 13所示。
5. 把要压制的纸张(或卡片) 5放在这个两片塑片 1、 2的中间, 如图 13所 示。
6. 把底塑片 1及顶塑片 2合起来,再对顶塑片 2施加压力, 顶塑片 2内表面 上的母塑片 4上的凹槽 41和底塑片 1 内表面上公塑片 3的凸块 31相互 嵌合将纸张(或卡片) 5进行压制, 如图 14所示。
7、 打开底塑片 1及顶塑片 2 , 原来放在两片塑片之间的纸张(或卡片) 5被压 制成型, 并贴于顶塑片 2的内表面的母塑片 4上, 如图 15所示。
8、 将纸张(或卡片) 5与顶塑片 2的内表面的母塑片 4上分离取出, 即可得到 轮廓形状造型与塑片内设计图案相一致的压制图案产品,如图 16所示。 另外, 所述的可自由组合图案的合页式立体浮雕图案压纸器, 底塑片 1与顶 塑片的连接边 1 3、 23之间有间隙 6, 该间隙 6为 0. 5— lmm。 有了该间隙 6, 当消费者想压制纸张 (或卡片) 5 的底部时, 就可以将该卡片 (或卡片) 5 的底部从本发明压纸器的顶部插入如图 17-4所示,从而扩大了对卡片开口方 向的使用范围, 如图 17- 1至 17- 4所示, 实现了可从四个方向插入纸张(或 卡片) 5, 进行对纸张 (或卡片) 5的压制。 工业应用性
本发明的优点是: 结构简单、 合理, 生产容易, 制造成本低, 使用非常 方便的; 消费者可以根据自己的需要选择不同图案的几组小塑片, 组合成不 同尺寸、 不同图案的压纸器, 对纸张 (或卡片)的压制; 可制出立体感强、 形 象生动, 层次感分明的纸质图案。 另外本发明四个方向均可插入纸张, 当消 费者想压制卡片的底部, 就可以将该卡片的底部从该压纸器的顶部插入,扩 大了对卡片开口方向的使用范围。

1、一种可自由组合图案的合页式立体浮雕图案压纸器, 包括底塑片和顶 塑片及若干对小塑片, 所述底塑片和顶塑片的一側接连边相互连接构成合页 式结构。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可自由组合图案的合页式立体浮雕图案压纸 器, 其特征在于底塑片和顶塑片相对贴合的内表面上均设有若干个用于定位 的小孔, 底塑片的连接边上设有凸柱, 与之配合的顶塑片的连接边上设有通 孔, 凸柱与通孔扣合组成一个合页, 使得两塑片可以自由张合。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可自由组合图案的合页式立体浮雕图案压紙 器, 其特征在于底塑片和顶塑片相对贴合的内表面上均设有若干个用于定位 的小孔, 底塑片和顶塑片的连接边通过塑料薄片相互连接构成合页式结构。
4、 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的可自由组合图案的合页式立体浮雕图 案压纸器, 其特征在于在每对小塑片包括公塑片与母塑片, 公塑片与母塑片 相对贴合的内表面上设有凸块, 母塑片的相应位置上设有凹槽, 凹槽与凸块 可相互嵌合, 凹槽与凸块的轮廓线加工成可压制图案的压边, 每对小塑片的 另一表面设有凸柱, 用于插入底塑片和顶塑片的小孔。
5、 根据权利要求 4 所述的可自由组合图案的合页式立体浮雕图案压纸 器, 其特征在于底塑片和顶塑片的大小可以是: 宽 X长: 4 X 6— 8 X 12 mm, 其厚度 H是: l - 4mm; 每个小孔直径为 1. 6 mm, 深度 HI为 0. 8— 3. 8mm, 底 塑片和顶塑片通过连接边的合页结构合起来时其内表面的小孔的位置相对 应。
