气密保存容器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种保存容器, 特别涉及避免物品受外界环境变化而使物品产生变 质、 或与空气作用而氧化、 或其它外力因素压挤而造成物品损坏的气密保存容器。 背景技术
人们一直在思考如何保存珍贵物品或贵重设备的最佳方式,诸如精密的电子零组 件、 底片、 微芯片、 工程图、 皮件或是乐器等等, 我们皆须针对温度、 湿度、 洁净度 的进行控制, 避免静电干扰、 虫害; > 霉菌、 生锈等等的问题发生。 以乐器为例, 目前 金属材质的乐器, 在长时间与空气、水气接触后表面会附着水份而产生氧化作用使材 质发生化学变化。至于木质材质或皮革材质制成的乐器, 也会因为同样的因素造成演 奏音色与音质产生异常或是劣化, 且不管是什么材质制成的乐器, 在无适当的定位设 计, 时常在携带或提拿时被摇动移位, 这对于级数较昂贵或较精密的乐器来说, 会导 致相当的经济折损。
目前, 多数人使用防潮箱来保存上述物品, 但防潮箱不易携带, 因此, 可携的软 式收纳袋或硬壳收纳箱即成为主流,但有下述缺点:第一、一般硬壳收纳箱大小固定, 未能依物品的型态而有所调整, 导致在提拿或移动时易使物品晃动而受损; 第二、 软 式收纳袋虽能解决前述之缺点,却可能因外壳不够坚硬而被外力挤压或摇晃造成物品 损害; 第三、 不论是置于硬壳收纳箱或软式收纳袋, 仍然无法解决潮湿的问题, 进而 造成物品的损害, 因此业界实有必要针对上述保存容器的缺点提出解决之道。 发明内容
为了解决上述问题, 本发明提出一种气密保存容器, 包含有一个气密的空心管状 筒体、 进气阀、 主体、 头端、 尾端、 结合装置、 气密装置与软质内管。 主体的头端设 有手动抽气装置, 用以将空气抽出; 尾端设有进气阀, 可将外部空气导入主体内。 有 两组合装置分别设置于主体与头端、主体与尾端的结合处, 用以可拆卸式地结合主体 与头端、 或主体与尾端。 另有两组气密装置, 分别设置于主体与头端、 或主体与尾端 的结合处,当结合装置结合主体与头端、或主体与尾端之后,用以提供结合处的气密。 软质内管, 容设于主体内部, 而软质内管的内部设有一个容置区, 软质内管的外部设
置有逃气沟, 用以让软质内管顺利置入主体内部; 且软质内管的外缘形状大致相同于 主体的内缘形状。 包含至少一气囊, 容设于主体内部, 气囊具有密封的弹性外皮, 内 部充置有空气, 藉此当气密保存容器内部的气体压力降低时, 气囊得以膨胀扩大其体 积。
因此, 本发明的主要目的是提供一种气密保存容器, 可透过手动抽气装置使物品 保存容器内部产生近似真空状态, 减缓物品与空气接触产生氧化状态。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种气密保存容器,藉由气密装置以维持气密保存容器 内部的近似真空状态。
本发明的又一目的是提供一种气密保存容器, 藉由软质内管提供的缓冲作 -用, 避 免因外力的压挤或敲击而使物品受损。
本发明的再一目的是提供一种气密保存容器, 藉由软质内管外缘的逃气沟, 方便 支撑构件装入或取出主体, 达到简易操作的功能。
本发明的再一目的是一种气密保存容器, 藉由气囊适度膨胀的原理以固定物品, 避免物品于容置区因晃动而损坏。 附图说明

本发明公幵了一种具有气密效果的保存容器, 其中所利用的气密基本原理, 已为 相关技术领域具有通常知识者所能明了,故以下文中的说明,不再作完整描述。同时, 以下文中所参考的附图, 是表达与本发明特征有关的结构示意, 并未亦不需要依据实 际尺寸完整绘制, 盍先叙明。
请参考图 1到图 3,为本发明的第一较佳实施例,一种气密保存容器 1的示意图, 包含有一个气密的空心管状筒体 11、 主体 111、 头端 112、 尾端 113、 结合装置 13与
14、 气密装置 15与 16、 扣环组件 18、 螺紋装置 10、 软质内管 17。 气密保存容器 1 主要用来保存物品, 例如电子零组件、 底片、 微芯片、 工程图、 皮件或是乐器等等, 物品的型态并不设限, 如图 1所示, 气密保存容器 1主要可供存放国画、 乐器之用, 但不以此为限。 空心管状筒体 11 的材质亦不设限, 可以是铝合金、 玻璃纤维、 碳纤 维、 塑料, 甚至是不锈钢等, 以质轻、 强度高为佳。
在上述的空心管状筒体 11当中容置软质内管 17, 软质内管 17是用以承载物品 22。 空心管状筒体 11截面型态可以多样化, 视实际需求而有所调整, 其中以圆形在 制作上最为简易, 为较佳的实施方式, 当然也可以是多边形, 例如三角形、 矩形、 五 边形、 六边形、 甚至八角形等。 而空心管状筒体 11沿 Y轴方向设置主体 111、 头端 112以及尾端 113。在主体 111与头端 112、 主体 111与尾端 113的接合处分别设置上
述的结合装置 13与 14。 结合装置 13与 14的主要功能在于使头端 112或尾端 113可 轻易地自主体 111上拆卸下来, 如此, 我们即可将容置有物品 22的软质内管 17置入 空心管状筒体 11当中。 结合装置 13与 14的型态并不设限, 不过以螺纹装置 20为最 佳实施方式, 其中, 公螺纹设于主体 111, 母螺紋设于头端 112或尾端 113, 或是母 螺纹设于主体 111 , 公螺紋设于头端 112或尾端 113皆可, 实施方式可以多样化。
上述的手动抽气装置 1 14设置于主体 111的头端 112, 可藉由人手操作朝轴向方 向 Y前后移动, 在前后移动的过程当中, 空心管状筒体 11内的空气即会渐渐地被排 出而呈近似真空状态。 此外, 为确保空心管状筒体 11 内部的真空状态不因为接合处 产生缝隙的影响以致于使空气流入, 因此我们将气密装置 15与 16分别装设于主体 111与头端 112、 主体 111与尾端 113的接合处, 可以提供气密的效果。 气密装置 15 与 16的材质并不设限, 不过为了增加气密的效果, 其可以是橡胶气密环为最佳。
此外, 当空心管状筒体 11内部呈近似真空状态时, 因空心管状筒体 11外部压力 大于内部压力, 我们无法直接将头端 112或尾端 113 自空心管状筒体 Π分离, 此时 按压设置于尾端 113的进气阀 115,破坏空心管状筒体 11内部的近似真空状态,让空 气流入空心管状筒体 11当中,使空心管状筒体 11内部与外部的压力达到相平衡的状 态, 如此即可将任一端打幵, 取出物品。
在上述的主体 111当中, 我们进一步设置有软质内管 17, 容设于主体 11内部, 软质内管 17的内部设有一个容置区 171可供存放物品,且软质内管 17的材质以弹性 材质为最佳, 例如聚氨酯 (PU) 材质或橡胶材质, 藉以吸收震动, 提供缓冲, 避免 物品损坏。而软质内管 17的外部进一步设置有逃气沟 172,可供主体 111内部的空气 排出并轻易将软质内管 17置入。另, 软质内管 17的外缘形状大致相同于主体的内缘 形状, 以避免软质内管 17与主体 111之间产生过多的震动。 在较佳的实施状态中, 软质内管 17与主体 111的内缘互为干涉配合震动最小。
为了增加气密保存容器 1 的可移植性, 可以在其上进一步增加扣环组件 18, 设 置于头端 112及尾端 113或主体 11的两端, 此扣环组件 18
可供穿设带体 181, 方便携带提拿, 亦可吊挂于壁上。
本发明的第二较佳实施例, 请参考图 4, 为具有至少一个气囊 29的气密保存容 器 2的示意图。 气密保存容器 2包含有一个气密的空心管状筒体 21、 主体 211、 头端 212、 尾端 213、 结合装置 23与 24、 气密装置 25与 26、 扣环组件 28、 螺紋装置 20 与至少一个气囊 29。 第二实施例与上述的第一实施例的差异处主要在于第一实施例
设置有软质内管 17, 而第二实施例具备气囊 29, 气囊 29本身具有密封的弹性外皮, 内部充置有空气, 当气密保存容 2内部的气体压力因抽取真空的关系而降低时, 气囊 29得以膨胀扩大其体积, 进而有效稳固物品 22, 使物品 22置于容置区 271内不会因 为空间过大而晃动,避免造成物品 22损坏。上述之气囊 29可为长条状或成环型管状, 并且沿气密保存器的纵向设置。

Claims
权 利 要 求
1 . 一种气密保存容器, 包含有一个气密的空心管状筒体与进气阀, 其特征在于: 该气密的空心管状筒体沿轴向方向包含主体、头端与尾端, 该头端设有手动抽气 装置, 该尾端设有进气阀;
第一结合装置, 设置于该主体与头端的结合处, 用以可拆卸式地结合该主体与头 端;
第一气密装置, 设置于该主体与头端的结合处, 当该第一结合装置结合该主体与 头端之后, 提供该主体与头端的结合处的气密;
第二结合装置, 设置于该主体与尾端的结合处, 用以可拆卸式地结合该主体与尾 端;
第二气密装置, 设置于该主体与尾端的结合处, 当该第二结合装置结合该主体与 尾端之后, 提供该主体与尾端的结合处的气密; 以及
软质内管, 容设于该主体内部, 该软质内管的内部设有一个容置区, 该软质内管 的外部设置有逃气沟, 且该软质内管的外缘形状大致相同于该主体的内缘形状。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 其中该第一结合装置为螺纹装置, 公螺 纹设于该主体, 母螺纹设于该头端。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 其中该第一结合装置为螺纹装置, 母螺 紋设于该主体, 公螺紋设于该头端。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 其中该第二结合装置为螺纹装置, 公螺 紋设于该主体, '母螺纹设于该尾端。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 其中该第二结合装置为螺纹装置, 母螺 纹设于该主体, 公螺纹设于该尾端。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 其中该第一气密装置为橡胶气密环。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 其中该第二气密装置为橡胶气密环。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 其中该气密保存容器具有一横截面, 该 横截面为圆形。
9. 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 其中该气密保存容器具有横截面, 该横 截面的形状为多边形。
10. 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 其中该软质内管为弹性材质。
11 . 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 其中该软质内管为聚氨酯 (PU) 材质。
12. 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 其中该软质内管为橡胶材质。
13. 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 其中该软质内管的外缘与该主体的内缘 为干涉配合。
14. 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 其中该软质内管的外缘略小于该主体的 内缘。
15. 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 进一步包含扣环组件, 设置于该主体的 两端, 可供穿设带体。
16. 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 进一步包含扣环组件, 设置于该头端与 尾端, 可供穿设带体。
17. 如权利要求 1所述的气密保存容器, 其中该气密保存容器的材质选自于铝合 金、 玻璃纤维、 碳纤维、 塑料与不锈钢其中之一。
18.一种气密保存容器,包含有一个气密的空心管状筒体与进气阀,其特征在于: 该气密的空心管状筒体沿轴向方向包含主体、头端与尾端, 该头端设有手动抽气 装置, 该尾端设有进气阀;
第一结合装置, 设置于该主体与头端的结合处, 用以可拆卸式地结合该主体与头 端;
第一气密装置, 设置于该主体与头端的结合处, 当该第一结合装置结合该主体与 头端之后, 提供该主体与头端的结合处的气密;
第二结合装置, 设置于该主体与尾端的结合处, 用以可拆卸式地结合该主体与尾 端;
第二气密装置, 设置于该主体与尾端的结合处, 当该第二结合装置结合该主体与 尾端之后, 提供该主体与尾端的结合处的气密; 以及
至少一气囊,容设于该主体内部,该气囊具有密封的弹性外皮, 内部充置有空气, 藉此当该气密保存容器内部的气体压力降低时, 该气囊得以膨胀扩大其体积。
】9. 如权利要求 18所述的气密保存容器, 其中该第一结合装置为螺纹装置, 公 螺纹设于该主体, 母螺纹设于该头端。

22. 如权利要求 18所述的气密保存容器, 其中该第二结合装置为螺纹装置, 母 螺纹设于该主体, 公螺纹设于该尾端。
23. 如权利要求 18所述的气密保存容器, 其中该第一气密装置为橡胶气密环。
24. 如权利要求 18所述的气密保存容器, 其中该第二气密装置为橡胶气密环。
25. 如权利要求 18所述的气密保存容器, 其中该气密保存容器具有横截面, 该 横截面为圆形。
26. 如权利要求 18所述的气密保存容器, 其中该气密保存容器具有横截面, 该 横截面的形状为多边形。
27. 如权利要求 18所述的气密保存容器, 其中该气囊呈长条状。
28. 如权利要求 18所述的气密保存容器, 其中该气囊呈环形管状沿该气密保存 容器的纵向设置。
29. 如权利要求 18所述的气密保存容器, 进一步包含扣环组件, 设置于该主体 的两端, 可供穿设带体。
30. 如权利要求 18所述的气密保存容器, 进一步包含扣环组件, 设置于该头端 与尾端, 可供穿设带体。
31 . 如权利要求 18所述的气密保存容器, 其中该气密保存容器的材质选自于铝 合金、 玻璃纤维、 碳纤维、 塑料与不锈钢其中之一。
